BUILDING AFFORDABLE HOMES FOR GENERATIONS TO COME

“We finally have a place to truly call our home.” Frankie is a veteran, a single father, and a Habitat homeowner in Greeley’s Hope Springs neighborhood. After years of balancing the weight of rising rent and medical bills for a child with an autoimmune disease, Habitat opened the door to hope. An affordable home didn’t just give his family an address — it gave them stability, and the freedom to build a future.

Chevron is committed to strengthening Weld County communities by investing in long-term housing affordability, economic stability, and community resilience. As a longstanding partner with Greeley-Weld Habitat for Humanity, Chevron’s commitment goes beyond financial support — for years, their team has rolled up their sleeves alongside future homeowners, helping open the doors to homeownership through hands-on work building Habitat Homes. The combination of funding, hands-on service, and sustained dedication exemplifies the kind of community partnership that makes transformative housing initiatives like Hope Springs possible.

Hope Springs is an innovative development of 174 homes — a neighborhood designed by the community, for the community while building affordable housing inventory that is recognized as a sustainable and scalable model across the nation. It’s not just where families begin. It’s what affordable and attainable homeownership can look like, for generations to come.

LIFESTYLE LETTER

Greeley Has a Style All Its Own! Every September, I look forward to our Style Issue, and this year marks my sixth one. It always makes me smile because while style often brings to mind clothing, fashion, or beautiful homes, I've come to believe that Greeley's greatest style has very little to do with what we wear. Our community has a style all its own. It's the style of neighbors showing up for one another without being asked. It's the generosity that quietly happens every day. It's the business owners who support local causes, the volunteers who give their time, the farmers and ranchers who work from sunrise to sunset, and the families who have built generations of hard work, resilience, and kindness. Greeley was built on agriculture, cattle, oil, and gas, and those industries created more than an economy—they created a culture. A culture that values people over appearances and character over status. That's the style I love most. Of course, I also love celebrating the creativity that makes our community beautiful. In this issue, you'll step inside a stunning home designed by Rachel Baldwin, where thoughtful design creates a peaceful space that reflects the homeowner's personality. You'll discover the incredible murals transforming our city through the WeldWalls event, celebrate the rich traditions of Día de los Muertos, and enjoy another year of style inspiration from Linda Winter, who continues to help women feel confident for everything from everyday life to Stampede celebrations. Style isn't one-size-fits-all. It's found in the way we decorate our homes, build our businesses, gather at community events, and express who we are. It's the murals that tell our stories, the local boutiques that bring personality to downtown, and the countless ways each of us contributes to making Greeley feel like home. As I travel to other cities throughout the year visiting my family and adult children, I'm always reminded of something special when I return: there truly is no place quite like Greeley. We have a style that's impossible to replicate because it's woven into the hearts of the people who live here. Thank you for continuing to make this community one worth celebrating. I hope you enjoy this year's Style Issue as much as I enjoyed putting it together. With gratitude, TA R A R A S M U S O N , P U B L I S H E R @GREELEYLIFESTYLE

DESIGNED AROUND PEOPLE

Rachel Baldwin Interiors brings Intentional, Client-Centered Design to Northern Colorado PHOTOGRAPHY BY MILE HIGH LENS

D E C OR T R E N D S | HO M E + D E SIGN

For Rachel, home has always been more than four walls. Long before interior design became a profession, it was part of who she was. As a child, she was constantly rearranging her bedroom, rethinking layouts, and finding ways to make the space feel more welcoming. As she grew older, that

“My goal is always to help people love where they live.” instinct never disappeared. Every apartment, every home, every place she lived became an opportunity to create an environment that felt intentional, comfortable, and uniquely her own. Today, that same curiosity has grown into a business centered on helping others create spaces they genuinely love coming home to. “I truly believe where you live impacts your overall wellbeing,” Rachel says. “My goal is always to help people love where they live.” It’s a philosophy that reaches beyond selecting finishes or choosing furniture. Rachel believes thoughtful design has the ability to change how people experience everyday life. A well-designed room can make busy mornings feel calmer, create spaces where families naturally gather, or transform a long-postponed renovation into a home that finally reflects the people living there.

Her path to interior design wasn’t entirely expected. Rachel originally pursued hospitality management before realizing it wasn’t where she felt most fulfilled. Returning to school to study interior design changed everything. What had always been a personal passion suddenly became the career she’d been searching for. Growing up in an entrepreneurial family also planted another dream. Business ownership was always part of the conversation, so once she found the profession that felt right, building her own company became the natural next step. Today, Rachel works with homeowners and businesses throughout Northern Colorado, guiding each project from the earliest conversations through the final installation. She develops floor plans and three-dimensional renderings, sources materials and furnishings, coordinates with contractors, and remains personally involved throughout every phase of the project. Rachel Baldwin

Because her firm is intentionally small, clients always work directly with her. There are no handoffs between departments or layers of communication. Instead, relationships are built through consistent collaboration from beginning to end. “I want the process to feel collaborative, not just transactional,” Rachel says. “Like I’m truly building their vision with them.” That collaborative approach begins with listening. Whether she’s designing a family home, refreshing an existing space, or creating the interior identity of a business, Rachel believes every project should reflect the people who will use it every day. Rather than imposing a signature style, she focuses on understanding her clients’ routines, personalities, and goals so the finished space feels authentic to them. “I want people to feel calm and grounded,” she says. “But just as important, I want it to feel like them, because the space should reflect who they are, not just my personal style.” Travel continues to shape much of Rachel’s creative perspective. She makes it a priority to travel internationally each year, finding inspiration not only in architecture and design, but in the ways different cultures create spaces that encourage connection and daily living. Those experiences continually draw her toward earthy palettes, natural textures, and interiors that offer a quiet sense of balance. “When I’m traveling, I always notice the quiet, still moments in the middle of all the chaos,” she says. “I try to bring that same feeling into the spaces I design. I want a room to feel like a place to exhale.” Like any renovation, design projects rarely unfold exactly as planned. Construction timelines shift, materials become unavailable, and unexpected challenges arise. Rachel says one of the greatest lessons she’s learned is that flexibility is just as important as creativity. Finding solutions, communicating openly, and keeping projects moving forward helps clients feel supported throughout what can often be an overwhelming process. While every project is different, one moment remains the same. Rachel says her favorite part comes when clients see their completed space for the first time. Watching them recognize their own personalities reflected in a home or business—and seeing the excitement that follows—is what continues to make the work meaningful.

28

“When I'm traveling, I always notice the quiet, still moments in the middle of all the chaos, I try to bring that same feeling into the spaces I design. I want a room to feel like a place to exhale.” Her portfolio throughout Northern Colorado continues to grow, including projects for Ark Medical Aesthetics, Hola Wellness, Cocos Windsor, and numerous residential remodels across the region. As Rachel introduces her business to Northern Colorado, she hopes to become known for more than beautiful interiors. She wants to be remembered as someone who listens carefully, collaborates intentionally, and creates spaces that improve the way people live every day.

After all, the most memorable homes aren’t defined by the furniture inside them. They’re defined by how they make people feel the moment they walk through the door. Editor’s Note: The photographs accompanying this story feature a home in Lone Tree, Colorado, designed through a collaboration between Rachel Baldwin Interiors and Aspen Parc Interiors. Rachel Baldwin Interiors independently designs residential and commercial projects throughout Northern Colorado.

T WO B R A ND S, ONE V I S ION THROUGH MAIN SIGNS & THE QUIÑONES AGENCY, JAIME & JENIFFER QUIÑONES HELP BUSINESS OWNERS BUILD WITH CONFIDENCE

PHOTOGRAPHY BY WOVEN VICTORY PHOTOGRAPHY BY OLIVIA SCHMITT

EXP E RT H E LP | LO CAL SE RVICE S

Every business starts with a dream. What will it be called? What will the logo look like? Who will be the first employee? Will customers walk through the door? Long before there are business cards, storefront signs, or insurance policies, there is a vision of what could be. Jaime and Jeniffer Quiñones know that journey well. Today, the husband-and-wife team leads two businesses that support entrepreneurs in different but complementary ways.

Through Main Signs, they help businesses establish their identity and make their presence known. Through the Quiñones Agency, they help protect what business owners have worked hard to build. But before they were helping other entrepreneurs grow their businesses, they were building their own. For Jaime, that journey begins with a desire for something different. After years of working for a company where he feels more like a number than a person, he wants to create a business built on relationships—one where employees feel valued, customers feel understood, and people know they matter. “I wanted to build a place where both our team and our customers felt valued, cared for, and truly understood,” Jaime says. Jeniffer’s path is equally personal. As a business owner herself, she understands the impact branding can have on a company’s success. Through Main Signs, she sees an opportunity to help businesses tell their stories, attract customers, and establish a lasting presence in the community. She is especially passionate about helping fellow entrepreneurs, including those within the Latino community, while creating the same family-oriented culture that defines both companies today. Neither journey comes with a roadmap. When they open the Quiñones Agency and later take ownership of Main Signs, they are stepping into industries where they have limited experience. There are long days, difficult decisions, and moments when the future feels uncertain. What carries them through is a shared belief in each other.

“One of the biggest leaps of faith we took was in each other,” Jaime says. “Giving up was never an option.” That trust becomes the foundation for everything that follows. For Jaime, success means earning confidence in an industry built on promises. Insurance isn’t something people can hold in their hands. Clients place their trust in the belief that when life takes an unexpected turn, someone will be there to help them navigate it. For Jeniffer, trust has to be earned in a different way. When Main Signs transitions ownership, longtime clients understandably wonder whether the company will continue delivering the quality and service they have come to expect. Rather than asking people to take their word for it, Jeniffer and her team focus on proving themselves through consistent work, strong communication, and lasting relationships. Those experiences give Jaime and Jeniffer something many business owners are looking for in a partner: perspective. They understand what it feels like to take a chance on an idea. They know what it’s like to invest in a CONTINUED >

business before knowing exactly how the story will end. They’ve experienced the responsibility of growing a team, serving customers, and building something that supports a family. That understanding shapes the way they work with clients today. Many entrepreneurs first connect with Main Signs while creating a brand, opening a storefront, or preparing to introduce themselves to the community. Others come to the Quiñones Agency looking for guidance on protecting a business they’ve worked tirelessly to build. More often than not, those conversations overlap. “Many of these entrepreneurs are so focused on launching and growing their brand that they overlook an equally important piece—protecting what they’re building,” Jeniffer says. A business owner focused on growth may not have considered the risks that come with success. Another may have the right coverage in place but still be working to establish a professional identity. Because Jaime and Jeniffer operate both businesses, they are often able to help clients see the bigger picture—building visibility, creating credibility, and protecting what matters along the way.

The Main Signs Team

34

EXP E RT H E LP | LO CAL SE RVICE S

The couple believes education is one of the most important parts of that process. Whether discussing signage, branding, or insurance coverage, their goal is to make sure clients understand their options and feel confident in the decisions they make. That philosophy is reflected in both teams. “We live by the idea of two brands, one vision,” Jeniffer says. “At the core of both teams are the same values: integrity, family, and genuine care for the people we serve.” For Jaime, those values are closely connected to Greeley itself. It’s his hometown. It’s where he is raising his family, building his businesses, and investing in the future of the community that helped shape him. Today, business owners across Northern Colorado turn to Main Signs and the Quiñones Agency at every stage of growth—from launching a new venture to expanding an established company. And for Jaime and Jeniffer, that responsibility is one they understand personally. They’ve stood where their clients stand. They’ve taken the leap. And they’re committed to helping others do the same.

In Greeley, a Homegrown Mural Festival is Doing Something Bigger than Painting For years, Armando Silva traveled to mural festivals across Colorado and watched what happened when artists showed up and got to work. The conversations that started on lifts and sidewalks. The way strangers stopped to watch and ended up staying for an hour. The way a wall—just a wall—could become a reason for a neighborhood to feel like itself. He kept thinking: What would that look like in Greeley? That question became WeldWalls. And what started as a backburner idea between two friends has grown into one of downtown Greeley’s most anticipated events of the year. Armando and co-founder Briana Harris have known each other for nearly a decade—he as a visual artist, she as a musician and artist manager. Both had watched Greeley’s creative community quietly do remarkable things without always getting the credit. Both had built relationships with artists across the state who, they suspected, would love a reason to come paint here. As Armando remembers it, the idea began with a simple question: “We were trying to take inventory of what we had. How can we pay it forward?” In 2023, a one-time city grant gave them the seed money to find out. They called the festival WeldWalls, recruited a mix of local and out-of-town artists, partnered with WeldWerks Brewing Company as their first host site, and pulled it off. The following year they expanded into other sites in downtown Greeley. This fall, the festival moves to 16th Street, adjacent to UNC’s campus, with a new theme: Homecoming.

The format sounds simple—artists come, artists paint—but WeldWalls condenses months of planning into six days. To pull that off, Briana and Armando handle nearly everything that isn’t the actual painting: securing walls, coordinating equipment, prepping surfaces, and making sure artists can focus on the work. Artists propose their own designs in advance and are given wide creative latitude to respond to the festival’s theme. Rather than approaching each mural like a traditional client project, WeldWalls works to thoughtfully match artists, locations, and themes in ways that encourage creative freedom while building support from property owners and the community. Once those relationships are established, the organizers focus on creating the conditions for artists to do their best work. Giving artists that freedom is intentional. “A lot of magic happens that way,” Briana said. “We get much more interesting results than if we were strictly dictating what someone paints.” What neither of them fully anticipated was what the festival would become around the murals. In WeldWalls’ first year, a community mural at WeldWerks invited anyone to pick up a brush and contribute. What Briana expected to be a modest activity turned into one of the weekend’s most memorable moments—participants ranging from toddlers to grandparents, everyone painting side by side. It was the kind of thing that’s hard to plan for and impossible to manufacture. Visual art can be an isolating pursuit. Days are spent alone in studios, working toward finished pieces that people may glance

at and walk past. WeldWalls flips that dynamic for one week a year. Artists are visible, accessible, and in conversation with each other and the public. Emerging artists work alongside established professionals. Community members stop to ask questions. Kids watch something come to life in front of them and pick up a brush themselves. Last year, the festival added a pop-up art show, inviting artists from across the region to submit work. Artists drove in from Denver and Fort Collins. Professionals showed up alongside hobbyists who had never exhibited their work publicly. Looking back, Briana believes the event created something bigger than another art show. “We were really just facilitating a space for them to find each other.” Artists found collaborators. New friendships formed. Conversations that started during festival week continued long after the murals were finished. That sense of connection has become one of the defining characteristics of WeldWalls. Briana is quick to point out that WeldWalls is only one chapter in a much larger story. “Our city has had a long history of organizers championing public art,” she said. “Our festival exists because of the foundation that came before us; we hope what we’re doing makes that legacy more visible to others.” From longtime mural programs and public art initiatives to the artists, organizations, business owners, and volunteers who have invested in creative placemaking over the years, WeldWalls builds on a tradition that has helped shape downtown Greeley into the vibrant cultural district it is today.

40

The murals may be what people notice first—the color, the scale, the transformation of a blank wall into something impossible to ignore. But ask Armando or Briana what they’re proudest of, and they’ll probably tell you about a two-year-old with a paintbrush, or two artists from different cities who met on a sidewalk in Greeley and kept in touch. That’s the whole point. Not simply painting walls, but creating reasons for people to gather around them. Paint it forward.

The Art of Collecting

44

A RT IST ’S PA LE T T E | ARTS + CU LT U RE

As consumers, we are constantly being enticed to buy. Whether it’s the jewelry we can’t live without, concert tickets to a show we don’t want to miss, or that favorite pair of shoes calling our name, we buy what we love, and art should be no different. If you are new to acquiring original art, you may find it daunting, but it shouldn’t be. It is a special purchase that forces you to dig deep and discover a bit more about yourself. At first, many people shy away from buying original art because of the commitment. It’s a big decision after all, and how do you really know when it’s the “perfect” piece? Because art is subjective, part of the process is learning what style of art is the best fit for you. Is it colorful and energetic abstracts, or soothing landscapes that catch your eye? Maybe you are drawn to local photography, or even figurative works. There is no wrong answer, and maybe it’s a mix of several styles that creates your unique collection. The best way to find out your “art personality” is to get out and visit your local galleries. Consider making it a tradition to visit galleries while traveling or buy a piece of art as a gift on special occasions. In the gallery setting you can explore various art styles, mediums, and even learn more about the talented artists who create those works.

With the purchase of original art comes other considerations. Often, we have clients who need direction figuring out what size of art they need and its placement in the design of their space. If you find a piece of art you love, you will always find a spot for it. Ask the gallery if they offer in-home art consultation services to see the piece in your setting. Great custom framing is key, and well-designed framing is the jewelry to a great piece of art. Quality archival framing protects your art from UV rays that can damage a piece over time. Original art should last generations. I’m often asked, should I buy art for investment? There is a place for investment art, but I don’t believe in buying art with the pretense that it will go up in value. There is no guarantee it will and to me, good investment art brings different riches to your life. Art that brings you joy, adds personality to your space, and makes your home original is an investment in you. The best art investment should be the feeling you experience gazing into an oil painting that perfectly captures a warm sunset over the prairie, or the texture created by a palette knife on the abstract that seems to pop off the canvas. That is what makes investing in original art priceless.

Art that brings you joy, adds personality to your space, and makes your home original is an investment in you. S EP TEMB ER 2 0 2 6 | C I TYL I FE STYL E . C O M / G R E E L E Y

Throughout the year, some of Greeley’s most influential women step in front of the camera, trading boardrooms, volunteer meetings, classrooms, and community events for a day in the spotlight. The result is a collection of images that celebrates not only fashion, but the confidence, individuality, and spirit of the women who wear it. One month may feature vibrant florals and sunny hues that welcome spring. The next may showcase crisp whites, playful prints, or statement accessories perfect for summer adventures. As the year unfolds, cozy knits, layered textures, sparkling jewelry, and festive looks take center stage, each carefully selected to reflect the season while inspiring women to refresh their own wardrobes. Linda approaches fashion the way an artist approaches a canvas. A colorful handbag becomes the finishing touch. A statement necklace adds personality. A flowing jacket, a textured scarf, or the perfect pair of earrings can transform an outfit from everyday to unforgettable. Together, the monthly fashion shoots create something larger than a seasonal style guide. They become a visual scrapbook of the year—twelve chapters of creativity, confidence, and community. Because at Accessories with a Flair, fashion is never just about what to wear next. It is about celebrating every season, every woman, and every opportunity to step into the spotlight with style. THE Art OF Remembrance Downtown Greeley's Día de los Muertos Celebration Transforms Memory into a Vibrant Display of Art, Culture, & Community PHOTOGRAPHY BY DANA BUCKINGHAM, MARKETING MANAGER FOR THE GREELEY CREATIVE DISTRICT

Each fall, Downtown Greeley becomes a canvas of color, creativity, and remembrance. Día de los Muertos, or Day of the Dead, brings together families, artists, performers, and community members to honor loved ones while celebrating a tradition deeply rooted in memory, heritage, and connection. Throughout the celebration, intricate face painting, traditional attire, marigold displays, music, and dance create one of the most visually striking events of the year. Community altars, known as ofrendas, invite participants to share photographs, keepsakes, and stories that honor those who have passed while keeping their memories alive for future generations. What makes Día de los Muertos so powerful is the way art and meaning exist side by side. Every painted face, carefully chosen f lower, and handcrafted tribute tells a story. Together, they create a celebration that is both deeply personal and wonderfully communal.

TWO NORTHERN COLORADO KITCHEN REMODELS REFLECT THE PEOPLE— AND THE HOMES—THEY WERE DESIGNED TO SERVE.

OF HOME

Every kitchen has a story before the remodel—and another one after. Sometimes it’s a family looking for a space that better fits the rhythm of everyday life. Other times, it’s about honoring the history of a home while giving it new purpose. These two recent projects by Steamway Floor to Ceiling take different design paths, but both show how thoughtful planning and carefully selected materials can transform the heart of a home.

In an Eaton residence, the goal was to create a kitchen that feels warm, welcoming and timeless. Rustic Hickory Diamond cabinetry in a classic shaker door style establishes the room with rich natural character, while brushed nickel hardware provides a clean, understated finish. Sunset Canyon granite countertops with a quarter-round edge bring lasting durability and warmth, complemented by an undermount stainless farmhouse sink that blends classic style with everyday functionality. Underfoot, Foxwood luxury vinyl plank flooring from Happy Feet delivers the beauty of hardwood with the resilience modern families need. La Salle Home

La Salle

Just a few miles away in La Salle, another kitchen told a completely different story. Located inside the community’s former fire station, the home carries a unique history that deserved to remain part of its next chapter. Rather than competing with the building’s original character, the remodel embraces it, balancing modern conveniences with features that celebrate the home’s past. The homeowners painstakingly restored the original brick walls, preserving one of the building’s defining architectural elements and allowing its history to remain front and center. They also crafted a one-of-a-kind bourbon barrel sink, creating a custom focal point that reflects both creativity and the home’s distinctive personality. To complement those original details, Diamond Bryant II Rustic Hickory cabinetry in the Thatch finish introduces warmth and timeless craftsmanship, while Caledonia granite countertops with an eased edge provide lasting durability. Steamway Team

“Family Store with Family Pricing.” Although each remodel reflects a different vision, both demonstrate the same philosophy. Beautiful kitchens aren’t created by individual materials alone. They’re the result of thoughtful design, quality craftsmanship and careful attention to every detail. When those elements come together, the finished space feels as though it has always belonged—ready to serve as the center of everyday life for years to come.

DESIGN FROM START TO FINISH Every remodeling project begins with a vision, but bringing that vision to life takes experience. Steamway Floor to Ceiling offers complimentary interior design assistance, guiding homeowners through cabinetry, flooring, countertops, backsplashes, hardware and every finishing detail along the way. With a designer who has been part of the Steamway team for more than 30 years, homeowners benefit from decades of knowledge, thoughtful guidance and personalized service. A STRONG NETWORK Inside the Conversations, Connections, and Leadership Helping Shape Greeley’s Future

PHOTOGRAPHY PROVIDED

64

I NSP IR E D BY | LO CAL S ERVICE S

Long before a ribbon is cut or a project becomes public, the work has already begun. It happens in conversations over coffee. In introductions between people who don’t yet realize how much they need each other. For many, the Greeley Area Chamber of Commerce is best known for the packed banquet halls and business celebrations. But according to President & CEO Jaime Henning, those moments represent only a small fraction of what is happening every day. “Most people associate the Chamber with ribbon cuttings and networking events,” Jaime says. “We’re extremely proud of those visible moments. However, our primary role is to serve as the voice for our business community on the important issues they face.” Behind the scenes, conversations are constantly unfolding between business owners, elected officials, educators, developers, nonprofit leaders, and community partners. Some focus on workforce challenges or infrastructure planning. Others center around expansion opportunities, policy concerns, or the long-term direction of Greeley itself. The work often depends on consistency, trust, and relationships built over time. “The Chamber is the connective tissue of this community. We are a catalyst for growth and a place businesses find belonging,” Jaime says. That role becomes increasingly important as Greeley continues to grow. As new neighborhoods, businesses, and residents bring fresh energy and opportunity to the area, the people, businesses, and relationships that built Greeley remain just as

central to its future. For Julie Jensen, CEO of the Greeley Area Realtor Association and a Chamber board member, that balance is part of what makes the organization’s work meaningful. “It’s helped me see that Greeley isn’t a ‘small town’ anymore. It’s a thriving, growing city that still manages to keep that small-town feel,” Julie says. Maintaining that feeling takes intentional effort. On any given day, Jaime may move between conversations with business owners navigating expansion decisions, meetings with city and county leaders, workforce discussions with small businesses and community partners, and strategy sessions focused on local and regional growth. Some relationships take years to develop. Others begin with something as simple as a conversation after an event. “Sometimes it’s as simple as recognizing that two business owners facing the same challenge have never actually met — and making that introduction over coffee,” Jaime says. The same approach carries into programs like Leadership Weld County, where emerging leaders spend months getting a closer look at the industries, institutions, and people shaping the region. Julie says the experience leaves a lasting impression on many participants long after the program ends. “People make lifelong connections from this program, learn more about their local community, and come away with a better understanding of the importance of supporting local businesses,” she says. “It takes a lot of coordination, effort, and time — but the impact is real.”

Much of the Chamber’s work unfolds slowly. The results of economic development, Jaime explains, often surface months or even years later in the form of stronger partnerships, new investments, or businesses choosing to continue building their future in Greeley rather than looking elsewhere. The goal is to help create the conditions that allow businesses and communities to grow together. “We don’t just celebrate success,” Jaime says. “We’re working to create the conditions and climate for it.” Dr. Deirdre Pilch and Jaime Henning

Jaime Henning and Julie Jensen

Tonya Andersen and Julie Jensen

As Greeley continues to evolve, the Chamber’s role is expanding alongside it. It’s an organization working with businesses, local leaders, and community partners to help keep that growth connected. Much of that work will continue the same way it already does — through conversations that move Greeley forward.

INGREDIENTS: • • • • • •

1 bottle, standard size, of pinot grigio 2 1/2 cups fresh apple cider 1 cup club soda 1/2 cup ginger brandy 3 Honeycrisp apples, chopped 3 pears, chopped

DIRECTIONS: Combine all ingredients together and stir. Refrigerate for an hour or so (or longer) before serving. The drink can be enjoyed immediately, if desired, but the longer you let the ingredients sit and mix, the deeper the flavors will be. Giving it time to develop will make the drink more captivating and interesting.

NOTE: Regular brandy can be used, but ginger brandy gives it an extra kick of flavor.
