In response to the continued growth of our organization, member companies, and the industry, we are excited to introduce a new sponsorship program for our 2025 conference.

SPONSORSHIPS
This new program reflects last year’s increase in demand for sponsorship opportunities as well as helps manage the rising costs of hotel and entertainment. It’s designed to enhance and increase visibility for sponsors and our members before, during, and after the conference. Ultimately, this program supports and promotes the innovative work being done in our industry.
Below, you will find a list of the different sponsorship levels. The following pages provide the details. Visuals of sponsorship location and sizes can be found on the last page.
We are offering up Platinum and Gold Level for additional exposure and recognitionbefore, during and after the conference. Sponsors can choose:
*Event Sponsorship: Exclusive, Premium, or Standard
*Conference Sponsorship: Platinum or Gold or *Platinum or Gold Conference Sponsorship AND Event Sponsorship(s)
All Sponsors are recognized on signage at their chosen event and in the conference program.

Gain the ultimate conference exposure. Platinum sponsors are recognized on a 6ft retractable sign at the Welcome Reception, General Assembly, Conference Speakers, and Thursday Night Awards Dinner. This placement ensures several opportunities for your company to be in conference photos used in social media.
Platinum sponsors also receive a stand alone social media post for recognition of support.

Gold sponsors will be represented as a smaller logo on signage with Platinum Sponsors throughout the conference: Welcome Reception, General Assembly, Conference Speakers, and Thursday Night Awards Dinner.
