And all through COVID, we continue to tap into people’s new needs,” says Mo, whose background in fine dining includes million-dollar steakhouses. He believes diners appreciate Crush Taco’s original, flavor-forward menu, but also return for the hospitality.

“There are no rules when creating tacos. We definitely go out of bounds,” declares Mo. The Crush Taco culinary team features a different taco of the month for which Mo relishes giving them the freedom to invent new combinations for guests to try.
