Our three plans provide all you need for getting your head in the right place to lose weight and manage your life, long into the future. Support is available wherever you live and can fit in with your lifestyle. The relationship that is built with your Mentor (perhaps like the help you may get with a personal trainer), is one of the keys to your success – and is absolutely free of charge.

Lose a stone a month
The TotalFast plan is totally different, being a unique plan designed specifically for those who want to lose three or more stone. Combined with our unique group work it has always been our main focus. It provides you with the opportunity to step away from the cravings, the shall I/shan’t I thinking, this provides you with the opportunity to lose weight at the fastest rate possible, around a stone a month, to reach the healthy weight you want to be and keep it there.
Flexifast Plan
For those with less weight to lose and those who want to lose weight more slowly.
You choose a combination of VLCD & MRFs plus ordinary food and a combination of fasting and non-fasting days depending on your FlexiFast plan.
Management Plan
Every day you choose either
4 x VLCD Foodpacks or 3 x VLCD Foodpacks + 1 x MRF
600 - 800 kcal

No conventional food
At least 100% nutrition*
Carb intake 50 - 75g a day
The re-introduction of a variety of ordinary food alongside a 5:2 FlexiFast approach.
It is designed for when you have reached the weight you want to be. It provides you with the support you need to manage that fragile time that follows weight loss.
Compared to losing weight, managing is tougher (you’ve probably had experience of losing weight and then regaining some), not least because you’re looking at your choices for the rest of your life.
