5 Essential Tips for Revitalizing Your Wellness Advancing your health starts with the right choices! This includes the right clinician providing the right service based on the best outcomes that can be individualized for your unique needs. Here are 5 essential wellness tips that are having a positively profound impact on our community: Reestablish Weight Management Symptoms: Sleep apnea, depression, hypertension, low energy, mood swings, decreased drive Weight management can be a challenge, often involving a multitude of complexities including metabolic functions and biochemical factors. Being overweight even by 5 to 10 lbs. can cause serious health issues. When it comes to weight loss, adopting a comprehensive, health-centric approach is paramount for achieving the best results. Average weight loss in clinical trials is showing 15% to 20% of body weight. Top Choices: Semaglutide, Tirzepatide, BioBoost Replenish Depleted Hormones Symptoms: Hot flashes, abdominal fat, low energy, decreased drive, hair loss, lack mental clarity Hormones are key to almost everything the body does and vital to how the body operates. Men and women may see declining hormone levels as early as 20s to 30s, and this can further decline at an accelerated rate as we continue to age. Bio-identical hormone ointments can be applied quickly and absorb within seconds. No need to worry about painful injections, messy creams or surgical implants. Top Choices: Bi-est, Progesterone, Testosterone, DHEA Ointments Replace Lost Nutrients Symptoms: Inflammation, weakness, fatigue, dehydration, sunken eyes, dry skin One of the main reasons why IV hydration is effective is its ability to provide immediate nutrition and essential vitamins with up to 100% absorption for relief and replenishment. Drinking fluids orally can take time to be absorbed and may not provide sufficient nutrient distribution. IV hydration, on the other hand, bypasses the digestive system and delivers fluids directly into the bloodstream. Top Choices: IV Hydration such as Cold & Flu, Myers Cocktail, NAD+ Restore Low Vitamins Symptoms: Muscle weakness, forgetfulness, pale skin, dizziness, tiredness Vitamin deficiency can occur if you don’t eat the right foods or if your body has trouble absorbing and processing essential vitamins. Low vitamin levels can also be caused by the immune system attacking cells in your body, stomach or intestinal insufficiencies, and certain diseases such as Crohn’s and Celiac disease. Restoring these vitamins through injections help them become instantly available to the body. Top Choices: Vitamin injections such as B12, D, Glutathione Reclaim Your Time Symptoms: Stress, anxiety, lack of focus, decreased mental clarity Wellness options should be available when you need it, where you need it. Our experienced nurses are equipped to provide a variety of services including IV Therapy, hormone therapy, lab testing, weight loss management, telehealth, and aesthetics. Top Choices: Telehealth, at-home (mobile), same-day services available 7 days a week

Why see a financial advisor? Investing for your future is important — but it can be challenging. Fortunately, you don’t have to go it alone. A financial advisor can help you in several ways. First, a financial advisor can help you develop a long-term financial strategy based on your goals, risk tolerance and time horizon. And your advisor can review your strategy regularly to determine what adjustments should be made, either due to changing financial markets or changes in your own life. Also, an advisor can help you avoid costly investment mistakes, such as trying to “time” the market by always seeking the lowest point to buy and the highest to sell. Such a strategy is almost impossible to follow because no one can really predict these highs and lows. Another way a financial advisor can help you is by measuring your progress toward your goals. Many people assume they should just check their portfolio’s performance against a market index, such as the S&P 500, but a financial professional can employ more personalized benchmarks. Investing for your future can be exciting and rewarding — and you can feel more confident in your decisions when you have someone helping you along the way.

LIFESTYLE LETTER

Loving Local

February 2024 PUBLISHER

Laura Paszkiewicz | laura@citylifestyle.com

Love local. Most of us would say we support local business, but do our actions match our assertations? In the Maxwell house, we’ve been working for what seems like forever on a home renovation project. Thank goodness the proverbial end is in sight and recently, as we closed in on the finishing touches that included light fixtures, I found myself scouring every resource and searching all things Pinterest and internet related for some deisgn inspiration. I finally identified a few awesome options and was tempted to push the ‘easy’ button (aka ordering online from the big ‘A’ store), but knowing the small business owner we used when building our home, I decided to do some comparison shopping and make a local visit. What I found pleasantly surprised and encouraged me. Not only did they price match what we’d found online, but they were incredibly grateful for the opportunity. I walked away feeling awesome about supporting our Lee’s Summit economy, and I know the small business owner was grateful as well. While we all love the instant gratification of online shopping, I challenge us each to take the extra step of seeking commitment over convenience - do the online research but see if you can purchase locally. This month’s issue features a number of local artisans. Read about them; appreciate them; but most importantly, figure out how you can support them and others. Who knows; if we don’t choose to love local now, one day we may not have the opportunity.

When you see Vonda Miller’s yarn art on canvas, you have to take a second look to realize these lovely pieces are actually woven from yarn. Her signature

be different from anything anyone else has created. I searched online and found yarn art, but nothing grabbed me. So, I decided to come up with my

technique intertwines colorful strands into all sorts of scenes. She has been doing this art on canvas for two years. Vonda has been a business administrator for ten years, and now works at KC Care as a Provider Scheduling Manager, overseeing the schedules of 20 providers. “At age 47, I decided to go to college at the urging of my three sons, and I now have an associate degree in business administration, a bachelor’s in business management and a master’s in business administration, which I completed in November of 2021,” she explained. “I gave myself a personal challenge to complete my MBA with a 4.0 and I did! When I was done, I had a lot of free time and wanted to find a crafty hobby. I knew I wanted to do something with yarn but wanted it to

own technique - yarn art on canvas!” Vonda learned to crochet at seven and began again to crochet facemasks during COVID. After creating random yarn art on canvas pieces, she soon learned to accomplish a specific texture or 3D look, then transformed part of her basement into an art studio. She sells her art through Facebook, Instagram under ‘Vonda Miller Art’ and word of mouth. She has been featured at several locales, including three months at Lee’s Summit City Hall, Westport Art Fair, West Elm on the Plaza and the 18th and Vine Art Festival. She has also applied to sell her art at the Brookside Art Fair this May. Vonda was recently named as one of the board of directors for Summit Art in Lee’s Summit, a 501c3 nonprofit organization supporting visual art and artists.

“I LOVE THAT PEOPLE WANT MY ART IN THEIR HOMES, YET IF NO ONE EVER BOUGHT ANOTHER PICTURE, I WOULD STILL KEEP CREATING UNIQUE PIECES.”

“I GET EXCITED ABOUT EVERY PIECE I MAKE.” Vonda is a proud mother of a daughter and three sons, and grandmother of nine grandchildren. She is happily married to a man who encourages and fully supports her. “My art is motivating for many reasons,” she confirmed. “I get excited about every piece I make. I love that people want my art in their homes, yet if no one ever bought another picture, I would still keep creating unique pieces. I will continue my journey of ‘Making Yarn Pretty.’” Visit summitart.org/portfolio/vonda-miller to see some of her art.

Kelly Lightfoot cherishes acting upon her creative, giving spirit! She and her husband Andrew started Matchstick Websites eight years ago. Together they build websites. Kelly launched her own company, Ampersand in 2009, to offer clients branding and graphic design, not long after graduating from UCM and working for a boutique design firm in Kansas City. “Andrew decided to leave his corporate software job, teach himself WordPress and we were off!” Kelly explained. “We build a handful of new sites yearly and manage nearly 40 websites monthly. We like to say we ‘build simple sites that burn bright.’ In fact, this year we won our second Philly Award through Non-Profit Connect for the Youth Volunteer Corp site we built.” Her passion for creating jewelry was a natural extension of her life hobbies, including watercolor painting, scrapbooking and knitting. So, when she picked up a DIY clay earring kit in the spring of 2022, she found her niche! She loved it so much she bought more clay, made more earrings and soon had over 100 pairs. “Friends offered to buy them, so I decided to host a trunk show at my house. It astounded me that I was making art and able to sell it!” she smiled. “I couldn’t figure out how my new venture fit into my business, and while praying one morning I sensed God saying, ‘I will provide for your needs through Matchstick, and I want you to give all the profits from The Lightfoot Collection away.’ This was such an eloquent solution because it allowed me to pursue the joy of creating art while supporting non-profits, both locally and abroad.” Since January 2023, they have donated every dollar of profit to charities…$17,478.22! The valued

organizations receiving support include foster families in KC through Foster Light, Bible translation in Papua New Guinea through Wycliff, young women facing unplanned pregnancies through Resource Health, refugee families in the urban core through Agape Pamoja and several other organizations. The Lightfoot Collection has harnessed the power of generosity allowing hundreds to be a part of giving, while also enjoying locally handmade earrings. Every pair is a tiny work of art. Her earrings are crafted with polymer clay, and she uses tools like tiny cookie cutters, and then bakes them in her toaster oven. No two are identical, with colorful designs and themes. “Moving into 2024, my focus is on small pop-up shows hosted by local businesses. When I’m able to ‘pop in’ to a corporate office or small business, everyone there gets the convenience of shopping while knowing their purchases are going right back to help their neighbors in need,” she expressed. “We also sell online.” She and Andrew met at a local Lee’s Summit church 14 years ago and she expressed her love of working together with him, her best friend. Their daughter Mae is seven and the constant spark in their days, adding, “She loves to make her own earrings alongside me, and we see her creativity exuded in her silly, made-up songs, spontaneous dance moves and humor!” Visit thelightfootcollection.com, matchstickwebsites.com for more information. It’s All Right Here:

Unity Village

Brims with Hospitality & History The year 2024 marks 105 blissful years for Unity Village, an incorporated township located just 5 minutes from historic downtown Lee’s Summit, Missouri, and 20 minutes from downtown KC. This historic site boasts 1,200 acres of stunning natural landscape and unique Mediterranean-style architecture, and has become known as a valuable community resource with warm and welcoming hospitality. Although Unity Village is a private property, the grounds are open to the public, and the campus offers over 20,000 square feet of spaces - both indoor and outdoor - for special events such as weddings, retreats, and corporate functions. To accommodate even larger groups, The Goppert Event Center (formerly the Activities Center) is currently being remodeled to seat up to 500 banquet style or 700 auditorium style. This stateof-the-art facility plans to open sometime in 2025. Out-of-town guests - or anyone needing a tranquil night away - will find several comfortable lodging options at Unity Village, including an award-winning, 50-room hotel as well as three charming English Cotswold-style homes, available to reserve through Airbnb. Fortunately, you don’t need to host an event to experience the historic charm and signature warmth of Unity Village. Any day of the week, locals are invited to stop in and grab a cup of coffee in the elegant Fillmore Cafe, walk the 2.4-mile nature trail (don’t miss the tunnel full of colorful murals!), meditate in the largest hand-laid paver labyrinth in the U.S., or enjoy a round of golf on their beautiful and affordable par-3 course.

“Just because you are retired or just because you have done one thing does not mean you can’t try something new. If that doesn’t work, try something else!”

At the age of 73, Linda Lutz started painting, just five years ago. What began as a late start has blossomed into a colorful journey. Linda’s dynamic creations stand as a testament that it is never too late to pursue new adventures and redefine the narrative of aging. Linda’s introduction to art actually came many years ago. As an elementary school student, Linda says a teacher dismissed her artistic potential, asserting that she was merely wasting materials and lacked the skill to participate in class. Linda took those words to heart and avoided art classes through school. A little wistfully, she reflects, “I always loved art, though. I Ioved looking at pictures, especially Monet’s paintings.” After a career as a medical social worker, raising four children, and later working as a realtor and store owner, Linda’s artistic reawakening came in the form of a simple gift – a package of pastel chalk and an encouraging nudge from someone who saw the potential she had long overlooked. Casual doodling soon transformed into a full-fledged passion. CONTINUED >

A quest for more vibrant colors led her to experiment with bright acrylics. Learning as she went and mimicking ideas she found on Pinterest, Linda focused on making simple designs on wood and canvas postcards. It wasn't until recently, however, that she had the courage to return to the classroom by enrolling in an art class at Longview College, free for residents aged 65 and older. “Before the class, I was painting from instinct. Now, I am learning some of the actual tools. It has been challenging. We had to do a self-portrait and we had to do perspective, so I am learning a lot. I am going to take another class next semester.” Linda’s commitment to learning and growth exemplifies the profound impact pursuing one’s passion can have, no matter the age. Every morning, Linda greets the day ready to create. From 4 am to 6 am, the quiet hours of dawn are devoted to the canvas. She finds much of her inspiration from the beauty and colors of the Caribbean. For Linda, painting is not just a creative pursuit; it is a puzzle to solve. “Can I do this? OK, now can I learn to do that? It’s a challenge. It keeps me going, and it is fun,” she explains with enthusiasm. Her favorite part lies in navigating the “muddy middle” of a painting—the point of uncertainty when doubts surface. Yet, pushing through reveals the joy of accomplishment.

The Pantless POTTER

hat started as a way to pass the time during the height of the pandemic has now turned into a fullblown successful business for Shelby Vanbuskirk, owner of the Pantless Potter based in Lee Summit. It all started after the former elementary art teacher enrolled in a college level ceramics class in Kansas City back in 2019. Vanbuskirk was teaching elementary art in Raytown at the time, and her college class was a way for her to expand on her degree. “I absolutely fell in love, by the end of the class I went and purchased a wheel from a neighbor down the street, I had a kiln within a couple of months,” recalled Vanbuskirk.

After the pandemic hit, Vanbuskirk had the time she needed to fine-tune her craft. Eventually, a close friend who was an experienced potter encouraged Vanbuskirk to enter her first pottery show. “I went to Union Station, and I did a show there. I had gnomes made for the holiday season, and I completely sold out,” said Vanbuskirk, “I walked away with an empty table and that was really cool and that’s when I thought maybe this could be something.” Encouraged by her success and family, Vanbuskirk decided to put her teaching career on pause and focus on starting the Pantless Potter. So where did the name come from? Her husband inadvertently came up with Pantless Potter after finding Vanbuskirk

inside the family’s garage, without any pants on while working on her pieces. “It was super hot in there working next to a fire; I had my teaching clothes on most of the time and my husband would come home and see me working at the wheel and ask, “Are you even wearing pants?” to which I would laugh,” said Vanbuskirk. Vanbuskirk continues to work from home creating pieces that are all handbuilt and wheel thrown. A variety of glazing techniques are used to finish her pieces, but the majority are brushed by hand. Her shop currently includes one-of-akind stoneware that is safe to use in the dishwasher and microwave along with seasonal pieces including her iconic gnome figures. CONTINUED >

The Pantless Potter is now one of the most in-demand artisan online shops in Kansas City. As her business continues to blossom, Vanbuskirk doesn’t plan on returning to the classroom anytime soon and sees herself working inside her home studio for the foreseeable future. “I do these full lines of seasonal gnomes, but I have all of these fun, tiny, sculptural pieces, and a line of work that is everyday use, simple and cute. Someone once told me my work is farmhouse chic meets fun, whimsical and that really covers it,” said Vanbuskirk. For more information visit pantlesspotter.com

Locally-owned, College Hunks Hauling Junk & Moving, has deep Lee's Summit ties

Matt and Alicia Rodick brought COLLEGE HUNKS Hauling Junk & Moving® Lee's Summit to our hometown in 2021, and since then have been helping customers move, remove junk from their homes and so much more! Matt explained that College Hunks offers moving, junk hauling, labor and delivery services. Whether that move takes you across town or across the country, they can get the job done for you. For that move, they can do packing only, truck loading, loading and driving your truck to the final location, unloading and full service.

“For junk hauling, we’ll take away your junk from wherever you need it gone from the house, we only ask that you provide a clear path for us to access it. With labor, we can move heavy items across a school or office building, or from one area in your house to another,” he noted. “With delivery, we primarily work with businesses to deliver items to customers or help homeowners with furniture or get other items they’ve purchased from one location to another, even if it’s out-of-state. Full house cleanouts,

we’ve got you covered. Cross-country move? Yes, we’ll do that too. Furniture assembly and disassembly like beds and even exercise equipment? That too.” This explains why they are sought after. Nothing is out of range when it comes to relocating almost anything. This couple also makes sure to give back to the community. They have lived in Lee’s Summit for 12 years, and their two oldest children are Lee’s Summit West graduates, and the youngest is still a student in the LSR7 school district. Alicia is a local elementary school teacher, and over the years she and Matt have coached sports with Lee’s Summit Rec. They are also involved with their church. CONTINUED >

A Mizzou business grad, Matt has over 20 years of experience in retail and customer experience. After much research, he chose to become a franchise owner of College Hunks. Intrigued by their mission and values, it was an easy decision. The company is dedicated to helping end childhood hunger and donates two meals to U.S. Hunger for every job. While College Hunks may be a national franchise, they want customers to know their business is truly more of a local, family-run business. The whole

family pitches in together. Their oldest daughter who works in advertising as her full-time job helps run their marketing, their son who is currently a student at the University of Missouri is a Junk Captain when he’s home, and their youngest daughter has her own desk at the office. The name College Hunks? H.U.N.K.S is an acronym for Honest, Uniformed, Nice, Knowledgeable, Service. When you’re moving or inviting someone into your home to do a job, that’s truly what you’re looking for. “We are a team of young strong guys, but also professionals like Matt who brings over 20 years of experience in managing a business and providing customer service,” he continued. “There are a lot of other moving and junk hauling businesses around the metro, but when you choose College Hunks, you’re choosing to support a business and family that truly cares and makes an effort to give back to their community.” This workplace is one their employees enjoy working in. It is part of the culture they embrace across the board. Book online at www.collegehunkshaulingjunk. com/lees-summit or call (816) 239-3117. If you’re dreaming about your next getaway from the hustle and bustle of life, you’re not alone. But maybe you’re not exactly feeling inclined to hop on a highway or plane and deal with the stress that comes with a long roadtrip or packed flight. So what’s the next best thing? A local getaway that offers a quiet escape, acres of nature, serene views, and a cozy log cabin retreat that will have you swooning and pushing the reset button! Located adjacent to Lake Winnebago, The Cabin at Big Creek is the area’s newest completely renovated rental property fit for a family celebration, a couple’s escape, or an intimate micro wedding where everyone can play, commune, and make memories in a distinguished setting. The possibilities are endless, and the property was designed to host indoor and outdoor events to meet any occasion. The owners and visionaries behind The Cabin at Big Creek know a thing or two about the area. As residents themselves of Lake Winnebago, they set their sights on acquiring a stunning 120 acres just a quick jaunt away that held an aging cabin on the land. Seeing the potential in it, they transformed it into a magnificent and secluded luxury log cabin with the intention of providing nearby residents the excuse to break away from their everyday routine and surroundings, and for a moment in time take over this sprawling and sophisticated lodge that houses 10+ family or friends together.

BECAUSE. CHOCOLATE. C h o c o late Fond ue • 2 cups heavy cream • 1 pound premium semisweet chocolate (recommended: Lindt or Callebaut) • 1 tablespoon pure vanilla extract • 1 tablespoon brandy • Strawberries, bananas, pineapple, brownies, waffles, marshmallows, Oreos, pound cake, pretzels or any other dipping item of your choice! Put approximately four inches of water in a saucepan and bring to a slow boil. Place a mixing bowl on top and pour in the heavy cream. Let heat. Or, use a double boiler. Meanwhile, break up or chop the chocolate into small pieces. When the cream feels hot to the touch, add chocolate and whisk until smooth. Whisk in vanilla and brandy (optional). Pour into the fondue pot and light the handy fuel underneath. Keep the flame low as not to burn the fondue. Arrange dippers on a platter and enjoy. For the grown-ups, a spiked chocolate drink from our friend, Martha Stewart.

The Spiked Jo n es • • • •

1/2 cup milk 1 cup heavy cream 1/4 cup whole coffee beans 2 ounces semisweet chocolate (61% Valrhona), chopped • 2 tablespoons Kahlua • 1 teaspoon confectioner's sugar • 1 tablespoon dark chocolatecovered coffee beans, chopped In a saucepan over medium heat, combine milk, 1/2 cup cream, and whole coffee beans. Bring to a simmer, turn off heat, cover, and steep beans for 1 hour. Strain liquid and return to saucepan; discard beans. Bring the milk-and-cream mixture back to a simmer, add chocolate, and whisk until incorporated. Remove from heat; whisk in Kahlua. Whip remaining 1/2 cup cream and the confectioners' sugar until soft peaks form. Divide the hot chocolate between 2 cups and garnish each portion with a dollop of whipped cream and a sprinkling of chopped chocolate-covered coffee beans.

When my kids were little, we would address valentines to classmates, deliver flowers to neighbors and decorate the house with hearts and snowflakes (cut from white coffee filters). For dinner, I would make their favorite meal: dessert! Why not? I'd melt chocolate (the good stuff) and let them line up their dippers. They thought dessert for dinner was magical. Of course, I'd fed them a protein-packed after-school snack and served "dinner" early so they could get their sugar wiggles out before bed. Delightful! Happy Valentine's Day!

ARTICLE BY SUE G. COLLINS

Reservations For Two Dreamy destinations for couples looking to get away.

Finding a life partner just might be easier than finding someone you can travel with. Pace, patience and priorities all matter when organizing itineraries, straddling time zones and navigating new places. Do you like languid mornings with room service, wide sandy beaches and white-glove service? Or, do you prefer watching the sunrise in hiking boots, launching into eye-opening excursions and digging to find that hidden gem of a restaurant that serves local food to locals? When the stars align, both partners have an affinity for generally the same kind of vacation, or are willing to compromise. Enjoying travel with your mate is the icing on the (wedding) cake. Here are a few ideas for fabulously romantic getaways. Bon Voyage!

Traveling can be as stressful as it is sublime. Exhausting as it is inspiring. Traveling as a couple requires additional planning and communication with a healthy dose of patience. Much like marriage! But, waking up in a faraway place, exploring unknown terrain together and leaving your routine and all its trappings behind can be therapeutic. You both can take on new roles and release tired habits.

1

Write new vows over lunch or take a random nap because you can.

2

Share planning and talk about your goals for the trip. Do you want to completely unplug or will one of you need excellent wifi to call into a few meetings?

3

If you’re parents, consider setting boundaries for texting and phone calls so you can put the phone away and immerse in one another. Let the kids know you will be checking your phone at a certain time each day (and stick to that). Let the grandparents or caregivers handle the day to day drama.

4

Take turns charting a course for the day. On day one, you check museum opening times, get the timed tickets and find a nearby spot for a healthy lunch. On day two, you sit back and let your partner call the Uber and source out the perfect shopping district, walking distance to a park. Enjoy the ride, either way.

Navigating School Challenges with ADHD: Support Strategies for Children with ADHD in the School Environment Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) is a prevalent neurodevelopmental disorder in children, marked by symptoms like inattention, hyperactivity, and impulsivity. These symptoms can significantly affect a child’s school experience. ADHD can have serious consequences on a child’s academic performance, leading to lower grades and an increased risk of dropping out. It can also cause social and emotional problems, such as difficulty forming and maintaining relationships.

Understanding ADHD in the School Environment ADHD can manifest in various ways in a school setting. Children with ADHD may struggle with focusing, following instructions, and completing tasks. It’s vital to recognize that these challenges are inherent to their condition, not due to a lack of effort or intelligence. Misconceptions, such as labeling these children as merely disruptive or unmotivated, can lead to ineffective approaches and a lack of support. For instance, a student with ADHD may be unable to complete an assignment in a timely manner, not because they don’t want to, but because they need to take longer to process instructions or have difficulty organizing their thoughts.

Creating an ADHD-Friendly Classroom An inclusive classroom that accommodates the needs of children with ADHD is essential. Teachers can implement structured routines and provide clear, concise instructions to help these students thrive. Minimizing classroom distractions and offering seating arrangements that limit overstimulation can also significantly improve concentration and learning. Additionally, providing regular breaks and

physical activity opportunities can help keep ADHD students engaged and motivated. Finally, providing one-on-one support when needed can also help ensure that these students can reach their full potential.

Behavioral and Educational Support Strategies Positive reinforcement and specific behavioral interventions can be effective. For instance, a reward system for completing tasks or following classroom rules can motivate children with ADHD. Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and 504 plans also provide tailored educational strategies and accommodations, ensuring each child receives the support they need. Behavioral therapy can also be used to help children with ADHD develop strategies for managing their symptoms. Social skills training, cognitive behavioral therapy, and parent training are all effective methods of helping children with ADHD. Medication can also be prescribed to help manage the symptoms of ADHD. Additionally, children with ADHD may need additional help and support from family and friends.

Collaboration Between School and Home The partnership between educators and parents is crucial in managing ADHD. Consistent communication ensures that strategies are aligned and effective across both environments. Parents can reinforce positive behaviors and educational practices at home, creating a cohesive support system. Encouraging self-advocacy in children and teaching them to understand and articulate their needs is also beneficial. Beyond school and home, other resources can provide additional support. Tutoring, therapy, and ADHD coaching can be instrumental in

addressing specific challenges. Pediatricians and child psychologists play a vital role in managing ADHD, offering medical and behavioral interventions. Furthermore, numerous community and online resources offer valuable information and support networks.
