About Us Having a specialised staff and a design and production centre in Italy, Light Engineering + Design is able to offer technologically cutting-edge answers for led lightening. Able to choose the tools and high quality materials, we offer diversified and personalised solutions for any space, by using chromatic analyses and cutting-edge techniques.

Foris è il Brand che nasce dall’eccellenza italiana nel illuminazione LED Si chiama Foris ed è il nuovo laboratorio italiano di oggetti di luce che debutta in questi giorni con le prime collezioni di lampade da arredo. Il nuovo brand da la possibilità a creativi di tutto il mondo di ideare e realizzare oggetti di luce di eccellenza. Frutto dell’esperienza di Light Engineering + Design nella realizzazione di profili a led, oltre già 12 modelli, sviluppati intorno ai concetti di qualità, ricerca e “idee“. Tutto parte da un concetto di base per essere poi sintetizzato in un design e sviluppato come oggetto di luce o un set di lampade. supera le classiche 3 dimensioni, aggiungendo la luce per ottenere dinamicità interazione con gli spazi e trasmettere emozioni Il nuovo brand è stato presentato uffcialmente il 30 Novembre al Design and Art Center di Buenos Aires durante la premiazione del concorso “Crear Luz Propia” nel quale alcuni giovani designer dell’Universidad de Palermo hanno concorso nella realizzazione di lampade di design che faranno successivamente parte del catalogo 2017 Foris. L’ o r i g i n e d e l l e i d e e è n e l l e esperienze dei creativi che prima di disegnare un oggetto lavorano su un’idea, la concettualizzano per scegliere i materiali più adatti a
contraddistinguerne l’unicità e l’essenza e, infine, la crescono fino a realizzare il disegno di un oggetto di luce. Tra i modelli proposti da Foris spiccano i design moder ni e funzionali del Set Mondrian ( w w w. f o r i s l u c e . i t / m o n d r i a n ) . Dedicato (e ispirato) al pittore Piet Mondiran, mostra una tale forza espressiva da risultare oltre che una lampada, un’opera di design funzionale capace di illuminare gli spazi con eleganza, ponendosi al centro dell’arredo ma ponendo in risalto tutti gli oggetti intorno.
