To Whom It May Concern: I am writing to express my support in the abilities of Lindsay Christensen for the open position she has applied for. I have had the absolute pleasure of managing Lindsey for the last two and a half years and through that time Lindsay showed the right behaviors in what we look for in an employee of Cardinal Health. Unfortunately, Lindsay’s position as an ATS representative within Cardinal was eliminated due to a restructuring and should I have had an open position on my team she would have been my first call. Lindsay’s drive, hard work, and positive attitude has been key to her successes, for example, being a Presidents Club Winner, selected for the Sales Advisory Council to work hand and hand with Marketing, a Field Sales Trainer, and a mentor to many new hires. She is incredibly knowledgeable about the business and is strategic in her approach with current customers, potential customers, and internal stakeholders. Lindsay is effective in time management, responsive, organized, great in building relationships with customers, trustworthy, honest, and will be truly missed on this team. I give my 100% support and assure you that should you hire Lindsay for your open role she will not let you down, but only exceed expectations. Sincerely, Ron Cain Region Director – Specialty - Texas 636-288-6192 Ronald.Cain@CardinalHealth.com

September 9, 2020 To Whom It May Concern, The purpose of this letter is to provide my recommendation for Lindsay Christensen. I have known Lindsay for the last five years and directly supervised her for two years of that time. Lindsay has a passion for the organization and truly cares about her teammates along with our customers. She has been a field sales trainer coaching many new hires where she has shown her commitment to their success. During her time at Cardinal she has demonstrated an excellent business acumen with outstanding communication, which makes her excel as a salesperson and a mentor for her teammates. Lindsay understands market trends and has an instinct for identifying and pursuing qualified leads. She commonly uses the Challenger Selling approach, which has provided her with successful sales results, in 2018 she achieved President’s Club. Finally, Lindsay has proven herself to be a strong cultural fit here at Cardinal Health. She is always ready to lend a helping hand to the team and contributes during brainstorming sessions along with meetings between her peers, training, and marketing teams. In closing, I would highly recommend Lindsay as a strong candidate. I’m confident that she will surpass your expectations in this new role. Lindsay is ambitious, poised, resilient and I know she will continue to find success in sales. For additional questions regarding Lindsay, please contact me. Sincerely, Stephanie Chrisco, MSN, APRN, CNP Regional Director, Specialty Division, Central/Mountain US (405) 996-6506

To whom it may concern, I’d like to share my opinion of and experiences with Lindsay Christensen. I first met Lindsay about five years ago when she introduced me to the Negative Pressure Wound Vac from a small company called ITI. I allowed her to present and share her product and afterwards I had to explain we were on contract with another vendor but I always liked to know what my resources were. As luck would have it within just a few months I contacted Lindsay to let her know I had an opportunity for her product. Due to no fault of her or her company we had some challenges along the way and Lindsay came to the table with creative ways to navigate the challenges. Soon after we inked the contract the little company was purchased by Cardinal. That created a few new challenges and again Lindsay was able to meet the challenges and provide product, services and improvised solutions. Not once did she accept defeat. Each time she came back with solutions. I have phoned Lindsay on my way home from work, I have phoned her on weekends. She has always been available even when just to brainstorm. There have been calls where I required her to go to a facility and “put out a fire” with no notice. There have been calls where we just needed product and she always provided. There has not been one time when I made a request and she did not respond or deliver. She has always been available and reliable. I have had staff that constantly created “fires” just to try to make Lindsay make a mistake or have a negative reaction. She always came through with a smile on her face. I have been overly pleased with Lindsay and can say anyone that is fortunate enough to have her on staff is fortunate indeed. I hope wherever she lands affords me the opportunity to work with her again.
