This issue holds a special place in my heart. Children are more than just the future—they are the heartbeat of our communities today. Their laughter, their curiosity, and their potential shape the world in ways we can’t fully measure.
As parents and caregivers, we put so much effort into nurturing their growth, teaching them, and investing in their futures. But let’s not forget that children also shape us—they bring joy, laughter, and meaning to our everyday lives.

But we also cannot overlook the powerful role pets play in our families. They offer unconditional love and teach us valuable lessons in empathy, responsibility, and companionship. The bond between kids and their pets can be transformative, fostering deep emotional connections that last a lifetime.
At the core of both children and pets is a simple truth—they need us. Our care and attention shape who they become, and in turn, they shape us. This issue is dedicated to celebrating the kids and pets who fill our homes with joy and love.
I hope this month’s issue inspires you to pour a little extra love into the children and pets in your life. They are the ones who remind us of the simple joys and the importance of unconditional love.
Here’s to our future, our little ones, and the pets who make everything better. Cheers!

The Future of Health & Longevity Has Arrived in Naples
Fountain Life's Dr. William Kapp on Longevity, Prevention, and the New Era of Personalized Medicine
For decades, healthcare has operated largely as a reactive system, one that waits for symptoms to appear before taking action. Fountain Life is working to change that paradigm. The longevity and preventive health company, co-founded by CEO Dr. William Kapp alongside Tony Robbins, Dr. Peter Diamandis, and Dr. Robert Hariri, has built its model around a simple but ambitious idea: identify risk earlier, intervene sooner, and help people live longer, healthier lives.
At the heart of Fountain Life’s approach is the belief that prevention should be far more sophisticated than an annual physical. Through advanced diagnostics, whole-body imaging, genetic testing, cardiovascular assessments, metabolic analysis, cognitive evaluations, biomarker testing, artificial intelligence, and physician-guided care, the company creates a detailed picture of an individual’s current health and future risk.
“At its core, Fountain Life's mission is to fundamentally transform healthcare from a reactive, disease-centered system into a proactive, data-driven model that predicts risk, detects disease earlier, prevents progression, and helps people optimize their health before illness has the opportunity to define their lives,” says Dr. Kapp.
Founded in 2020, Fountain Life was established to address what its leadership team saw as a critical gap in modern medicine. According to Dr. Kapp, the issue was never a lack of innovation.
“The technology already existed. The gap was that no one was bringing the data together in a way that could meaningfully change outcomes.”
That philosophy has fueled the company’s growth and helped position it at the intersection of longevity science, precision medicine, preventive healthcare, and health optimization. Today, Fountain Life has accumulated more than 15 billion clinical data points across thousands of members, creating one of the largest longitudinal datasets focused on prevention and healthspan.
“What’s most exciting to me is that we’re no longer proving the concept. We’re proving the model.”

Central to that effort is Zori AI, Fountain Life’s proprietary health intelligence platform. By synthesizing vast amounts of clinical information, the technology helps physicians identify patterns, uncover hidden risks, and develop highly personalized care strategies designed to improve long-term outcomes.
Naples has played a particularly important role in the company’s evolution. The city became the launch site for Fountain Life’s regenerative medicine program, including stem cell therapies, thanks in part to Florida’s supportive regulatory framework and the company’s collaboration with regenerative medicine pioneer Dr. Robert Hariri and biotechnology partner Celularity.
What distinguishes the program from many others in the marketplace is its emphasis on diagnostics first.
“Unlike regenerative medicine clinics, we don't start with the therapy, we start with the data.”
Before treatment recommendations are made, members undergo comprehensive testing designed to help physicians understand the broader factors affecting performance, mobility, recovery, and overall health.
Currently, regenerative therapies are most commonly being used for orthopedic conditions, pain management, wound care, sports-related injuries, arthritis, and mobility limitations. Many of the patients seeking treatment are active adults who want to maintain the lifestyles they enjoy.
“We're still in the early innings of regenerative medicine, but we believe these therapies have the potential to become an important tool for helping people maintain strength, mobility, independence, and quality of life as they age,” says Dr. Kapp.
For many Naples residents, that goal resonates. Whether it is spending more time on the golf course, competing on the pickleball court, traveling comfortably, or simply staying active with family, preserving function is often just as important as extending lifespan.
Dr. Kapp believes regenerative medicine is only one piece of a much larger transformation taking place in healthcare. As artificial intelligence, advanced diagnostics, genomics, precision medicine, and restorative therapies continue to converge, he sees an opportunity to rethink how aging and disease are addressed.
“I don't believe the next generation of healthcare will be defined solely by treating disease. I believe it will increasingly focus on preserving function, extending healthspan, and helping people remain physically and cognitively capable throughout their lives.”
That vision continues to guide Fountain Life’s expansion. Following the opening of its Houston center, the company is preparing for future locations in Miami and Los Angeles, bringing its preventive and longevity-focused model to new markets.
“What's most exciting to me is that we're no longer proving the concept. We're proving the model.”
As Fountain Life grows, Dr. Kapp remains focused on a future where healthcare becomes more predictive, personalized, measurable, and actionable. The company’s mission is not simply to help people live longer, but to help them enjoy more years marked by vitality, independence, cognitive clarity, and purpose. In a healthcare landscape often centered on managing disease, Fountain Life is betting that the greatest opportunity lies in preventing it before it begins. For many, that future is already taking shape.

NAPLES PROFESSIONALS WHO ARE PLAYING THE LONG GAMEFOR THEMSELVES, THEIR FAMILIES, AND THIS COMMUNITY

Co-Founder & CEO, Fountain
Life
TELL US ABOUT YOURSELF/YOUR BUSINESS/ COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT.
I’m a physician, entrepreneur, and Co-Founder and CEO of Fountain Life, a company dedicated to transforming healthcare from reactive disease treatment to proactive early detection, prevention, and longevity. As a former orthopedic surgeon, U.S. Air Force Flight Surgeon, and healthcare innovator, I’ve spent my career helping people perform at their best and live healthier, longer lives.
WHAT’S EXCITING YOU MOST ABOUT YOUR LIFE RIGHT NOW?
We’re entering an era where healthcare can be driven by data instead of guesswork. Fountain Life has collected more than 15 billion clinical data points — one of the largest datasets in preventive health — helping us detect disease years before symptoms appear and truly personalize care. We’re at the beginning of a fundamental shift: from reactive to proactive, from treating disease to preventing it.
Many people know me as a physician and entrepreneur, but fewer know I’m also a type-rated jet pilot. Aviation has shaped how I think about medicine and risk — pilots don’t wait for warning lights. They rely on continuous monitoring to stay ahead of problems. I’ve always believed healthcare should work the same way.
Rising early for a run on the beach followed by a swim back in the ocean. After that, tackling business until about 6 p.m., then dinner at one of Naples’ fine dining establishments and a long, decompressive walk on the beach in the evening.
WHAT DOES “LIVING WELL” MEAN TO YOU?
It starts with having the health and vitality to do the things that matter most — family, work, passions, purpose. The real goal isn’t simply living longer. It’s extending healthspan: maintaining physical function, cognitive performance, and independence for as many years as possible. Living well means continuing to grow, contribute, and fully engage with the people and pursuits that bring meaning to your life.

Founder, Becoming Speducated
TELL US ABOUT YOURSELF/YOUR BUSINESS/ COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT.
At Becoming Speducated, I work with children and adult learners who have struggled in traditional educational settings. My goal is to help students build confidence, develop essential skills, and realize they are capable of success when given the right support. Some learners don’t struggle because they can’t learn — they struggle because nobody has taught them in a way that works for their brain. I create customized learning plans, individualized support systems, and practical strategies designed around how each learner processes and retains information. I firmly believe every person has the ability to learn and succeed.
WHAT’S A SIDE OF YOU MOST PEOPLE DON’T KNOW ABOUT?
I have always been an advocate for students who learn differently. In 2019, I was honored to receive the Caregiver of the Year Award. One of the most meaningful moments of my career was returning to Wisconsin this past
June to watch that student graduate. I was also recognized with Teacher Appreciation Awards in 2023 and 2025, and in 2024 I presented at Wisconsin’s Special Education Conference.
DESCRIBE YOUR IDEAL NAPLES DAY.
A perfect day starts with a coffee from the Old Naples Hotel and a quiet morning walk on the beach. I’d spend the afternoon enjoying the sunshine with a good book and a sandwich from Yacht Club Subs. In the evening, I love getting dressed up for a beautiful sunset dinner at HB’s at the Four Seasons.
WHAT DO YOU WANT PEOPLE TO REMEMBER ABOUT YOU?
I want my students to walk away feeling seen, understood, and valued. Too often, they are led to believe there is something wrong with them simply because they learn differently. My hope is that they leave feeling like they belong, and knowing that someone truly cares about them.
IS THERE ANYTHING YOU’RE ESPECIALLY PROUD OF RIGHT NOW?
I am incredibly proud of the person I am becoming through the Naples community. A little over a year ago, I moved here from a small town in Wisconsin — never imagining I’d be in such a beautiful coastal city, surrounded by entrepreneurs. One of the highlights has been collaborating on the Shore Acres Farm project. I am beyond excited to see what new opportunities the future holds.

The Naples Diamond Girl & Luxury Concierge
TELL US ABOUT YOURSELF/YOUR BUSINESS/ COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT.
As I’ve built a reputation as The Naples Diamond Girl, I’m thrilled to announce my expansion into a full luxury concierge and lifestyle service for Naples. While watches and diamonds remain part of what I do, I now help clients with everything from private aviation and luxury transportation to golf memberships, wellness, dining, and curated local experiences. My goal: to become Naples’ trusted go-to for referrals, recommendations, and curated experiences.
HOW
Naples has given me the opportunity to cultivate a quality network of mentors, friends, business owners, and clients who have supported me every step of the way. It’s taught me that success isn’t just about what you do, but how you help others along the way.
Most people know me through the luxury world, but when I’m not in heels, I’m usually on a golf course or chasing my next adventure. I’m naturally competitive and love staying active — running, snowboarding, surfing, or trying something new. I’m happiest when I’m moving, learning, and making the most of every chapter.
Someone who made life more enjoyable, easier, and a little more fun. Someone who connected people and always had a recommendation, an introduction, or a solution. I hope I brought a little class, style, and humor into everything I did — and if I left people smiling, I’d consider that a life well lived.
Golf has quickly become one of my greatest passions — it combines strategy, discipline, and relationship-building, and some of the best business is done on the course. Since taking up the game in November, I’m now shooting in the low 90s and high 80s, and I look forward to taking a few more strokes off my game in the months ahead.
Great relationships, interesting conversations, staying active, and having the freedom to say yes when adventure calls. After traveling solo to 25 countries, I discovered that life’s greatest luxuries were waiting for me right here in Naples: family, meaningful friendships, and building a life that feels authentic to who I am.

Estate Grup Coastal Living
I began my real estate career at just 15 years old, answering phones at a boutique real estate office in Birmingham, Michigan. By the age of 19, I had earned my real estate license and began working for a top-producing agent who taught me more about the business than any class ever could. At the same time, I was pursuing a bachelor’s degree in marketing and interning at a large advertising agency outside of Detroit. It quickly became clear that real estate was more than just a job—it was my future.
Over the years, I have worked in many different sectors of the real estate industry, each providing valuable experience and perspective. When the housing market collapsed in 2008 and suburban Detroit was hit particularly hard, I relocated to Chicago and transitioned into property management. The rental market was thriving, and living in the city during my early twenties felt like a dream. Eventually, however, I reached a professional ceiling and knew there were other areas of real estate I wanted to explore.
Through a recruiting firm, I landed a position in construction management. That role proved to be a turning point in my career. While my employer was not always easy to work with, he taught me invaluable lessons about the construction process, reading blueprints, and identifying quality craftsmanship—skills that continue to benefit my clients today.
After a major life change and feeling burned out by city living, I moved to Denver, drawn by the mountains, fresh air, and outdoor lifestyle. There, I joined a capital management firm overseeing a portfolio of distressed real estate assets. It was a completely new world for me. During my first meetings, terms like EBITDA, AUM, and CAPEX sounded like a foreign language. Determined to succeed, I spent countless evenings researching every concept discussed so I could contribute with confidence.
Ultimately, family brought me back to my roots in residential real estate. Helping people buy and sell homes is where I feel most fulfilled, and I am grateful to do what I love in Naples, the place I proudly call my forever home. With more than 26 years of experience spanning sales, marketing, construction, property management, and asset management, I bring a well-rounded perspective to every client relationship.
Real estate has been part of my life for as long as I can remember. Growing up with a father who was a luxury home developer and builder as well as a commercial roofer I was immersed in the homebuilding process from an early age. That experience sparked a lifelong passion for real estate and gave me a unique understanding of the craftsmanship, materials, and details that turn a house into a home.
Before moving to Southwest Florida 24 years ago, I spent 7 years working as a kitchen and bath subcontractor. That hands-on experience taught me how homes are built, how systems function, and how to identify both opportunities and potential concerns within a property. Today, that knowledge allows me to provide clients with insights that go far beyond market statistics and property tours.
For the entire 24 years I have been helping buyers, sellers, and investors navigate the Southwest Florida real estate market I have been fortunate to be part of John R. Wood Christie’s International Real Estate. Throughout my entire professional career, I have built my business on trust, communication, education, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service. I believe every client, property, and transaction is unique, and I take pride in providing personalized guidance tailored to each individual’s goals.
One of the most rewarding aspects of my work is helping clients feel informed and confident throughout the process. Whether evaluating a property’s condition, explaining construction details, navigating financing questions, or negotiating favorable terms, I strive to simplify complex situations and create solutions that keep transactions moving forward. My goal is not only to help clients achieve a successful outcome, but also to make the experience as smooth and stressfree as possible.
Over the years, I have consistently ranked among the top-producing agents in Southwest Florida and have had the privilege of representing clients across all price points, from first-time buyers to luxury homeowners and investors. My success has been built on experience, market knowledge, strong relationships, and an unwavering dedication to serving my clients’ best interests.
Today, I remain as passionate about real estate as ever. Whether you are buying, selling, or investing, my goal is simple: to provide trusted advice, skilled representation, and a level of service that exceeds expectations while helping you make confident decisions every step of the way.

I’m a women-owned business owner in Southwest Florida, running both a premier valet company and an organic hair salon. I provide high-quality, reliable service to restaurants, events, and clients throughout Naples, Bonita Springs, and Fort Myers. Beyond my businesses, I stay actively involved in the local community by supporting events, collaborating with other entrepreneurs, and helping create memorable experiences across the area.
Bringing my valet company down from New Jersey and introducing a higher level of service and professionalism to the Southwest Florida market. We’re focused on hospitality, presentation, and creating a seamless guest experience from the moment people arrive. Being part of the launch
of Ce Soir at Bayfront Naples has been especially exciting — we’re proud to be part of that first impression for every guest. With more restaurant partnerships coming, it feels like we’re just getting started.
My ideal day starts with a peaceful beach walk or coffee near 5th Avenue, followed by a productive afternoon checking in on my businesses and enjoying lunch around Bayfront Naples. I love supporting local events and small businesses. I wind down with the gym, then head into the evening stopping by my valet locations and enjoying the atmosphere at places like Ce Soir — great energy, great people, and the perfect way to end the day.

JENNIFER MATTEO EVENT PLANNING BRINGS A NEW VISION TO NAPLES WITH THE LAUNCH OF SHORE ACRES FARM

ARTICLE BY CITY LIFESTYLE NAPLES

Naples has never lacked beautiful venues.
“NAPLES, BRINGING THE COMPANY’S SIGNATURE BLEND OF LUXURY HOSPITALITY, THOUGHTFUL DESIGN, AND OPERATIONAL EXPERTISE TO ONE OF FLORIDA’S FASTEST-GROWING LUXURY MARKETS.”
From waterfront resorts and luxury hotels to private clubs and country estates, Southwest Florida has long been known as a destination for elevated celebrations. But as luxury clients continue to seek experiences that feel more personal, more intentional, and less predictable, a new type of venue is emerging—one that prioritizes authenticity over tradition and experience over expectation.
Enter Shore Acres Farm.
Officially launching into the Naples event market through a partnership with Jennifer Matteo Event Planning (JMEP), Shore Acres Farm represents more than a beautiful property. It represents the next chapter in luxury entertaining for clients who aren't interested in the average celebration.
For Jennifer Matteo and her team, the launch of Shore Acres Farm also marks a significant milestone in JMEP's continued expansion into Naples, bringing the company's signature blend of luxury hospitality, thoughtful design, and operational expertise to one of Florida's fastest-growing luxury markets.
For over a decade, Jennifer Matteo Event Planning has built a reputation as one of Florida's premier event planning and design firms. While widely recognized for producing extraordinary weddings, the company has quietly become known for something much bigger: creating experiences that feel deeply personal and impossible to replicate.
JMEP's portfolio spans luxury weddings, private estate celebrations, nonprofit galas, corporate events, brand activations, destination experiences, and social gatherings throughout Florida and beyond. Rather than focusing solely on aesthetics, the company approaches each event through the lens of hospitality, guest experience, and storytelling.

As Naples continues to attract affluent homeowners, entrepreneurs, seasonal residents, and luxury travelers, Jennifer saw an opportunity to bring something different to the market.
"Luxury clients today want more than a beautiful venue," says Jennifer Matteo. "They want a feeling. They want privacy. They want authenticity. They want to create something their guests have never experienced before."
That philosophy is exactly what led JMEP to Shore Acres Farm.
The first thing guests notice about Shore Acres Farm is the sense of freedom.
Expansive acreage stretches in every direction. Horses graze peacefully in the distance. Mature trees frame the landscape. Open skies create breathtaking sunsets that feel almost cinematic.
There are no crowded hotel hallways.
No competing events taking place next door.
No limitations on creativity.
Instead, there is space.
Space to celebrate.
Space to gather.
Space to create.
For couples seeking an alternative to the traditional ballroom wedding, Shore Acres Farm offers a rare opportunity to host a celebration that feels both luxurious and deeply personal. Whether it's an intimate dinner beneath the stars, a tented wedding overlooking rolling fields, a multi-day destination experience, or a corporate retreat designed around connection and wellness, the property serves as a blank canvas for unforgettable events.
The atmosphere feels refined without being formal. Elevated without feeling manufactured. Sophisticated while remaining approachable.
In short, it feels real.
The launch of Shore Acres Farm reflects a larger shift happening throughout the luxury event industry.
Today's clients are no longer asking, "What is the most expensive venue?"
They're asking, "What is the most memorable experience?"
That distinction matters.
The modern luxury consumer values personalization, exclusivity, and meaningful experiences over traditional status symbols.

They want celebrations that reflect their personalities rather than conforming to established templates.
This evolution has led to the rise of private estates, destination-style wedding weekends, immersive brand experiences, and highly customized events that prioritize connection over convention.
Shore Acres Farm was designed for exactly that type of client.
It is a venue where every event can look entirely different from the one before it. Where the setting itself becomes part of the story. Where guests leave talking about the experience rather than simply the event.
What makes this launch particularly exciting is that JMEP isn't simply bringing events to Shore Acres Farm.
The company is helping build a destination.
Over the years, Jennifer Matteo Event Planning has developed a unique expertise in venue partnerships, operational systems, luxury client management, vendor relations, and event execution. The team understands that successful venues require more than beautiful spaces—they require thoughtful stewardship, exceptional hospitality, and strategic industry relationships.
As part of its Naples expansion, JMEP continues to invest heavily in local partnerships, community involvement, and the development of luxury event experiences that feel distinctly Southwest Florida.
The launch of Shore Acres Farm serves as a cornerstone of that growth.
It represents a commitment not only to clients but also to the future of the Naples event industry.
To introduce Shore Acres Farm to the Naples market, Jennifer Matteo Event Planning partnered with an exceptional group of creative professionals to showcase the property's endless possibilities.
The result was a beautifully curated editorial experience designed to demonstrate how luxury can coexist with authenticity, nature, and personalized hospitality.
The expansive grounds of Shore Acres Farm served as the foundation for the shoot, highlighting the property's equestrian charm, open landscapes, and remarkable versatility.
Plithos Rentals transformed the property through thoughtfully selected furnishings, tables, chairs, and specialty rentals that brought elegance and sophistication to the outdoor environment while allowing the natural beauty of the venue to remain the focal point.
The team at The Bardot brought their signature expertise in beauty and styling to the shoot, creating a polished, elevated aesthetic that complemented the natural surroundings and overall design direction. Their approach embodied the effortless sophistication that defines today's luxury events—refined, timeless, and perfectly aligned with the relaxed elegance of Shore Acres Farm.
Puff 'n Stuff Catering provided an elevated culinary experience, showcasing the level of hospitality and service that can be achieved within a private estate setting. Their presentation reinforced the idea that guests can enjoy world-class dining while remaining immersed in the property's natural surroundings.
Reverie Social added another layer of refinement through custom linens and tabletop styling that brought texture, depth, and sophistication to every design moment.
Capturing the day was Julian Ribinik Studios, whose editorial
and for sharing in the excitement surrounding this exciting new chapter in Naples.

Trey Kennedy makes a living finding comedy in regular life. Marriage. Toddlers. Yoga pants. The Thursday-night scramble between school dropoffs, soccer practice, and whatever has to be done by morning. Twelve years in, it shows: millions of followers across every platform, three stand-up specials, a sold-out Relatable Tour, and a style of humor fans send each other captioned, “Are you watching me?” He delivers the kind of comedy that travels because everyone’s living some version of it.
Katie, his wife of six years, is a former biomedical engineer who also built a modeling career. She’s now raising their kids and co-hosting Correct Opinions alongside Trey — the show where the two of them swap takes on marriage, parenting, and whatever came up that week.
Trey has been at this longer than people realize. An Edmond, Oklahoma kid who grew up playing basketball described himself as a “shy kid who never thought he’d be an entertainer.” He started making videos while attending Oklahoma State University. After building millions of followers on Vine before the platform shut down, he gave himself six months on Instagram and Facebook to see whether he could rebuild from zero. He did. Stand-up soon followed. His first special, Are You For Real?, streams on YouTube; the second, Grow Up, on Amazon Prime; the third, built around the Relatable Tour, wrapped earlier this year. “I’ve been trying to be funny every week for like twelve years now,” he says. A slow climb, made one bit at a time.

“I’ve been trying to be funny every week for like twelve years now.”
Most of what Trey writes lately starts in his own kitchen. Thomas is three and a half, and he is, in his father’s words, “a movie.” He narrates his own life from the moment his eyes open and mispronounces words in ways his parents now repeat to each other because no one else would believe them. His younger sister, Eva, is what Katie calls “the calm one.” With a third now in the mix, the Kennedys are officially outnumbered.
After six years of marriage, Trey and Katie have learned that the partnership runs best when it gets its own time on the calendar. So once a week, they leave the kids with a sitter and go out for coffee. “You need a system,” Katie says. “It’s about taking time to look each other in the eye. Not the kids. Not the cameras. Just each other.”
The same instinct shapes the work. Most of Trey’s trial and error happens onstage or on Instagram, but the first read is always Katie’s. “There’s only been one time ever I’ve had to be like, ‘you’re not doing that,’” she says. The rest of the time, she just laughs first.
