Associates will always dress in apparel appropriate for a professional business office and appropriate to the position. It is the Business Manager and RPM's responsibility to ensure all staff members are in proper attire. Anyone not adhering to the standard may be sent home to change and will not be paid for time lost. The guidelines in this policy are directed toward office associates. Service technicians, groundskeepers, etc. should wear company-issued uniforms. See Service Apparel policy. There may be days when associates may be allowed to dress casually. In these cases, "casual" should still be professional. Good taste and common sense should be used as guidelines. The RPM will have the authority to decide what is appropriate. All associates supplied with uniforms are expected to wear a uniform daily. In addition, service technicians must always wear uniforms while performing any emergency maintenance call or night duty. It is imperative that LPC associates conduct themselves in a business-like manner while wearing an LPC uniform. It is against company policy to drink in public while in uniform. Exceptions for certain industry-related functions may be made with prior approval from the Regional Office.
