LIFESTYLE LETTER
January - Health and Wellness For many of us, this time of year is full of excitement. It presents us with a reset, new challenges, and goals to pursue. Though for others, it is a reminder of failed attempts from years past and the burden of expectation that this year will be different. When it comes to anything in life - business, finance, food, home, and personal health - it’s not what you do some days that move the needle; it’s what you do MOST days. For better or worse. Key to it all is giving it a go, being consistent, and staying the course for the most part. At Lake Minnetonka Lifestyle, we have some great stories for you this month. In this issue, we share how to Revive, travel with GYPSET yoga, and get financially fit. We also feature fun at The Burrow (axe throwing anyone?), and we are already thinking of finer weather to come by getting “All Decked Out” with Lakeside Decks. Yes, you can build your dream deck in the winter! So plan the vacation AND work to establish more regular rest in your work week. Join a fitness community or gym, AND don’t forget to enjoy that dessert as well. As one of our writers suggested in our January issue in 2021, “Life is short, eat the pie!” Personally, I’m going to take Jen’s advice. (Just not every night.) Here’s to a happy and healthy 2023. See you around the Lake!

entertainment
FOR ALL
With two Twin Cities locations, The Burrow is an entertainment venue serving families looking for weekend fun, friends looking for a great night out, bachelorette parties, birthday parties, and bigger groups. “The Burrow was created as a Minnesotan gaming den fit for all ages. Restaurants and bars used to be the go-to places to hunker down, but that’s changing,” said owner Thomas Wartman. Located in both Oakdale and Victoria, The Burrow offers games ranging from axe throwing to mini golf, steel-tip darts, go-karts, golf and sports simulators, and more. “While many entertainment venues center around one particular activity, at The Burrow, guests can choose their own adventure,” said Thomas. Another sister venue of The Burrow is The Fair on 4, located on the 4th floor at the Mall of America. “The Fair on 4 features one of North America’s only indoor two-story go-kart tracks, with stateof-the-art electric Sodi go-karts,” said Thomas. “Guests will find a fair-themed amusement hall, 11 full-service axe lanes, classic arcades, an 8-foot tall stuffed bear, as well as scratch-made food and boozy cocktails!” The ability to cater to all ages and keep everyone entertained sets these venues apart from restaurants and bars. “We consider The Burrow to be adult-focused, but family-friendly,” said Thomas. “Parents find themselves at ease with ample space for kids to explore while they sit back and enjoy quality food and drink or decide to join the fun.”

ENTERTAINMENT ON TAP Demand for these entertainment venues is on the rise. According to a 2022 Business Wire study, the family indoor entertainment industry is anticipated to reach $69.5 billion by 2030, a 10.9% increase from last year. In the Twin Cities alone, entertainment venues for indoor mini golf and pickleball courts have hit the market in recent years, like Thr3 Jack in the North Loop which features sports simulators. Hopping on the pickleball trend, The Burrow in Oakdale will open four indoor and outdoor courts in the spring of 2023. In Minnesota, when it gets cold outside, these indoor entertainment venues provide the perfect way for friends and families to gather and stay active—and eat good food. “We know that friendly competition pairs best with good hearty food, hand-crafted cocktails, and local taps,” said Thomas. “Our scratch-made kitchen features artisan pizzas and house-smoked meats to fill even the heartiest of appetites. Guests can choose up to 40 local tap beers, a variety of spirits, or one of our feature margaritas on our newly-released craft cocktail menu.” Guests certainly won’t go hungry and can easily spend a whole day at one location, making this type of venue both fun and convenient for large groups. “Family groups, party buses with bachelorette/bachelor groups, corporate gatherings, 40th/50th birthday parties; all of these groups are flocking to venues where the menu isn’t just food and drink, but activities too,” said Thomas.
ACTIVITIES FOR DAYS! Activities vary between the Victoria and Oakdale locations, but groups can partake in golf and sports simulators, mini golf, mini bowling, laser tag, and of course axe throwing. All locations offer leagues, and axe-throwing activities include demos and safety instructions so everyone can feel at ease. Live entertainment is also on the menu, and guests can enjoy local acoustics acts as they take part in a variety of activities. While the Victoria location is The Burrow’s original venue, a unique offering at the Oakdale location is “Foxy’s Den,” a premium event space with cozy décor, a dedicated bar, lounge seating, and endless games. Perfect for corporate events, birthday parties, or any celebration. So instead of binge-watching Netflix this winter, check out The Burrow and keep the winter blues at bay. Stay active, make memories, gather with your favorite people, and enjoy delicious food and drinks. All information on activities, private events, locations, prices, and food can be found at theburrowmn.com. To see all the fun to be had at the Mall of America location, head to thefairon4.com.

GYPSET Yoga Retreats Takes You To Amazing Places GYPSET’S LATEST RETREAT TO STUNNING PORTUGAL REVITALIZED MINDS AND BODIES

January is a time for fresh starts and new adventures. 2023 is ripe with possibility. Travel is back. Community is back. And good health is always trending. There is no better way than getting a yoga retreat on the calendar to dedicate time to explore a new place and spend some quality time with yourself.
GYPSET Yoga Retreats co-founders Laurel Van Matre and Melissa Schoeller have been leading yoga retreats since 2018 after being yoga instructors for many years prior. Both seasoned travelers, their first guided yoga retreat was to the municipality of Tulum in sunny Mexico. Following that trip, the destinations and interest kept expanding and now include both domestic and international destinations. They guide travelers on about a dozen unique retreats each year with yogis ranging in age from 22-82. Laurel says, “There is a wide mix of ages and yoga experience. Some have years of experience, and others are new to the practice. Some are solo travelers. Some come with a friend, a partner, or family member. Some meet new friends and travel together afterward. We accommodate a wide variety of travel and fitness needs, and there is a very strong community piece to what we do.”
They recently returned from one of their favorite destinations: Portugal. The Portugal retreat took place in a pristine seaside location a few hours south of Lisbon. The retreat goers spent a glorious week on a lush 275acre private ranch where they dined on chef-crafted food, had daily yoga instruction, and opportunities for excursions like horseback riding or hiking the famed coastal Fisherman’s Trail. Yoga practice punctuated by fabulous food and endless ocean views sounds hard to beat. Laurel says the food is a vital part of the experience. “To have food that nurtures you is as important as the yoga.” While this is the second time GYPSET has visited Portugal, it is already on the calendar again for 2024. The photos are surreal but be assured the experience is quite real. Melissa enjoys seeing how these trips change people. “I love watching people soften as each day goes by. You

can literally see a retreat transformation right in front of your eyes.” Participants are invited to do as much or as little as they desire. There are opportunities for local activities and socializing but also time to curl up with a book if the mood strikes. Laurel says they hear all the time, “It’s the perfect mix of wellness and adventure. And people always mention how much they laugh. They can’t remember the last time they laughed so much and had so much fun.” Upcoming destinations include stays at Whitefish, Montana, Joshua Tree in California, the Allegheny mountains in Pennsylvania, and global adventures in Bali, Morocco, Belize, Italy, Croatia, and Costa Rica. “We are going to go all over the world,” says Laurel. GYPSET draws travelers from Minnesota but also from around the country and the world. “We are getting people from all over the country. We’re starting to get international travelers. Bringing people together enhances the experience, meeting people from all over the world. And many are repeat travelers. Some book their next one while on a retreat!” Laurel says. And do these yogi globetrotters ever tire of the planning, the teaching, the coordinating? Their answer is a flat-out no. “Many people comment on how much time we spend with our retreaters. We both attend every trip and are with the group every step of the way. We are as excited about it as they are,” Laurel says. I asked Melissa what she would say to a firsttime retreat traveler prior to the trip. “Savor the experience. Expect to walk away feeling nourished, well rested, and connected to a whole new group of friends.” It’s hard to imagine a more ideal start to 2023 and beyond. Join the GYPSET community on one of their dreamy retreats to quench your wanderlust and perhaps discover a new part of yourself. But please, don’t take my spot.

Lakeside Decking Transforms Outdoor Living Spaces Year-Round ONE LOCAL COMPANY IS BUILDING CUSTOM DECKS EVEN IN THE FRIGID COLD
Have you been thinking about finally getting a deck built but feel like you missed your opportunity this year? You’re in luck! The Lakeside Decking Company of Wayzata doesn’t stop building decks just because it starts to snow. They build decks all year round, even in the winter. Lakeside Decking, formerly Garage Shop Designs, is a local business serving Lake Minnetonka and surrounding areas. CEO and Founder Josh Ferri started the business from his garage in 2016, primarily doing cabinetry, custom furniture, and woodworking. As he gained notoriety, more and more customers started asking about decks, and it wasn’t long before Lakeside Decking was born. With a crew of four and an adorable four-legged head of operations named Woody, Lakeside Decking prides itself on bringing custom decks to life. Each deck is built with the same four pillars: design, precision, strength, and beauty. The design, precision, and beauty are definitely a reflection of Ferri’s past woodworking experience. “I used to do things on a much smaller scale that needed CONTINUED >

to be very precise. I’ve translated that into deck building… because we can add unique woodworking details that others don’t think of when they’re building large scale,” he said. The team’s strength is especially prevalent as the winter season begins to take hold. Most Minnesotans wouldn’t think about scheduling a deck build in the winter, but Ferri said it is one of the best times in terms of scheduling as you wouldn’t normally be using the deck during those months anyway. In fact, he said waiting until summer to schedule your deck build typically ends up with longer wait times and cutting into holiday plans. “The worst time to have a deck built is in July. For instance, while the weather is nice in the summer, it’s inconvenient if you lose your deck for the Fourth of July. The decks we build tend to be more long-form and intricate, and we can be at a client’s house anywhere from two weeks to two months… so why not have that missed deck time during the winter?” Ferri said. And building a deck in the winter isn’t much different than in the summer, according to Ferri. He said Lakeside Decking takes different precautions due to the way materials expand and contract in cold temperatures, but the process is overall the same since the footings they use are engineered and can be installed in the frozen ground. And if you’re worried about working with a small company, Ferri says that’s actually what makes his team unique. “I’m on the job site every day. So if you need something, you just step outside your back door, and we’re there working. I think that gives people peace of mind when considering the dollars they’re spending.” When it comes to building a deck that will fit your family’s needs and lasts a lifetime, Lakeside Decking is the team to do it. They offer lifetime warranties on their craftsmanship and work closely with TimberTech, their decking manufacturer, and with local family-owned lumber yards to supply the materials and ensure quality communication every step of the way. So why wait until summer to schedule your deck build when winter is clearly the better option? https://www.lakesidedecking.com/

Spotlight: Revive MD ARTICLE BY LAUREN BEAUBAIRE | PHOTOGRAPHY BY EMILY JOHN
When the alarm clock sounds, it’s time to rise and shine, but the snooze button always seems more enticing. And even after the fifth snooze, you need a coffee infusion before beginning to mentally process the day ahead. Sound familiar? Owner and founder of Revive MD, Dr. Alfonso Morales, along with co-founder Elizabeth Collins, hear this story all the time. They started Revive to help patients improve and maintain health, promoting anti-aging and longevity through hormone replacement and optimization. “Our hormones decline as we age,” explains Dr. Morales. “That’s what makes us age and feel the symptoms of getting older. When you optimize and replace your hormones, you feel much better and eliminate those symptoms of aging.”

Revive uses anti-aging modalities, including hormone replacement, supplements, nutrition, IV and vitamin infusions, CBD for inflammation and pain, and new technologies like peptides that improve growth hormones and immunity and work as an anti-inflammatory. “We are preventative and proactive versus reactive,” says Dr. Morales. “We still do traditional medicine, but instead of only reacting and treating an illness once you have it, we work to prevent chronic disease and illness from happening in the first place.” Revive’s story is also a love story. “We actually met out on a date,” says Elizabeth. “At that time, my online fitness training and nutrition business wasn’t going the way I wanted it to.” Dr. Morales adds, “And after 30 years of practicing in the area of pain and addiction,
“They’ll go to their doctor, run a fair amount of labs, and the doctor will tell them, ‘Yep, you’re normal. We’ll see you next year.’ But they still feel miserable and don’t know what to do.”
I was just burned out and wanted to switch my focus to anti-aging, but didn’t know how. I wanted to revive and renew.” After they met, they decided to combine their businesses, opening Revive MD in St. Paul. “It’s a beautiful story,” says Dr. Morales. “We revived our careers, our lives, our love lives, and this blossomed into a wonderful business, helping others revive at the same time too.” Revive MD started out of one little room before quickly growing and expanding into the entire suite, offering comprehensive preventative care for health and wellness and improving quality of life. Usually, most come to Revive because they feel miserable. They don’t sleep well. They feel tired and experience brain fog. They have a low libido, and their energy level isn’t like it used to be. Even when active and working out, their gains aren’t the same, and the weight just doesn’t come off anymore. “They feel discouraged,” says Dr. Morales. “Then they’ll go to their doctor, run a fair amount of labs, and the doctor will tell them, ‘Yep, you’re normal. We’ll see you next year.’ But they still feel miserable and don’t know what to do.” This is where Revive’s approach makes all the difference. When you step into the clinic, you experience private, personalized care that focuses on the individual. This includes a physical exam, full patient history, and a comprehensive lab panel, testing for vitamin and nutritional deficiencies, inflammatory markers, hormones, and more, to create a unique, customized plan for your wellness as you age. “Many of our patients are from the Lake Minnetonka area,” says Elizabeth. “We make sure as soon as they
walk in the door, from the first meeting to follow-ups, they have a great personalized experience.” Dr. Morales looks at the whole person, going beyond just the numbers, and takes account of lifestyle, nutrition, stress, and the mental health component. “We have a network of people we work with who have the same philosophy. For example, we can refer ketamine specialists, psychiatrists, and therapists. If there’s something really serious that needs further investigation, we guide them to the right person. We have a community,” explains Dr. Morales. Patients seeking Revive’s services typically range between 40 and 60 years of age. However, Dr. Morales has had patients in their 30s coming to him for help with stress-related issues and patients well beyond their 60s who simply want to feel better. “We see our patients for a lifetime. We’re like your greater family physician. We’ll see you for as long as I can live,” laughs Dr. Morales. And with Revive’s preventative and whole-body approach, Dr. Morales will be around for a long time. “The biggest reward is when patients return a month later and say, ‘Doc, I feel better than ever.’ They’re able to play with their kids or grandkids, their relationship with their wife is great, they’ve lost weight,” says Dr. Morales. Revive MD is hoping to grow, eventually opening more locations. “We want to reach out to more people who could really benefit from our services,” says Elizabeth. If you’re ready to stop dreading your morning alarm clock and finally feel revived, check out revivemdmsp.com.

THE BENEFIT S of PL ANT BA SED E ATING ARTICLE BY CLAUDIA MARTIN AYOADE PHOTOGRAPHY BY RAYMOND WILEY

Most people think a plant-based diet is strictly for those vegan and vegetarian types, but there is no debating the overwhelming evidence showing the benefits of improved health for those who make that diet choice. Plant based eating is more of a lifestyle than a diet. You are simply eating more foods that are closer to their harvested state with minimal processing. Meatless diets have been shown to improve health outcomes by lowering the risk of developing heart disease, diabetes, high blood pressure, inflammation, and some cancers. It also improves gut health because of added fiber to your diet. A plant-based diet still allows you to consume the carbohydrates, protein, fats, minerals and vitamins that are necessary for good health, with the added benefits of being higher in fiber and phytonutrients. You do not have to give up meat entirely, and there are labels to identify where you fall in your plant eating journey. Do what is comfortable for you so you will stick with it. You can choose to be a flexitarian which means you occasionally eat meat but you choose plants as the primary foods you eat. You have some flexibility with your diet. If you choose to be a vegetarian, then you do not eat meat but you still eat eggs and dairy products as opposed to being a vegan who eats no animal products. There is also another reason to add more fruits and vegetables to your daily food intake; It is better for the environment. The industries that produce our dairy and meats are said to account for a third of the world’s water usage in addition to producing greenhouse gas emissions. Eat your greens and save the planet!
TIPS TO GET STARTED ON YOUR PLANT-BASED JOURNEY: 1.
2.

6.
Make small changes to test your comfort level when reducing meat intake. There is a risk of being overwhelmed if you suddenly stop eating meat altogether, and it will be harder to stick to your choice long term. Increase consumption of plant foods you already like. Plant based diet does not mean boring. You can create a variety of dishes including ethnic meals that are meat free and delicious. This is a great time to try new spices to add a punch to your vegetables and add green leafy vegetables to your smoothies. Use the whole plant because there are nutrients in every part of the plant including the stems, and leaves. Use the leaves from celery, radishes, beets and carrots, and use the stems from spinach. Don’t throw away vital nutrients like potassium, vitamin C and fiber. You are also reducing waste. Eat the rainbow! Choose different colored fruits and vegetables to get a variety of nutrients. The color of plant-based foods is often an indicator of the vitamins and minerals they contain. So, more colors mean more nutrients. Example: Orange foods contain beta carotene, the precursor for vitamin A. If you do not eat any animal products, you will need to take a B12 and possibly an iron supplement. Vitamin B12 is an essential vitamin available only in animal products. Low B12 can cause anemia and damage to the nervous system. Some vegan foods are fortified with vitamin B12. A meat free diet does not automatically mean healthy if you replace the meat with highly processed junk food and meat substitutes. You need to eat good, fresh quality fruits, vegetables and grains to get the health benefits that can add years to your life.

Fall & Winter Fitness When the weather turns colder, days get shorter, and sweaters are pulled back out of the closet, it can be a struggle to keep up healthy habits. During the fall and winter months, health and fitness routines often take a backseat to staying warm and cozy. After a few months of hibernation and holiday indulgences, the pounds, lack of energy, and health consequences set in, reminding us of those long-forgotten fitness goals. It can be frustrating to feel like you’re starting back at square one. Instead of falling into
this yearly cycle, read on for ways to avoid the fall and winter fitness slump and to keep focused on staying fit.
FIND AN ACCOUNTABILITY PARTNER OR GROUP This is one of the best ways to stay consistent with your fitness goals. It’s much easier to blow off a workout and curl up with a warm drink and blanket if you’re only accountable to yourself. Finding a partner or a community with similar goals

is a great way to keep yourself on track. You can give and receive support, find ways to stay fit together, and remind each other of the benefits of keeping fit. While in-person support is helpful, it isn’t always easy to find. But social media makes it much easier to join like-minded people in a virtual community. Do a quick search on social media sites, and you’ll find fitness groups for all levels and interests. These communities provide various ways to keep you accountable. They’re a safe place to share struggles and successes, provide moral support to one another, and share ideas or tips.
JOIN A GYM OR CLASS Another way to increase the odds of staying fit through the colder months is by joining a gym or fitness class. This requires a financial commitment, which may be an excellent external motivator. Gyms offer many amenities to support fitness goals. These include personal training, a variety of equipment, and often classes you can explore for new ways to stay fit. Some fitness centers even have extras like childcare, rock climbing walls, saunas, and heated pools. Such perks may help get you out the door on colder days. If you like to socialize, fitness classes are also a great way to find a community of people who share the same goals. There are all kinds of fitness classes and studios like dance, yoga, and CrossFit. Many offer trial periods. So if there’s a type of activity you’ve always wanted to try, you can do it with little risk and the potential for a big reward. Even many libraries offer free fitness classes.
your bliss. If so, there are many ways to get in an effective workout at home. Investing in a home gym is one way to stay active through the colder months. If you have space and money, particularly if other family members want an at-home workout too, purchase the appropriate equipment to fit your needs. It doesn’t need to be elaborate. Just a set of hand weights or a kettlebell can be enough to get you started if you don’t want to commit to large or expensive equipment. However, sizeable used equipment can often be found for practically nothing on Craigslist and elsewhere online. You can also find thousands of exercise videos and written plans on the internet, DVDs, through your cable provider, or at your local library. There are also video game systems with fun workouts like the Wii Fit or dancing games. Whatever type of exercise or fitness plan you can think of, there are likely at least a few resources out there so you can do it at home. These include exercises with or without equipment. Many are designed for or take into consideration working out in small spaces or with limited time.
“Finding a partner or a community

WORK OUT AT HOME Maybe braving the cold and dark sounds like too much, or working out with other people isn’t
KEEP IT SIMPLE If you’re starting from scratch or lack motivation, find small ways to incorporate healthy fitness habits into your daily routine. For example, take stairs instead of the elevator, park your car farther away in the lot, and go for a walk during lunch. You can also start by taking an extra 15 minutes before your shower to do some quick exercises. A daily routine could include bodyweight moves like squats, pushups, and planks. These can have a significant impact on your fitness when done consistently. Regardless of your fitness goals, you can stay on track throughout the colder months if you find what works best to keep you motivated and consistent.

LEGGINGS 3 WAY S ARTICLE BY HALEY WILLIAMS
Our suggestions for styling faux leather leggings As we move through the season of spandex when most of us feel we’d rather not leave our stretchy pants, we wanted to feature three distinct looks using the same pair of Foil Snake Print Faux Leather leggings from Spanx. Whether you’re brunching with the babes or getting ready for date night, these versatile leggings can carry you through from casual to chic. While there are endless ways to wear them, we’re going to show you three ways to start styling them today.
BRUNCH AFTER BARRE Who doesn’t love a good brunch with the girls after your workout complete with mimosas to celebrate? Assuming you are sweaty from leg lifts and flutter kicks, our suggestion is to layer your sweaty tank with loose layers and a light jacket to swiftly transition you from the barre to breakfast. A hat is always a good option to have on hand in case you worked too hard and that hair is showing it. We opted for easy-to-slip-on sockless sneakers that breathe. Since feet are one of the ways the body regulates temperature, you want to go airy with your footwear after a workout. Lastly, don’t forget a cute tote or bag. Consider throwing in a clean tank and any makeup or face wipes you may need for freshening up on your way.

MOTO MAMA What we love about Spanx is their inherent ability to elevate your look, regardless of the occasion. Stretchy pants in a faux leather snake design? Say no more. Pair them with edgy booties or colorful pumps for a more elegant aesthetic. Playing with different textures is a good way to add interest and intrigue. Consider a chunky sweater with some unexpected details like the bare shoulder shown here, a thick boucle or intricate detailing. We love a good leather jacket with hardware details draped over the shoulder(s) for chilly evenings as you traverse the town. Pair this look with a gorgeous sparkly clutch and chunky bracelet.

SATUR DAY Whether you’re headed to a child’s sports game or a bar to watch the big game with your friends, leggings offer the structure and flexibility you’ll want as you find your spot among the fans in the bleachers or indulge in some lovely libations. Layers are life for this look. We tied a button-down around the waist which is so nice through the colder winter months as both an outfit accessory and a layering piece. Fur-lined high tops provide practical footwear for this look — because who doesn’t love some killer sneaks? A shacket and crossover bag complete the look.
Whether you want a bit of a boost, a hint of a lift, or just a little tuck, you won’t go wrong with this versatile shapewear. And with these styling tips, you’re ready to throw them on for any occasion!

Financially Fit for the New Year Make your money work for you ARTICLE BY LAUREN BEAUBAIRE A new year means new resolutions. Usually, most resolve to lose a few pounds or reduce stress, focusing on their mental and physical health. But the new year is also the perfect time to reflect on your financial health and do a financial reboot. John Uremovich, Senior Vice President Professional Services at Bridgewater Bank, shares how he helps clients start the new year off on the right financial foot. “Over the last ten years, we’ve experienced a rate market that’s been really low with home mortgages as low as 3% or 4%,” explains John. “But with inflation, we’re now in a rising rate environment which means you can start making your cash work for you.” Before the rate environment flipped, if you had cash sitting in the bank, you were getting nothing for it since banks were lending out at low percentages. The trend John is seeing now in the industry is banks looking for deposits to fund their loan growth, meaning you can start getting a decent return on your deposits. “This is incredibly helpful for seniors and those on a fixed income,” says John. “For my clients, I offer a good money market rate to get their cash working for them. I encourage everyone to talk to their bank and see what they can pay on a liquid money market account.” John also advises now is the time to look at your savings and financial planning. “No matter where you are in life or what stage of your career, get in front of a financial advisor and create a comprehensive plan,” says John. Your financial advisor will help you discern if you’re getting the maximum benefit from your 401K, if your retirement plan is on track, navigate life insurance policies, and when the right time is to invest in stocks and bonds. So as you make your resolutions this new year, ensure you also include a plan for your financial health.

Over Transactional Establish a relationship with a bank rather than work with several different institutions. “When you have a need down the road like purchasing a car or home, the bank is more apt to work with you and provide a better deal,” says John.
2
| Know Your Credit Score
Speak with your bank or financial advisor to learn best practices for a good credit score and what actions hurt your score. Missing or late payments leads to lower credit scores and higher interest rates, making it more difficult to get financing for big purchases.
3 | Protect from Identity Theft John recommends investing in identity theft protection like NortonLifeLock. “It’s an inexpensive and great insurance policy. You’ll receive an alert if someone is using your social security number, and if it wasn’t you, you can shut down the transaction.”

The best thing on your side is time. Start saving now with a high-yield interest money market account, taking advantage of the current rising rate environment to save up for retirement or a future down payment.
