RETURNS • LIJA will only accept the return of product due to manufacturer defects or unauthorized substitution of style, colour or size if LIJA customer service is notified within 14 days of receipt of goods. • Returns require a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) from LIJA Customer Service. This RMA number is valid for 14 days and must be affixed to the outside of the package containing the items being returned. • Any items received without a valid RMA from LIJA Customer Service will be refused and sent back at the customer’s expense.
