For the last 15 years, Lifetogether has worked with Rick Warren, Bill Hybels, Max Lucado and thousands of other leading Pastors and bestselling authors to launch innovative video- based teachings and print curriculum. Having produced hundreds of campaigns for a variety of denominations and church movements, Lifetogether partners with churches of all sizes and stages to provide the kind of support that yield life- changing resources. Lifetogether has provided local churches with state of the art solutions that have proven to connect entire congregations, cultivate reproducing disciples and catalyze unlimited leaders that help reach their community through community. We do this by providing the following four services: Consulting Services The partnership between a local church and our ministry is first founded in a relationship that helps to achieve the desired goals and objectives. There are a variety of packages based on duration, features and desired objectives. While we provide full-service production only packages, most churches want to be trained on how to do
this themselves over time. Whether you want to connect your entire congregation, create video curriculum for your groups or produce your first church-wide campaign, we can help you get there with our experienced team members. Curriculum Production After publishing video curriculum for most of the major publishers, producing hundreds of video curriculum for local churches and thousands of pastors, church leaders and best-selling authors on camera, we know how to produce life-changing and church-transforming campaigns and video curriculum. Today we offer curriculum subscription series, semi-custom series or fullservice video curriculum packages to fit a variety of needs and budget considerations. Campaign Design Producing and publishing a beautiful video curriculum series doesn’t necessarily mean it translates into committing your congregation into community or maximizing the momentum that comes by developing an alignment campaign. The systems, strategies, staffing and scheduling of a campaign is vital to a successful church-wide campaign. By partnering with our team, you have have the step-bystep plan to achieve the desired outcomes. This includes promotional videos, marketing materials, timelines, and companion resources that help to bring greater alignment and momentum with your campaign.

Content Creation Over the years it became evident that connecting a congregation is only the first phase in our process. Today, we have produced dozens of new offerings that help to take your people deeper and wider by providing a variety of new resources, production series and creative content, which include small group worship video series, professionally published trade book, daily video devotions, small group leader training videos, and even the production of microsite series. Our primary content services provide the creation of a core video curriculum for a local church that include over a dozen candidate series to disciple and train your people.A few examples include a vision and values series, core discipleship series, membership series, connection series, stewardship series, outreach series and past sermon series that provide a timeless message for your congregation.
Coaching Programs WE KNOW. You have huge vision and significant potential. Brett Eastman, founder and president of Lifetogether, revolutionized the small group model at Willow Creek Community Church while serving with Bill Hybels, connecting 12,000 people into groups over five years. He then served on the senior staff at Saddleback Church with Rick Warren where he pioneered video-driven small group curriculum and produced a variety of series including the Purpose Driven and 40 Days of Purpose campaigns.
WE KNOW HOW TO HELP YOU. Now we’re pioneering a new program. To help even more churches and pastors, we’re launching Lifetogether Coaching Programs, which are designed to help churches develop their own small group strategies, create their own video and print curriculum, cultivate reproducing disciples, and even discover the next generation of how church is being done in today's generation.
Since then, Lifetogether has worked with more than 500 churches of every size and theological background. From brand-new churches on the west coast to established megachurches in the heartland, we know what it takes to transform a sermon series into a church-wide campaign that targets connecting 100% or more of the congregation.
Group Coaching FORMAT: Our coaching programs are designed as live web-based video conference sessions, similar to a webinar format, with a group of other churches similar in stage and size as yours. Most groups will range between 6-12 churches to allow for maximum interaction between attendees. Each of the programs will be held twice a month (dates confirmed upon registration) and will meet for 6 or 12 months. Each session will meet for approximately 60 minutes each. In between each of the sessions there will be assigned reading, videos to review, and group exercises to complete. Lifetogether will bring a variety of faculty onto each call based on the subject matter and this will align with who you invite for your staff team: • Each church will complete an online ministry assessment and church survey to maximize the impact of the program. • Each church will participate in a private team consultation to review the findings of the assessment and develop a personalized program. For those of you who learn best in community and have a limited budget, this program is more affordable than our consulting partnerships. The nature and focus of the discussions are integrated with the common challenges facing other churches of similar size and stage.
