It is a new year, and that signifies new beginnings and a fresh start. This could not be truer for Red Rock Lifestyle. Have you noticed our new layout and magazine title - Red Rock City Lifestyle? This is consistent with the online version of our magazines as well as the rebranding of our national company from Lifestyle Publications to City Lifestyle. For me personally, I am also experiencing new beginnings and a fresh start. I have accepted a position as the West Coast Regional Sales Director for City Lifestyle, and this is my last issue as your publisher. As is common in the publication world, I am writing this letter well in advance of an announcement about my successor. That said, we will introduce the new owner of this amazing community publication on our social media pages prior to the next issue hitting mailboxes. If you have not done so already, please visit @redrocklifestylemedia on Facebook and Instagram to learn more. Every January feels like a nice reprieve from all the hustle and bustle of the holidays. It is wonderful to be still for a moment and reflect on where we have been, what the past year has taught us, what we want to grow and learn from, and where we want to go from here. The practice of establishing new goals or a resolution for the coming year is something that can help us focus on what is truly a priority or at least what should be. For me, I am still so proud to be the founding publisher of this magazine. And, in my new role, I'm excited to help other publications launch and assist the owners in finding entrepreneurial success. Creating a magazine for and about the community has afforded me the opportunity to create meaningful connections and to help small businesses grow. Now I can do this on a grander scale. Whatever your resolutions may be, creating a goal is a great first step. Amazing things happen when you make a daily decision to make that goal happen. Enjoy our January issue dedicated to health and wellness in body, mind, and spirit in the new year: eating right, taking care of your mental and physical health, and making purposeful connections. We hope 2022 is a year of wellness, health, and love for each of you.

Choosing the Faces of Health and Happiness THREE TOP LOCAL DOCTORS ARE PROVIDING SOME OF THE BEST ELECTIVE PROCEDURES ON THE WESTSIDE ARTICLE BY ANDRES MOLINA PHOTOGRAPHY BY MARCY JOHNSON, STUDIO J PHOTOGRAPHY
Every new year brings renewed promises to be your best self. We want to start 2022 by highlighting three elite doctors handpicked by their patients as the best in their craft. These doctors are the doctors you get to pick for yourself, and we picked their brains to learn why Southern Nevadans choose them above all others in their respective industries. • Dr. Paul VreNon, founder of Desert Breeze Dental, • Dr. Rachel Mason, lead plastic surgeon at Perspectives Plastic Surgery • Dr. Robert B. Taylor III, ophthalmologist at Shepherd Eye Center These beloved doctors each specialize in a different field—cosmetic dentistry, plastic surgery, and vision correction— however, their approaches to providing care are very similar.
DR. VRENON: THE VETERAN DENTIST TAKING CARE OF YOUR HEALTH Paul VreNon DDS, MAGD, AAACD, is a native Nevadan and the only dentist in the State of Nevada who is accredited by the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry. In September of 2000, he opened Desert Breeze Dental, a general dental practice that focuses on comprehensive care, full-mouth rehabilitation, and cosmetic dentistry. Dr. VreNon has been providing quality care with compassion and individualized attention for more than 20 years.
He’s a strong advocate for the benefits of semi-annual dental visits. “There is a systemic link between your oral health and total wellness,” said Dr. VreNon. “I pride myself on being proactive about dental care and not reactive.” Dr. VreNon provides his patients with comprehensive plans to maintain their optimal oral health. He prioritizes their immediate needs and sequencing treatment to be completed at a pace that meets the patient’s expectations. Patients often have the common misconception that trips to the dentist are expensive. Dr. VreNon explains, “Dentistry is not expensive—neglect is. When patients neglect their oral health and allow small problems to become big problems, that is when dentistry can become expensive.” He emphasizes the best thing patients can do for both their oral health and their wallet is to keep up on their semi-annual visits to the dentist. Semi-annual visits allow for potential issues to be identified and treated before they become more involved, thus more expensive. For patients looking for cosmetic dentistry, Dr. VreNon recommends finding a dentist who is passionate about what they do, who uses the best materials and labs, who will stand behind their work, and who doesn’t rush through the visit. Patients choose Dr. VreNon because he takes time to listen to their needs and patiently explains the best path to a healthy smile they’ll love. CONTINUED > JANUARY 2 0 2 2

DR. MASON HELPS YOU REACH YOUR INDIVIDUAL VISION OF BEAUTY Rachel Mason, MD, is a board-certified female plastic surgeon specializing in cosmetic and reconstructive care; she believes all women deserve to look and feel their very best. She leads Perspectives Plastic Surgery in Las Vegas with an all-female team dedicated to providing top-notch cosmetic and reconstructive plastic surgery using state-of-the-art technology in a comfortable setting. At Perspectives Plastic Surgery, there is no one-size-fits-all plan. Each patient receives a customized consultation designed to provide them with the results they desire, from Botox and lip fillers to tummy tucks and mommy makeovers. Dr. Mason and her team help their patients make the most informed decision possible on achieving their beauty goals with respect and without pressure. Dr. Mason believes a big part of wellness is feeling good about yourself. She explained, “When people feel good about themselves, it can motivate them to become even better. I see it all the time when one of my patients gains confidence after correcting something that bothered them. They start taking better care of themselves and end up healthier and happier than they were before.” Many of her patients are often worried about being “vain” by seeking out plastic surgery. She debunks this misconception by reassuring her patients: cosmetic procedures can be subtle and a standard part of self-care. She understands the many reasons to consider plastic surgery and even more opinions about it. Dr. Mason advises anyone considering plastic surgery to “make the changes you want so that you can focus on things that make you happy. Do it for you. Only one opinion matters—your own opinion.” Dr. Mason credits the success of her practice to the focus on the patients’ overall happiness. Her team helps each patient reach their individual vision of beauty. “Women relate to that. As a woman, I relate to it,” she explained. “I also don’t subscribe to pressuring a patient. I answer questions, provide guidance, and let the patient decide when she’s ready.”
SEE YOUR BEST WITH DR. TAYLOR Robert B. Taylor III, M.D., F.A.C.S is a boardcertified ophthalmologist with more than 25 years of experience. He brought his expertise in small incision cataract surgery and refractive

surgery to the nationally respected practice, Shepherd Eye Center, in 2001. The highly-trained physicians and surgeons at Shepherd Eye Center perform more cataract surgeries than any other eye practice in the state of Nevada. Dr. Taylor confesses many patients aren’t sure what vision correction procedure is best for them and their unique eyes and lifestyle. He recommends choosing a practice with wellrounded ophthalmic capabilities means they can help just about anyone see their best. The best advice Dr. Taylor can give people interested in eye surgery is to look at each doctor’s experience in a range of procedure types and with all treatment modalities. He explained most technology is similar from practice-to-practice but emphasized the importance of having treatments customized to a patient’s individual needs. He also highlights the significance of follow-up care: “choose a doctor with a long history in the community who has taken care of a lot of patients, so you can be assured they are able to provide follow-up care even years in the future.” He warns people considering vision correction to know that almost all procedures aren’t covered by insurance and are considered elective, so patients pay out-of-pocket for these surgeries. Shepherd Eye Center offers payment plans and easy financing, so Dr. Taylor’s patients often say it was “the best money I’ve ever spent!” Dr. Taylor and his colleagues have experience in every type of eye condition and vision care treatment available and, more importantly, treat each patient like family. Patients choose Dr. Taylor because he takes time to determine what treatment best suits their needs.
CHOOSE A PROVIDER THAT LISTENS TO YOUR INDIVIDUAL NEEDS Dr. VreNon, Dr. Mason, and Dr. Taylor may be specialists in different elective procedures, but they all share similar approaches when caring for patients. The secret to the success of this dentist, plastic surgeon, and ophthalmologist is that they take their time to listen to their patients. The doctors tailor each treatment plan after listening and understanding the individual needs of each patient. They provide them with potential clients with advice guided by years of experience. It’s clear why patients in Southern Nevada choose to receive care from each of them: Dr. VreNon, Dr. Mason, and Dr. Taylor center health and happiness above all else.

Power adventure with the Subaru SUV of electric vehicles. The most technologically advanced Subaru we’ve ever made is here. Built on our first-ever all-electric architecture – the e-Subaru Global Platform – the 2023 Subaru Solterra, named by combining the Latin words for “sun” and “earth,” is the first AWD electric vehicle to feature the legendary standard capability of Symmetrical All-Wheel Drive. Packed with next-generation features inside and out, the Solterra offers 8.3 inches of ground clearance, a stunning available 12.3-inch touchscreen, state-ofthe-art active safety, and the trusted reliability of a Subaru in a zero-emissions, all-electric SUV. The 2023 Solterra features a comprehensive suite of active safety features to help protect you on every drive. A 360-degree surround-view camera system is available for enhanced convenience and safety when parking and reversing. The Blind-
Spot Detection system warns you with a visual indicator on each side mirror if it senses a vehicle in your blind spots. Rear CrossTraffic Alert helps warn you of traffic approaching from the side as you back up. And with Reverse Automatic Braking, the Solterra can even stop itself to help avoid objects behind you[8]. Safety Exit Alert, an all-new feature available for the Solterra, will beep and display a message if it detects danger when you are trying to open your door. The StarDrive powertrain gives you an estimated range of over 220 miles with standard Symmetrical All-Wheel Drive as well as a variety of options for fast and convenient charging, both at home and on the go. The Solterra comes with a charger that works with any standard 120V outlet for Level 1 charging, and you can have a 240V Level 2 charger installed for even faster charging. Either way you charge, you can wake up each morning to a full battery and all of the legendary capability of a Subaru, which means you’re ready for any adventure.
When you’re out on an adventure you have access to over 38,000 public charging stations across the country with Level 2 or Level 3 DC fast-charge options. Solterra features DC fast-charge capability that when paired with a L3 charger gives you 80% of your battery capacity in less than an hour. So you can go almost anywhere and find a quick, convenient charger nearby. The Solterra lets you explore the outdoors and help protect it at the same time. The advanced StarDrive powertrain means no tailpipe emissions and no need for gasoline or oil changes, so every mile has significantly less impact on the environment. The Solterra is the latest example of our commitment to safeguarding the natural world we all share – and it’s just the beginning. It may be the first of its kind, but the 2023 Solterra is still a Subaru at heart. You can trust a Subaru vehicle for miles and miles of adventure – 96% of Subaru vehicles sold in the last 10 years are still on the road today, more than any other brand in the industry.

“Today there is more and faster information than ever available to investors. Consequently, it is beneficial to remember that there are many false positives when evaluating today’s unprecedented conditions that lead to investor pitfalls by falling prey to fears that often fail to materialize.”
The world has undergone unprecedented changes. Never have stock market gains occurred so quickly as the post-COVID bull market. To the surprise of many, the market continues to shrug off investors’ strongest fears, including inflation, COVID resurgence, Federal Reserve tapering/ rising interest rates, and excess retail investment speculation. The S&P 500 continues setting all-time highs making some potential investors so uncomfortable that they have decided to wait for what they believe will be a sizable and inevitable market pullback before they are willing to get in. In contrast, seasoned investors have learned that markets hitting new highs often continue to do so, leading to outsized financial profits. It may help to clarify what propels some financial markets to move higher during times of elevated uncertainty like now. Many investors hold excess cash due to heightened economic, political and/or financial fears. Investors waiting on the
30

sidelines feel increasingly left out. As prices rise, many capitulate and move some of their cash into the market, despite their fears. This additional demand for stocks continually fuels the market higher. Accordingly, today’s rising stock market is what experienced investors refer to as “climbing the wall of worry.” One key worry is that investors expect the Federal Reserve to announce at least two interest rates hikes closer to the second half of 2022. A common perception today is that if inflation continues stronger or lasts longer than suggested, the Fed may lose control of the economy and be forced to keep raising interest rates. The Fed has already altered its plan, admitting there may be a need to raise rates sooner than anticipated. The Fed views deflation as a bigger risk to our economy than “transitory” higher inflation. However, not all believe that the near-term surge in consumer prices is temporary. If the last year has taught us anything, especially
regarding the outlook for COVID, it is that economists, other experts, and our government all have a hard time consistently forecasting an uncertain future. Interpreting data is a complex subject containing many minefields for experts and amateurs alike. Today there is more and faster information than ever available to investors. Consequently, it is beneficial to remember that there are many false positives when evaluating today’s unprecedented conditions that lead to investor pitfalls by falling prey to fears that often fail to materialize. So, remember that it can prove costly if you attempt to be an amateur economist or market forecaster. Overreacting to uncertain times or acting overly confident about future circumstances is a risky endeavor. Federal Reserve Chairman, Jerome Powell, shares this view, “This is an extraordinarily unusual time, and we really don’t have a template or any experience for a situation like this.”

START THE YEAR OFF ON A HEALTHY NOTE SUMMERLIN HOSPITAL CEO DISCUSSES THE IMPORTANCE OF PREVENTIVE HEALTHCARE AND MORE IN 2022 ARTICLE BY ROB FREYMULLER | PHOTOGRAPHY BY LEVI ELLYSON
32
H EA LT H Y LIF E ST Y LE | HEALTH + W E LLNE S S
Make a New Year’s resolution you can stick to this year—set and keep your preventive care appointments in 2022. As adults, we all get busy or don’t want to step on the scale, but going to your annual physical, getting vaccinations, and undergoing important procedures like mammograms and colonoscopies keep you and your family healthy and ready to enjoy life, travel, sports, and other pursuits.
WHY IS PREVENTIVE HEALTHCARE IMPORTANT? Preventive healthcare aims to prevent illness and assist in the early detection of specific diseases while encouraging the promotion and maintenance of good health. Preventive approaches can detect a wide variety of diseases early in their course, sometimes even if no outward symptoms are present. This includes certain cancers, cardiac disease, risks for stroke, diabetes, and depression, among others. Diagnosing diseases earlier will result in easier treatment, better outcomes and can drastically increase your lifespan.
WHAT SHOULD YOU SCHEDULE AND WHEN? The annual physical exam with your primary care physician. This is a time for you and your physician to check in with any health concerns and lifestyle choices—smoking, alcohol use, diet, and exercise. Along with having your vital signs taken (such as blood pressure and heart rate), your doctor will listen to your heart, which could help detect any murmur or irregular heartbeat, and lungs, which might sound like wheezing or crackles. Depending on your age, an EKG, chest x-ray, or other screening tests may be ordered.
The physical should assess all your major body systems, including an abdominal exam, testing of your muscles and reflexes, and looking at your skin and nails. All offer important clues as to your overall physical health. To find a physician, visit doctors.summerlinhospital. com, or call 702-388-4888. Vaccinations. Your doctor’s office or nearby pharmacy offers a variety of important vaccinations. While we are attentive in keeping our children vaccinated throughout their childhood and teen years, adults shouldn’t neglect their own health! Vaccinations for flu, COVID19, shingles (for adults 50+), pneumonia (for adults 65+), and tetanus shots are excellent prevention tools, along with others as recommended by your physician for hepatitis, HPV, and meningitis. Mammograms. According to the US Preventive Services Task Force, a screening mammogram between ages 40 to 49 should be an individual one, followed by biennial screenings for women ages 50 to 74. Women’s risk of breast cancer increases as they age. It’s important to share health histories among family members and with your health care providers to determine the best time for this procedure. To schedule a mammogram at the Breast Care Center at Summerlin Hospital, call 702-233-7337, option 1. Colonoscopies. Schedule a colonoscopy between ages 45 and 50 to check the health, changes, or abnormalities in the large intestine (your colon) and rectum. If you have polyps, they will likely be removed during your colonoscopies, thereby decreasing your risk of colon cancer. Typically, a colonoscopy is scheduled for every 10 years, but sometimes it’s a shorter timeframe—your gastroenterologist will make any recommendations for follow-up care. CONTINUED >

When to schedule an urgent visit with your doctor. While preventive exams are important, sometimes you shouldn’t wait. Rectal bleeding, blood in the stool or urine, new lumps in the breast or genital areas, or a general feeling of unwellness are all urgent reasons to schedule an immediate appointment with your doctor. When to go to the ER or call 911. In some medical situations, time lost can forever damage your heart, brain, or other organs. Call 911 if you or someone you are with is having severe chest pain or pressure; signs of stroke; stopped breathing; incurred an injury to the head, neck, or spine; a seizure; poisoning; severe allergic reaction; suicidal thoughts. Generally
speaking, if a person or unborn baby could die or be permanently disabled, it is an emergency. Summerlin Hospital Medical Center is a full-service acute care facility and is accredited as a Primary Heart Attack Center and as an Advanced Primary Stroke Center. The Children’s Medical Center at Summerlin provides advanced care to infants, children, adolescents, and teenagers and has a separate pediatric ER. Remember the old saying, “an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure”? Maintaining and improving your health is important. Regular preventive health care along with following the advice of your doctor can help you and your family stay healthy.

WHAT IS LIFE COACHING?
CULTIVATING AWARENESS OF HOW WE THINK, BEHAVE, AND FEEL
A life coach is a type of wellness professional who helps people make progress in their lives in order to attain greater fulfillment. Life coaches aid their clients in improving their relationships, careers, and day-to-day lives. Life coaches can help you clarify your goals and identify the obstacles holding you back, and then come up with strategies for overcoming each obstacle. In creating these strategies, a coach taps into your unique skills and gifts. By helping you to make the most of your strengths and build new tools, life coaches provide the support you need to achieve long-lasting change.
WHAT DO YOU SPECIALIZE IN? I specialize in helping individuals who are amid an injury that is being addressed physically but are struggling with the mental recovery. Medical doctors and physical therapists concentrate on fixing and healing the physical injury, but very often high achievers struggle with the mental side of recovery, an area that medical doctors and physical therapists are not necessarily able to address. Similar to building muscles after surgery, I help clients build their mental resilience muscles in conjunction with the client’s traditional therapies. Mental fitness can be defined as ‘having and maintaining a state of well-being and cultivating awareness of how we think, behave and feel.’ Just as physical fitness provides us with an increased ability to respond to life in all its richness, mental fitness helps in the same way.
WHY HAS LIFE COACHING BECOME SO POPULAR?
ALISIA PULELLA Alisia Pulella, Lead Coach and Founder of Mental FitnessCoaching.net, is a 28-year Las Vegan and 24-year Summerlin resident. Over the course of her extensive leadership career in gaming, technology, and training, she has helped individuals and organizations achieve lasting results. Alisia is a founding board member of Dress for Success Southern Nevada and an active member of the mentoring committee for GlobalGamingWomen.org. Since 2014, she has been a certified life coach through the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching and received her ACC through the International Coaching Federation, utilizing techniques and tools found in the Positive Psychology methodology among others. Red Rock City Lifestyle wanted to learn more about mental fitness and how life coaching can support it, so we asked Alisia to give us some insight.
Fortunately, the stigma that was once associated with mental health has lessened in recent years. Today people want to live an optimal life. They want to participate in physical activities at the best level they can attain. Most often my clients have experienced a physical injury that did not allow them to participate in the sport they love and even day-to-day activities they enjoy. They have followed medical doctors’ advice but notice a wave of depression that affects their relationships at home and work. There is also a loss of the happiness hormones - dopamine and serotonin - that come with physical exercise, achievement, and connection.

When working with clients who are injured who know that surgery is in the near future, I often hear “I am scared. Not of the surgery, but how I will get through this recovery mentally.” It can be a scary time where we feel a lack of control, but it does not have to be this way.
WHAT DOES IT LOOK LIKE WHEN SOMEONE WORKS WITH YOU AFTER AN INJURY? A prospective client and I have a 30–45-minute complimentary call to discuss their current issue and the coaching process. If we decide to work together, there is a 6-session package that can be used weekly or bi-weekly. The client will take an assessment from the Positive Psychology methodology, and the results are used along with other strategies to address limiting beliefs and judgments that may be holding them back from creating an emotional recovery plan. Generally, by the end of 6 weeks, clients have a strategy they can execute on and tools that can be used not just for this health detour but other challenges that arise. Accountability to the plan is a part of the process as coaching is about building solutions and executing on them as coach and client. I find that having a coach to be accountable to is a client’s motivating factor to get results. It is also common for a client to continue for additional sessions if they want to build on their new resilience toolset.
WHAT ARE YOUR 5 TIPS FOR SUPPORTING MENTAL HEALTH POST-INJURY? 1. Commit to the Physical Therapy prescribed; it may be difficult at times, but it will pay off 2. Develop a support group. Reach out to connections you know will add value to your emotional health. Create boundaries for interacting with people who do not contribute to your well-being. 3. If possible, plan activities prior to surgery that you can do while laid up. For instance, take an online class, make a list of books to read, take a relaxing trip. Don’t lose touch with friends who are still active in your sport, as they can be great cheerleaders. 4. Trust that your colleagues can cover for you if you are unable to work. Anxiety about your job will only hamper your recovery. 5. Concentrate on activities that make you happy. Play your happy music, watch favorite movies, get outdoors.
FINAL THOUGHTS? “Life Offers Neither Problems nor Challenges, Only Opportunities.”- unknown. It may seem that your injury is a roadblock, but it is a detour. We can learn so much about ourselves on the detours when we have the right mindset, strategies, and tools to build emotional resilience.

Wellness EMPOWERING THE BEST YEARS OF YOUR LIFE
PHOTOGRAPHY COURTESY OF THE BEST YEARS
Through CBD
The Best Years, a best-of-class CBD wellness boutique, offers premium solutions, especially sought after by those over 55. The company’s wellness products aim to improve overall health while effectively providing relief from pains and illnesses through a specially formulated and diverse line of hemp products. The retail location at 10180 West Tropicana, Suite 134, Las Vegas, also has an online store. Manager of The Best Years, Mark Kalbfleisch, shares his thoughts on the healing benefits of CBD. The healing benefits of CBD have been well known for centuries. Unfortunately, CBD derived from the Hemp plant was a natural health product placed in a category with cannabis and thus made it difficult to purchase. Once customers were exposed to CBD products that contained negligible concentrations of THC

(the substance responsible for the cannabis “high”), a large portion of the population was willing to sample Hemp CBD for the potential healing benefits. Antidotal studies and CBD customer experiences have produced some tremendous personal health and wellness results, and in a surprisingly short amount of time. As with any great product, continued and sustained success spreads very quickly. CBD works at the cellular level and acts as a signal to make cells function better. So, just as important as the noticeable pain relief, anxiety, stress, and insomnia relief are the long-term internal benefits that studies are now showing, namely Improved cellular function and reduced inflammation. Both of these are crucial in improving quality of life. A good rule of thumb is to try different products to see what works best for them. For example: • Pain relief run and roll-on. These are packed full of a significant amount of CBD as well as other homeopathic and healing substances to produce a quick and lasting suppression of inflammation when applied to painful muscles and joints. By working directly to reduce the inflammation, pain relief usually accompanies. • Tincture. Drops placed under the tongue are absorbed internally and spread throughout the body, bringing wellness at the cellular level. Combined with lotion or roll-on, customers are able to fight inflammation both topically and internally. • Sleep gummies. These are extremely popular and effective relaxation and restful sleep improvement chewable gummies without the use of melatonin, and melatonin’s side effects. • CBD bath bombs. Relax, relieve stress, and improve sleep. This fragrant bath method is excellent for getting over soreness or soothing when you have a cold or the flu. • Caramels, taffy, and popcorn. Great tasting products that have a nice quantity of CBD integrated. Trying something new can be difficult without information, so we have complimentary samples of several CBD products for customers to experience the benefits firsthand. We believe in overall wellness and want to help our community have the best years possible.

Dive Into The Wellness World’s Hottest (Actually, Coldest) Addition
The Cold Plunge
Are you ready to take the plunge? It’s a question you may not have asked yourself before but will now. So what is “The Cold Plunge?” In short, it’s a brisk, three-minute immersion into a cold tub that triggers the body into a state of regulation, greatly improving levels of energy, mental and physical strength and blood circulation. The profound effects of The Plunge can impact your overall health, from reducing chronic pain and inflammation to boosting metabolism and focus and creating better sleep and mental clarity. Co-founded by two entrepreneurs who bonded over their love for health and business, Ryan Duey and Mike Garrett found a friendship and created a vision to rejuvenate people. Two to three minutes a day of plunging into 39-55 degrees of cold water stimulates the mind, body and soul and sets your day into optimistic motion. The goal with the cold water is to lower your core body temperature, and it takes time to do that. “Water cools your body at 25 times what cold air does. Cold water is the quickest activation to do it.”
46
AT H LE T E LIF E | HEALTH + W E LLNE S S
Cold plunging can be done daily or multiple times a day. It’s all about getting people to explore what works for them. They may offer up recommendations, but ultimately it’s you building a relationship with your cold plunge. Many like the morning plunge, others enjoy nighttime. For some, it cools the body down resulting in better sleep. The Cold Plunge offers four different models, all the same size, all cold at 39-55 degrees, and one that can turn into a hot tub at 103 degrees. The heat can be great for clients in really cold environments. There is also an app to control the temperature via bluetooth. You can find The Cold Plunge at thecoldplunge.com and @the.coldplunge on Instagram.

LAND ROVER DEFENDER:
YOUR ADVENTURE AWAITS. The Land Rover Defender story began with the simple thought of creating an exceptionally capable off-road vehicle. Today, the Land Rover Defender builds on the legacy of previous versions, but it’s a completely new vehicle that can confidently take you to some of the most remote places on earth—and back again. Visit Jaguar Land Rover Las Vegas for a test drive today.
