Functional Medicine Labs and Targeted IV Therapy
Functional medicine labs show us what’s happening in your body that may be causing anxiety, low mood, or fatigue. With that information, targeted IV therapy gives your body the nutrients they need to repair, boost energy, and support clearer thinking. Together, they create a straightforward, evidence-based way to feel stronger—mentally and physically.
Ketamine-Assisted Therapy
Ketamine-assisted therapy uses a low dose of ketamine to quiet the noise in the mind and loosen stuck thought patterns. This helps people see things more clearly and feel more steady. With medical oversight and guidance from licensed therapists, patients often find real relief from symptoms and the momentum to move forward. It’s a safe, evidence-based way to create meaningful change.

"I started my career in finance, but in 2015, I bought my first food business and discovered my passion for working on Main Street (instead of Wall Street). I launched Kensington Asset Management to grow Utah-based food concepts like Lehi Bakery, Magleby’s, and Summit Pizza Co. I am passionate about building value and opportunities for investors, brands, and people."

Garrin's Automotive
Starting Garrin's Automotive was about leaving dealerships behind for a place where my values could lead. It takes hard work, time, and getting the right team in place, but seeing something built from nothing is deeply rewarding. The best part is the relationships I form, hiring people who follow our vision, and the opportunity to truly help others.

All Hale Concrete
"I'm Ryan Hale, owner of All Hale Concrete. I started my business because it was the next step in my 20 year concrete career. I was encouraged to start my own business for years and finally became motivated and ready to take it on. It's a big responsibility and comes with extra pressure and dedication; there really are no days off. You're thinking about it constantly and it's hard to turn off. But it's also extremely rewarding. Seeing the transformation, earning the trust and respect of my customers, leading my own crew. I get to build a future for my family while building my character simultaneously. It challenges me to be better every day. I like that I can control and maintain a high standard of quality. I trust my approach more than anyone else's, and I find a lot of satisfaction getting to deliver that. I'm proud of the work I do and often drive by to check on how it's doing years later."

"I opened PLUNJ Saratoga because I wanted to provide a place where people could improve their health, recover faster, and feel their best through contrast therapy. Owning a business has always been a dream of mine, especially one I’m so passionate about. It is rewarding but busy, with something new happening every day. I enjoy helping customers, building a strong community, and seeing people leave feeling better than when they arrived."

Silicon Slopes Start School
Unique Support for Utah's Tech Community
Historically, success in the tech industry has been defined by one thing: money, and lots of it. For the last ten years, Silicon Slopes, the voice of Utah’s tech community, has been working to change that definition.
Silicon Slopes “exists to ensure Utah remains the best place in the world to start, grow, and scale a company.” This mission isn’t confined to a small group of tech gurus, but instead strives to include all Utahns that have a vision for their own future companies.
Silicon Slopes’ CEO, Clint Betts, is leading the company on a mission to help Utahns define success in tech circles differently. He says that, “Success for us is being able to support your family and build local communities.” He would know, as he’s done this very thing for himself by building Silicon Slopes for the past decade.
One way Clint and Silicon Slopes are helping Utahns flourish is through their Start School program. Unveiled in their February 2026 Summit, Start School is “a free entrepreneurship program from Silicon Slopes, built in partnership with Mountain America Credit Union.” The program is free, because Silicon Slopes advocates for free resources because “opportunity that costs something is not really opportunity.”
Clint shared that Start School is one of the most unique things about Silicon Slopes. “It’s a way to support entrepreneurs in Utah using the culmination of ten years of knowledge and resources.” Start School receives around 25 daily applications from Utahns all over the state wanting to utilize this impactful community course. Start School takes students through an online core curriculum that covers “the fundamentals of starting and running a business, from idea validation to revenue to hiring.”
Entrepreneurship is often a lonely endeavor, and with so many voices vying for one’s attention and offering contradicting information, it can be difficult to know where to turn for sound advice. Start School aims to ward off this concern with their mentorship model. Many of their mentors are members of Silicon Slopes’ Founders Circle, and have “built real things, made real mistakes, and figured out what actually works.”
Starters, or those looking to start and expand their own businesses, are matched with one of Silicon Slopes’ 150 seasoned mentors, based on the type of company the starters are building and the mentor’s own experience and expertise. Start Squads, groups of four to six starters paired with a

mentor, are where the real work begins. Clint explained that these weekly meetings between starters and mentors are designed to “celebrate wins and work through real challenges.” Small groups like this allow better communication and understanding, and a giveand-take atmosphere that isn’t as easy to replicate in larger groups.
Silicon Slopes has been serving Utah by empowering “Utah founders and companies through community, advocacy, and experiences” since 2015, and continues to adapt to the changing tech landscape to better serve the community.
A QUALITY-FIRST MENTALITY
HOW DTA TUMBLING BALANCES BUSINESS GROWTH WHILE EMPOWERING YOUNG ATHLETES
At 30 years old, Abbie Dwiggins is making her mark on entrepreneurship while empowering and providing a foundation for the next generation of gymnasts.
Abbie founded DTA Tumbling (Dwiggins Tumbling Academy) six years ago with her husband, Reid, after spending close to a decade as a tumbling coach at several different gyms, including her hometown recreation center in American Fork, where she started gymnastics at the age of 11.

PHOTOGRAPHY BY MIKE FERGUSON, PROVIDED
Dwiggins said her drive to help athletes of all ages and skill levels realize their potential in the sport is fueled by her passion for tumbling—and her entrepreneurial aspirations.

“I dreamt about this gym when I was 12 years old,” she said. “I started as a private lesson coach when I was 16, and I made a little business card that said ‘basics builds champions’—and that's now the logo on our giant 155 foot wall.”
Dwiggins worked at least 10 different tumbling gyms as a coach and teacher, and she rose to management positions before opening her own gym in the fall of 2020.
“Covid was happening and so I had been doing a lot of one-on-one lessons; and then the opportunity just kind of presented itself for us to kind of take a step into—I guess our own adventure, if you will,” she said.”
DTA Tumbling initially opened in a 2,700 square foot building just off State Street in Lehi, a few blocks away from its current Lehi location.

Abbie’s original plan was for DTA to be a gym for private lessons, but as interest from more parents and individuals started to grow, she wanted to
“We only had four parking spots at this tiny little space, and he (the landlord) says ‘Hey, how's it going? And I'm like, well, we need more parking because we're ticking everyone off. And he's like, well I just bought the (old) Lehi police station two blocks
In September 2021, DTA Tumbling moved into its current Lehi home, at 580 W. State Street. Dwiggins said the building’s landlord offered them the entire 12,000 feet building, but she wasn’t sure if they’d need that much room, so they originally only took half of the building. They soon needed the remaining space, and two years later
“Within a year we outgrew that side of the

building, and we needed expansion already,” she said. “It has been a path of growth, and it's been remarkable.”
DTA Tumbling offers a variety of programs catering to aspiring dancers, cheerleaders and gymnasts, like acrobatic dance, tumbling, partner stunts, and more.
“Whether someone wants to grow up and compete in dance or gymnastics or power tumbling, or if they just want to tumble for fun—maybe they want to be like Cosmo (the Cougar) one day, or something like that. All of those types of characters also use tumbling—we're kind of just like a melting pot for anyone that wants to learn that,” explained Dwiggins.
Dwiggins said the company has built trust with families because of its high-quality coaching, and their coach-to-student ratios—all packed into a community where athletes feel seen and supported.
“I think it's just that extra mile getting to know the athletes, and then emphasizing a positive coaching culture—even though we're teaching kids at a competitive level,” Dwiggins said.

DTA averages between 1,700 students a week in the summer and 1,500 in the fall. With more than 300 classes held each week, and a bigger demand when kids are out of school, DTA has around 70 instructors in the summer, and 65 in the fall.
Last October, DTA Tumbling placed number 21 among the top 30 fastest growing businesses in the state by Utah Valley Business Q magazine, as DTA has seen a 479% growth rate over a three-year span.
Dwiggins attributes the success thus far to DTA’s “quality-first mentality”, their focus on bringing out the best in each athlete and their flexibility with parents.
“We know it's hard to get all your kids in and schedules are crazy, so we try to make the experience easier for parents. And then we also offer a lot

AN EXCERPT FROM EPISODE 6 OF SHARE THE LIFESTYLE, A CITY LIFESTYLE PODCAST
Photographer: Brittany Dawn Short
Creative Director: Jen Birn
Stylist: Stephanie Coultress O’Neill
Location: Hotel Saint Cecilia, Austin, TX
MIKE JOHNSON HAS BUILT HIS LIFE AROUND ONE QUIETLY RADICAL IDEA: THE STANDARD YOU SET PRIVATELY IS THE ONLY ONE THAT MATTERS.
After eight years in the Air Force, a celebrated run on national television, and a health crisis abroad that sent him deep into supply chains and ingredient certifications most founders never touch, the result is Oshun — a luxury ritual brand built on provenance you can trace and integrity you can verify. In an exclusive conversation for the Share the Lifestyle podcast, Mike shares what it actually takes to build something worth putting your name on. Read the highlights below, then scan the QR code for the full episode.
Q: YOU BECAME A FAN FAVORITE ON THE BACHELORETTE AND THEN LEFT THE SPOTLIGHT. YOU MOVED TO MEXICO, LEARNED SPANISH, THEN COSTA RICA, AND BUILT A COMPANY. WHAT DID THAT EXPERIENCE TEACH YOU ABOUT HUMAN BEHAVIOR?
A: “If you’re a good person going in, that shows. If you’re not, that shows too. I also learned that people form this parasocial relationship with you — they assume things about you. When all actuality, different circumstances bring out different parts of who you are. I was on TV trying to find love. The kindness people were showing after felt a bit fake, because they wanted to be a part of something that isn’t who I am individually, but a part of what they saw on TV. And so I had to get away from everybody and everything and the noise.”

THE QUIET STANDARD:
MIKE JOHNSON

“Too many people have prayed for me. So I’ve got to get up and do the walking.”
— Mike Johnson

Q: YOU JOINED THE AIR FORCE RIGHT OUT OF COMMUNITY COLLEGE. WHAT WERE YOU ACTUALLY RUNNING TOWARD?
A: “There was something in me that was saying: I’m not living up to my full potential. I was being a follower. My uncle said, ‘What’s going to make you become an adult the fastest?’ I said, obviously, the military. The Air Force broadened my thought process more than anything. We’re so caught up in our own perception — when you learn to understand different people’s perspectives, it adds to you in so many ways.”
Q: WITH OSHUN, YOU OWN YOUR MANUFACTURING, YOU EMPLOY A CHEMIST, EVERY PRODUCT HAS A BATCH NUMBER TRACEABLE TO ITS ORIGIN DATE. WHY DID YOU DECIDE TO GO THAT DEEP WITH THE BRAND?
A: “The EU bans 1,100 ingredients in personal care products. The U.S. bans nine. That’s my starting point. Oftentimes, it might be the same ingredient, but it comes from a place where it doesn’t have the highest purity. And 60% of what we put on our skin is absorbed. Every product Oshun makes carries a batch number that goes back to the exact day it was created — I can show you every single supplier, the date, the origin. I own more than one part of the supply chain because that’s the only way I can stand behind what’s in the bottle.”
This conversation is just the beginning. Mike goes deeper into why he’s buying land up north, the family in the Philippines who prayed over his factory floor, and what he’d tell every person ready to stop performing and start building. PICKLE-BRINED CHICKEN WINGS SOAR TO THE NEXT LEVEL WITH ALABAMA WHITE SAUCE.

Pickle In A
I’ve spent years searching for the perfect wing flavor, never quite satisfied, until I heard a podcast suggestion: brining chicken wings in pickle juice. It sounded strange at first, but it yields incredibly tender and flavorful wings! Since then, I save pickle juice from every jar I buy just to recreate these beloved wings. If I run out of pickle juice, olive juice works too. I air fry mine, but if you don’t have an air fryer, cook them as you normally would. Don’t forget to toss them in a buttery dill sauce and try the Alabama white BBQ sauce for an extra layer of goodness!

Alabama White
BBQ Sauce
INGREDIENTS
• 1 ½ cups mayonnaise (I prefer Duke’s)
• ¼ cup water
• ¼ cup white wine vinegar
• 1 tablespoon pepper, coarsely ground
• 1 tablespoon Creole mustard
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon sugar
• 2 garlic cloves, minced
• 2 teaspoons prepared horseradish
INSTRUCTIONS
Whisk all ingredients together until blended. Dip your pickle juice-brined wings in this sauce and taste the joy! Store in the refrigerator for 1 - 2 weeks.

What is PLUNJ?
A Nordic style bathhouse where the main focus is contrast therapy.
YOUR FIRST SESSION
Your journey begins when you arrive at PLUNJ, where we create a serene space for your experience. First, you’ll receive an informative session about the facilities and the practice itself.
We’ll guide you through the Hot Cold Rest Repeat Regimen, a structured approach to maximize the benefits of contrast therapy. You’ll have the opportunity to practice it under our expert guidance, ensuring you get the most out of your session.
BENEFITS
Regular cold plunge and sauna use offers several key benefits, including:
Improved Circulation: Boosts cardiovascular health and enhances blood flow.
Stress Reduction: Promotes relaxation, reduces stress, and eases muscle tension.
Detoxification: Helps eliminate toxins, supporting overall well-being.
Muscle Recovery: Relieves soreness and aids in post-workout recovery.
Enhanced Skin Health: Promotes a healthy complexion and skin rejuvenation.

Pickle Juice Brined Wings
INGREDIENTS
• 2 pounds chicken wings (flats and drummettes)
• Pickle juice - enough to cover wings
• 1 – 2 teaspoons garlic salt
• ¼ teaspoon pepper
• 6 tablespoons butter
• A few dashes of hot sauce
• 2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Place chicken wings in a non-reactive container and pour pickle juice over chicken wings until completely covered.
2. Place it in the fridge and let it marinate, covered, for at least 8 hours.
3. Drain wings, discard pickle juice, and completely pat wings dry.
4. Put dried wings in a bowl and sprinkle with garlic salt and pepper. Mix well.
5. Place wings in an air fryer basket, being careful not to crowd. Cook at 400 degrees for 28 minutes, turning every 8 minutes until crispy. If you don’t have an air fryer, bake them in the oven for 35 - 40 minutes at 400 degrees, flipping halfway through.
6. Melt the butter and add a few splashes of hot sauce of your choice and mix in a bowl. Add wings and completely cover with butter mixture. Sprinkle with fresh dill and toss a few times, and serve with my white barbeque sauce.

SCOTT STALLINGS’ WORKOUT
Like many impressionable kids with giddy enthusiasm for their favorite sport, Scott Stallings discovered his interest for golf at the young age of 3.
But it was the “aha moment” for his LOVE of the game that came in 1997 when Tiger Woods won the Masters and would forever change the entire landscape of the industry, as well as what Stallings would aspire to achieve in his future professional endeavors.
Upon realizing “that Woods wasn’t that much older than him,’’ Scott set himself into overdrive to “get it together” and tapped into his natural drive to be one of the best.
He trained his way through achieving allstate golfer and Dean’s List status in high school. He was a seven-time tournament winner and was an All-American while attending Tennessee Tech, and he has won on the PGA Tour three times as a professional golfer.
In 2016 he learned he had been diagnosed with obstructive sleep apnea and acute adrenal fatigue. It was a result of some unhealthy nutritional habits, both of which affected his ability to continue effectively as a professional athlete.

“ GOLF IS A GRIND, BUT DON’T LET PHYSICALITY GET IN THE WAY OF YOUR GAME .”
With the guidance of doctors, surgeons, and his good friend Rich Froning, a four-time CrossFit champion, Scott developed a workout to trim 60 pounds, boasting 10% body fat, revising his daily eating habits, and sleeping healthily through the night.
“I came to the realization that it was no one’s fault but my own. The excuses and finger pointing led back to me, and once you take ownership, you take power in that,” Scott says.
“The voice within gave me some scary realizations that I always hated the doctor, and that they would tell me something was wrong. I learned a little information goes a long way, and that saved my health. Make one change today, and make another one tomorrow, and you’ll never look back.”
Had Scott not gone to the doctor because of that innate fear, he never would have known the diagnosis of sleep apnea that needed to be addressed.
“You only get one body,” he says.
Luckily for Scott, he didn’t have an overwhelming, crazy life overhaul. Instead, he was able to find one small thing, delivering simple systematic changes in his workout that led to his improvement in fitness and quality of life.
He still was driven to be one the best PGA Tour players and the best family guy he could be, and he would do all of the discovery, the surgeries, and the daily changes all over again to continue living his best life.
“I legitimately have some great people push me and stay around me,” Scott says.
Scott has traveled the world over, playing on some of the best courses around, from Augusta National twice, to courses across Asia, Europe, Australia, and the hope to cross the Middle East and more stunning destinations in New Zealand off his global travel list. His next “bucket list” trip?
Today, Scott happily shares healthy time with his wife and kids and is leading up The Scott Stallings Kids Play Free Junior Golf Initiative, a partnership with the Tennessee Golf Foundation to bring free junior golf to the Knoxville area.
THE WORKOUT BASICS :

KETTLEBELLS
Cast iron or cast steel ball with a handle attached to the top; ideal for exercises that combine cardio, strength and flexibility training.
BARS AND WEIGHTS
A long iron bar on which weight plates are placed. Weights come in a variety of styles, including weight plates, barbells and dumbbells.
DUMBBELLS
Short barbells, usually held in each hand
MEDICINE BALLS
Weighted balls roughly the diameter of the shoulders that are used for strength training and rehabilitation
STALLINGS’ PRIMARY EQUIPMENT: HIS TOP EXERCISES:
KETTLEBELL POWER SNATCH:
Uses ground force to leverage the kettlebell upward, then the shoulder, arm and back support the weight as it gets pushed overhead. Also a great cardio exercise and trains the body for a good golf swing.
KETTLEBELL HALO:
Start by holding the kettlebell upside down at chest height, then lift the weight to head height and rotate it around the head like a halo in both directions. This exercise focuses on shoulder mobility— which is important for a good golf swing— and warms up the muscles and soft tissue around the shoulder girdle.
CLEAN TO LUNGE:
First, the kettlebell is lifted from the ground to shoulder height. Then, the forward lunge loads weight into the legs one at a time, which happens from the backswing to the downswing. The exercise increases strength in calves and forearms, which is essential for a powerful swing.
