The Taco Project, a fast-casual Mexican restaurant with roots in Westchester County, opened its fifth location on Thursday, April 14th in Stamford at 1111 High Ridge Road. The Taco Project serves lunch and dinner and is open Monday - Thursday 11:00am-9pm, Friday 11am-10pm, Saturday 11:30am-10pm and Sunday 11:30am-9pm.
