March marked Women’s History Month - a time to celebrate and honor the contributions of women throughout history and the present day. As we commemorate the amazing women who have paved the way, it's also essential to recognize the women in our lives who inspire and empower us daily. Today, I'd like to spotlight my wife for being, a God-fearing woman, an awesome mother of three, my ride-or-die and at the age of 45 for competing in a fitness show.

Her journey started twelve weeks out, with a consistent diet, working out five days a week, with minimal cardio. Below is her daily core routine to get those abs bikini ready!

THE BEST SALAD EVER

Casaburo Salad

• 1 Iceburg and 1 Romaine lettuce – torn

• Red sweet pepper – chopped

• 4 Green onions chopped

• 1 cup Parmesan, Romano, Provolone, Mozzarella cheese grated

• 6 slices of cooked bacon, chopped into pieces

• Casaburro dressingt

Casaburo Dressing

• 6 anchovies

• 8 oz. wine vinegar

• ¾ tsp oregano

• 1.5 tsp pepper

• 1 Tbl salt

• 1.25 oz sugar (note: 8 oz per cup)

• ¼ cup cornstarch

• 1.5 tsp garlic salt

• 16 oz. oil

• Mix first 8 ingredients very well, then mix in oil

Croutons

• 6 English muffins cubed

• ½ cup casaburo dressing

• ¼ parmesan cheese

• Mix together and bake at 350 on cookie sheet, stirring every 5 minutes until lightly brown.
