This one is for the MEN! This month we celebrate the gentlemen of Chino Valley featuring one of the most unique and rare vehicles to have ever been created. I recommend reading the feature on  Rezvani Motors . I had so much fun visiting their showroom and meeting the CEO, Ferris Rezvani. I even got to sing on the public announcement system of their newest model: THE BULLET PROOF >>VENGEANCE<<

I am absolutely obsessed with the collaboration between Rezvani Motors and Bespoke Premium Suit Tailors with this month's cover because BOTH businesses are rare and one of a kind and BOTH are BESPOKE meaning  "custom-made—made to the specifications of the person ordering it—tailor-made."

I attended the fitting for the male model on the cover, my husband, only planning to do a 5 minute check in before our photoshoot the next day and ended up spending THREE HOURS at the shop with owners, Ray and Eddie Garcia. We laughed quite a bit with patron, Ralph Webb, a former law enforcement officer very familiar with the night stalker case, men's fashion and the multitude of ways to tie a tie!

All in all, Bespoke Premium Suit Tailors has the most wonderful enchanting vibe with a very unique, high-end clientele with numerous celebrities entrusting this 3rd generation family-owned business with over 100 years of experience under their belt and a very wide selection! You might go in only needing one suit for one event, but you might end up leaving with a sports coat and shoes as well. Just let the gentlemen at Bespoke take care of you and expect to have a really enjoyable time.

Back in the old days, everybody wore a suit. Today, not so much. For the month of June, I challenge the men to step it up a level or two. Wear a suit to work when nobody else does. A suit changes the atmosphere, the way people look at you and the way you feel about yourself. It's a sign of respect and power.

Finally, thank you to all the amazing DADs! Thank you for being the rock of your family. Always lead your family with God at the forefront and pray over your family daily. Proverbs 22:6 says "Train up a child in the way he should go: and when he is old, he will not depart from it." Happy Father's Day!

GO LOCAL: WINE & DINE AT VINTNER’S TAVERN

HIGH-END FAMILY-OWNED RESTAURANT BRINGS

WINE COUNTRY TO CHINO VALLEY 91710!

For Chino Valley residents, wine tasting might look like sitting in traffic for 8 hours on the way to Napa Valley. Ditch the road rage and come to the Vintner’s Tavern/Argonza Cellars, located off Roswell Avenue in Chino, 91710. Owned and operated by the Argonza family, Vintner’s Tavern is the perfect place to wine and dine and support local.

The tavern hosts a selection of delicious cuisines from mussels served in a decadent saffron herb broth to New York steak, empanadas, and pork chops! Guests are welcome to order specialty cocktails from the bar, or wine from the Argonza Cellars, crafted by co-founder, Emerald Argonza, mixologist and winemaker extraordinaire.

Argonza Cellars, the wine cellar, is next door to Vitner’s Tavern. Here is where the wine magic happens and where patrons may enjoy full-glass wine pours and flights!

Edmond Argonza, son of co-founders, Emerald and Rowena, recommends the Black Lion, a 2018 Cabernet Sauvignon, as well as the Malbec and Petit Syrah. This spot is popular, so make sure to call ahead for reservations.

Edmond Argonza, an Ayala High School alum and local entrepreneur, is the driving force behind the success of the tavern, established in 2017. Earlier in his career, Edmond broke into the food service industry by working at a Korean BBQ restaurant. He eventually landed a serving position at The Bazaar in Los Angeles, a restaurant owned by famous chef and humanitarian José Andrés.

Inspired by his promotion to server at the José Andrés restaurant, Edmond believed he could launch his own restaurant. With that, his family had the idea of combining his dad’s wine-making hobby with Edmond’s idea for a restaurant. Edmond’s father, Emerald, had been making wine as a hobby since 2011. Fast forward to 2023, the business is alive and well with a full bar, wine cellar, AWARDS and a truly exquisite menu. Huge congrats and shout out to this amazing FATHER-SON duo!

Wine may be the tavern’s specialty, but cocktails such as the Slowpoke are an excellent alternative.

The Inland Empire Regional Chamber of Commerce (IERCC) supports commerce and economic prosperity throughout Riverside & San Bernardino Counties. As you get off on Imperial Highway, the surroundings do not represent what you are about to experience as you turn into the small shopping center across from Brea Mall off the 57 freeway, just 20 minutes from Chino Hills. In the far corner, is a sign that reads  Bespoke Premium Tailors , unassuming from the outside. Once you enter the doors, you are transported to a time and era when everyone wore suits. The second you enter the doors, the music of this era is all-encompassing. You are instantly transported to the 30s and 40s when a man’s man

was a gentleman--when the haberdashery, a men’s boutique if you will, was the place where all men shopped and when style was worn from the grocery store to the airplane and everywhere in between. You are transported to the roaring 20s, the elegant 30s and the sensational 40s when it was not uncommon to wear a suit to go to the movies or to just casually hang around your own house. From the streetlights inside to how you are treated, these guys are experts in their craft. They have a large inventory and know it all by heart. Just a few questions from you and

they can find what you need. They are true craftsmen of what is left of a dying breed. You are transported back to a time before the big box stores—a time when everything was BESPOKE, when every man had a personal stylist at his local bespoke shop—a time when there was no such thing as a t-shirt—when men had style and class—no matter their profession—when even the hobos wore suits.

One patron, Mr. Ralph Webb, happened to be next door buying running shoes, getting back into running again. He saw Bespoke and had been looking for a suit from Savile Row in London—a row of tailors known for its bespoke tailoring. “You have to fly out there and be there for one to two weeks because you get multiple fittings,” Ralph explained. The suits in London can cost thousands of dollars, but they are custom-made, bespoke, to your body. “In London, you have a master tailor and he is YOUR master tailor. The suits are very expensive ($10,000+) and the tailors on Savile Row are very proud of their clientele.”  The walls adorn the names of princes and kings who frequent their shops; Savile Row caters to royalty. Ralph explained there’s a movie ‘The Kingsman’ that features tailor row in London.

All in all, Ralph explained he had a phenomenal time shopping at Bespoke. He came in for one suit and ended up with two; something about their selection

caught his eye. “There was no pressure, no nothing, he took my measurements and showed me the selection and from off the rack they had a great selection with good quality. He knew exactly what he was doing. He talked to me about Super150s and I said yeah, I like the Super150 suits! and we talked about the different cuts, the different styles and even though the gentleman helping me is a very young man, he knows a lot about his business which is very impressive. When it comes to the 150s, people like them because of the wrinkle factor, but to me it’s a good cut and it’s really classy.” He was enjoying a small tasting of Chivas Regal.

Rose Garcia, a beautiful young opera singer and daughter of the owner, Eddie Garcia, will often greet customers. Growing up as a young girl in her father's shop, she took in all the hard work from customer measurements to alterations on heirloom suits to weight loss transformations and serving celebrities like Oscar De La Hoya and Barry Manilow! Rose has dedicated her life to the family trade, diligently studying under her beloved father. The Garcia family ensures the finest materials make the DNA of the suits and accessories. Just like Savile Row, they encourage you to come back, multiple times, closely tracking your unique goals and fit, down to the feel and aura. Don’t fly to London for the royal treatment; come to Bespoke in Brea!

Rezvani Motors is the family-owned brainchild of CEO, Ferris Rezvani.A truly bespoke car company, limiting its production to only 50 cars a year making any of their vehicles the rarest and most exotic on the market.

They focus on the experience and their build and design process while custom tailoring all features of the interior with personal protection packages to meet the owner's every need, dream and desire.

The Rezvani family adventures started off with the BEAST in 2014, a 1600lb sports car, then came the TANK in 2017. The model names are truly befitting as the tank bolsters level four or level six armor with level six being close to what the president uses. It features a Jeep chassis with a 1000 hp Hellcat engine, a four-wheel-drive with tons of ground clearance as well as anti-engagement devices. If someone tries to engage with you and your vehicle you can halt them in their tracks by initiating your electrified door handles and releasing pepper spray with their newest model, THE VENGEANCE.

Vengeance is true luxury, built from the Cadillac Escalade featuring all the bells and whistles on the inside that you would expect from a Cadillac Escalade. With 700 horses under the hood, you should have no problem getting up and running even with the weight of the full armor package.

On top of being unique looking from the outside, the Vengeance features level six armor plating, a smokescreen, blinding lights, pepper spray dispersal from the side exterior and electrified handles to keep any unwanted visitors out. With its aggressive styling and futuristic look, this vehicle will set you apart from anyone else on the road as well as provide peace of mind knowing your family is protected at all times without sacrificing luxury.  Rezvani even thought of all the small things. Equipped with a PA system and microphones on the outside so you don’t have to roll down the windows to hear what people on the outside are saying. As you can imagine, when rolling down the windows, you lose protection so this PA system was a must. The vehicle is also equipped with military run flat tires with armor underneath. You can feel assured that you are protected from every angle.

From the moment you start the design process at Rezvani Motors, every detail from the stitching in the seats to the level plating you need or desire are BESPOKE--custom fitted--to your style and preferences, but again don’t get your hopes up with the limit of only 50 vehicles produced per year. SERVICE UNTO OTHERS IS A PRECIOUS RESOURCE

This summer, with kids out of school and more daylight hours to spare, volunteering at local nonprofits is a way to stay involved and give back to those in need. It can also be a great way to connect with places of worship and strengthen faith within. Volunteering and serving are not only rewarding to others, but it also feels good to be of service and make a positive impact in someone else’s life.

Giving back can mean different things, not just donating time and physical effort. Nonprofits, such as Isaiah’s Rock, Young Life, and the Let It Be Foundation accept monetary donations or supplies in addition to or instead of service hours.

Featured here are three local non-profits that you can begin your volunteer journey with, each with its own purpose, values, and outreach opportunities here in Chino Valley. Find one that fits best for you or your loved ones.

ISAIAH’S ROCK

This Christian fellowship, founded by the King family, is a cornerstone of the community, providing volunteer opportunities for all ages. Their message is built on caring for one another and helping others facing hardships. They provide homeless services, hunger relief, and holiday volunteering with food and toy drives. Their commitment to showing God’s love through service is no secret- ISAIAH’S ROCK was awarded 2022 California Non-Profit of the Year.

YOUNG LIFE LET IT BE FOUNDATION

YOUNG LIFE is a ministry geared towards middle school to college students. They have over 30 offices in California, providing mentorship allowing young adults to grow their faith in a service-based environment and in some cases find the only father figure they’ll ever know. Young Life values diversity and stewardship for all youth. While Young Life has opportunities like camping retreats for young adults in the ministry, adults can contribute by volunteering with kids or donating to their different outreach programs.

Founded by the Rosen family, the LET IT BE foundation specializes in family care and assistance for loved ones facing life-threatening illnesses. With over 6,000 volunteers, they host multiple fundraising events like concerts, cancer awareness campaigns, and 5k run events providing sibling support and more. The Youth Leadership team is a great way for middle schoolers and high schoolers to be hands-on in their community, making this an incredible volunteering option for the entire family.
