TWENTY YEARS OF SUCCESS COMES FROM HARD WORK AND ALWAYS PUTTING THE CUSTOMER'S NEEDS FIRST IN MARCH, ALL WEATHER HEATING & COOLING CELEBRATED 20 YEARS OF BUSINESS. Owners and operators, Ray S. Petrime & Joseph

WISE WORDS FROM OWNER RAY PETRIME

P. Brezovsky, Jr., said that their business's success and what makes All Weather stand out from its competitors is that Ray, Joe and their 22 employees always stand behind their work.

+ "I expect my guys to do a good job from the time they answer the phone until the job is done."

"We tell it how it is and we are not willing to sell anything that's not good for their house," said Petrime. "We sell high end furnaces and

air conditioning systems, but only when they're needed." All Weather specializes in residential and commercial service and installations. In 2017-18 they were presented  with the Carrier President's Award for their supreme customer service, expertise, operational success and business growth.   In addition to providing commercial installation to businesses such as Applebee's, Aldi, Panda Express, Auto Zone, O’Reilly Auto Parts and Panera Bread, All Weather also offers residential installation, maintenance and repairs.  When talking about the importance of installation and getting the job done right, Petrime said, "If I don't think [my employees] would be able to do a good job in my house, I don't hire them."   All Weather is a Carrier Authorized Factory Dealer, meaning they have met Carrier's rigid criteria and are committed to upholding their 100 percent satisfaction guarantee for every single customer.  In addition to being a Carrier Authorized Dealer, All Weather is a designated Carrier Healthy Air Expert, is rated as A+ accredited with the Better Business Bureau and is licensed, bonded and insured to guarantee that each customer is protected and safe.   Putting aside all of the business's awards, accolades and certifications, what really makes All Weather a successful and truly exceptional business is its employees' dedication to each customer's unique needs. They pride themselves on exceeding expectations and providing superior service. 34
