This one is for the Cedar Park and Leander ladies!
It’s for the legends, the divas, the powerhouses. For the icons, the rebels, the trailblazers. For the groundbreakers, the innovators, the champions. To each and every one of you, we want you to know that we see you and are immensely proud of your accomplishments.
Let’s add fuel and accelerate to greater heights.
This issue is all about the dreamers, the doers, and the unstoppable forces of nature who turn ambition into reality in our community. We’re shining a spotlight on some incredible women who had a calling and chased it down with everything they had. No matter how they got to where they are now, they all have one thing in common: they didn’t let doubt overshadow their excitement.
That’s the beauty of setting your sights on something and going all in. It’s not just about success (although that’s admittedly a pretty great perk). It’s about growth, resilience, and discovering how you can give back to those around you. The women featured in these pages prove that when you take the first step, however big or small, you pave the way to endless possibilities.
We encourage you to step through every open door because the future is yours to create. Break barriers, redefine the limits, unlock new horizons, and light the way for others. The road ahead is truly limitless!
As you read our Ladies’ Issue, we hope that learning about the friendly faces and kind hearts that make up Greater Austin inspires you. Inspires you to dream bigger, to be bold, to believe that you are capable. Because if there’s one thing we know for sure, the world could always use a little more of what you have to offer.
Wishing you a magnificent month of May! To all the moms out there, happy Mother’s Day. And to those who have loved ones that served our country, happy Memorial Day.

we take a moment to honor the life and legacy of Dr. Tiffany Simon Kondoff, a beloved dentist who left an indelible mark on the lives of her patients, colleagues, her family and everyone fortunate enough to know her. Her recent passing has left a void in the community, but her contributions to dentistry and her unwavering dedication to her patients live on.
Dr. Kondoff was not only a highly skilled dentist but also a passionate advocate for patient care. A graduate of The University of Texas at San Antonio, she practiced for over 10 years, earning recognition throughout her career for her exceptional patient care and innovative strategies in dental treatments.
Beyond her clinical expertise, Dr. Kondoff was a pillar in the community. She went out of her way to ensure that every patient felt heard and cared for. Whether she was offering free dental check-ups to underserved families or volunteering at local events, her contributions were immeasurable.
Dr. Kondoff was more than just a dentist—she was a friend, a mentor, and a compassionate listener. Her gentle approach, coupled with her vast knowledge, made her a trusted figure in our lives. She always made time for her patients, and her smile could light up even the most nervous room.

Tea is more than just a drink. It’s a way to connect. Every sip carries centuries of tradition— which is precisely what Lisa Perry is bringing to the table at SereniTea Cup.
A successful career in the corporate world took her to places across the globe, where she gained a deep appreciation for the cultural significance of tea. She saw how it started mornings, marked celebrations, and provided relaxation. But back in the U.S., tea always seemed to take a back seat to coffee.
Lisa’s husband, Scott, planted the seed for a tea-centered business when he noticed her growing love of carbonating herbal teas. This blossomed into a concept for something much bigger.
“It got me thinking, ‘But what if?’ That ‘what if’ was, ‘What if I could bring the experience of the thing that I love the most when I leave this country—tea—to my community?’” says Lisa. “That’s really where the passion came from, taking something that’s so good for your mind, your body, and your soul in every possible way and bringing that here for all of us to experience.”
Over the next year, Lisa worked to source organically produced teas and build partnerships with ecologically sustainable farms. She even gathered her family and friends to try 400 varieties, narrowing them down to the most well-loved teas for her menu.
ARTICLE BY MEGAN MARSHALL PHOTOGRAPHY BY KELLY PHILLIPS
Through SereniTea Cup, Lisa is on a mission to help people ditch pre-packaged tea bags and discover the world of high-quality, looseleaf teas with all the benefits.
Another pillar of her business is supporting local charities. Staying connected to her community and making a tangible impact is something she believes a great deal in. Because she can now set the stage for her life, she enjoys being more proactive with getting out, meeting people, and finding causes to champion.
“One of the things I would like people to think about is that this is their shop as much as it is mine. I hope to gain as many ideas as possible because I want it to be something that’s truly for the community,” says Lisa.
For further collaborative efforts, SereniTea Cup will be offering private parties. Whether it’s a personal celebration or a company gathering, Lisa and her team, including her baked goods caterer, ensure each detail aligns with your event vision.
Lisa is also excited to share her expertise through curated tea classes. These immersive sessions will cover anything from the origins of tea to its incredible health benefits.
“I’ll have trivia, games, and prizes so that we have a fun and exciting way to teach,” says Lisa. “You don’t just drink tea, you experience it. That’s what I want everything to be when you come in here—an experience.
And that’s the thought behind the classes. My role is giving the experience.”
SereniTea Cup has become the missing piece in Lisa’s life. She’s eager for folks to visit, join the Tea Club loyalty program, and be part of the journey.
“I’ve done the corporate job, 80 hours a week, traveling all over the world. I’ve done that and still have never worked as hard as I have just getting the shop open. And I have never been so happy,” says Lisa. “This is the most amazing experience of my life, other than marrying my perfect sweetheart and having our beautiful children. For a personal experience, this has literally been a dream come true. I’m in awe every day.”

Find out how IDEA Auto Group President and Dealer Principal Julie Herrera is shaping the future of the auto industry
As one of ten children, Julie Herrera understood the value of hard work early on. Juggling college with grants and jobs, she reached a breaking point one summer and took up a position at a San Antonio car dealership. There, everything clicked.
Herrera was hooked by the dynamics of retail sales, where effort directly translated to reward. She dove in, eager to learn everything she could about the industry and how to improve the car-buying experience, with a goal of becoming an owner. A key influence on her journey was her father, who had been in the automotive business for over 40 years.
“He was such a faithful and honest man, and he taught me so many lessons,” says Herrera. “One was making sure that every business transaction was fair to the customer, fair to the sales associate, and fair to the dealership. He advised me to keep this in mind every time I had to make a business decision.”
ARTICLE BY MEGAN MARSHALL
Her grit paid off with IDEA Auto Group—now home to Toyota of Cedar Park, City Limits Subaru, and City Limits Nissan—which was founded with the mission to positively impact its community. Observing the incredible work of local nonprofits, Herrera and her team carefully chose where they could make the greatest difference.
They unanimously decided to focus their efforts on uplifting children, particularly those aging out of foster care and in need of a safe space or educational support. Herrera believes that making our town a stronger, healthier place is simply the right thing to do.
“We have such a well-rounded and talented group of leaders in our organization. They are the carriers of the culture and have just exceeded all my expectations,” says Herrera. “I couldn’t be more proud of this team!”

Travel to the Amalfi Coast from home with Buono Cello’s limoncello parties and pasta-making classes
With her entrepreneurial heart, Megan Tull has always built businesses around things she loves, whether in beauty, wellness, or small business coaching. She even wrote a book entitled The Passion Method: Own Your Value & Earn Your Worth In Business.
A year ago, when it came time for a new venture, she followed her own advice: have fun and find joy in your work. Combining her passions for cooking, mixology, entertaining, teaching, and the spirit of Italy, Buono Cello was born.
“The food in Italy is uniquely special because it’s so simple, yet so delicious. They use organic ingredients that really let the flavors speak for themselves,” says Tull. “I’ve been making homemade pasta dough and limoncello for about 10 years now, and since starting the business, I’ve done a lot of research to find authentic ways of making them.”
Buono Cello brings the magic of Italy to any gathering, offering limoncello and pasta-making parties brought to you, and events at partnered restaurants and bars. Complete with decor and music, the experience is fully interactive, with guests creating recipes from scratch, and painting beautiful glass bottles for limoncello.
“Many people reach out to share that after they learned how to make pasta, they went on to make even more advanced things. Once they realize it’s not complicated, it gives them confidence to do it themselves,” says Tull. “So, it’s not only fun, but you’re actually learning practical skills you can use moving forward.”
Tull encourages anyone to challenge themselves and use their gifts to serve others, with philanthropy being central to both Buono Cello and her life. She donates proceeds to four nonprofits quarterly and hosts leadership retreats to support young entrepreneurs as far as Uganda.
“We can all give back with more intention,” says Tull. “I love bringing opportunities for people to not just have an extraordinary experience, but to learn about how they can make an impact globally, beyond their community.”

Some paths are chosen, while others have a way of choosing you. Patrice Ngang knew she wanted to work with adults but had no specialty in mind when it came time to do fieldwork rotations at UT Medical Branch.
Professor and fieldwork coordinator Dr. Loree Pryor saw something special in her. With only one spot to fill at the prestigious MD Anderson Cancer Center in Houston, Dr. Pryor encouraged Patrice to go for it.
“I accepted, but definitely had imposter syndrome knocking at my door. How do you prepare for the MD Anderson? I had no idea, but I went into the experience being myself and willing to learn as much as possible,” says Patrice.
During her rotation, Patrice witnessed true resilience as she helped patients regain independence for their lives after cancer. Suddenly, she had the clearest picture of where she was meant to be. Becoming a certified lymphedema therapist was the perfect fit, igniting a passion for the lymphatic system and ultimately inspiring her to create a holistic, warm environment for patients undergoing treatment and recovery.
“I wanted to be a soft landing space as they navigated this life-altering experience or are now dealing with the residual effects of fighting for their lives,” says Patrice. “This became my mission. And with God, my husband, and family support, Vibrant Living Lymphatics & Cancer Rehab came to fruition.”
MEET PATRICE NGANG, THE DEDICATED OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST AND CERTIFIED LYMPHEDEMA THERAPIST BEHIND VIBRANT LIVING LYMPHATICS & CANCER REHAB
A visit to Vibrant Living is designed to be restorative from the moment you walk in. Dim lighting, the calming scent of fresh laundry and essential oils, and a cozy corner with a pillow reminding you to “breathe” set the tone. Patrice listens attentively to your concerns and guides you through gentle diaphragmatic breathing before diving into the session.
She aims for every client to feel three things: release, peace, and relief.
“As an OT, I am trained to treat the whole person, not just the problem,” says Patrice. “After getting to know my client better through the evaluation process, then I tailor their session to their body’s habits and needs. I use a blend of holistic modalities and medical interventions to get the best results for my clients. No session looks exactly the same because each person is different, and I pride myself on this.”
Patrice recalls that one of her clients, a breast cancer survivor, came to her in a panic due to uncontrolled swelling in her hand. It threatened the client’s independence in daily tasks like driving, eating, and getting dressed. But after just one session, her hand regained normal function, allowing her to resume life with ease.
Many clients come to Patrice feeling depleted after enduring intensive medical treatments and long-term struggles. However, over the course of therapy, something shifts. Her favorite part of her work—and the inspiration behind the name Vibrant Living—is the transformation in her clients as they reclaim the vitality and confidence they thought they had lost.
“There is a subtle glow that starts to glimmer from the inside and slowly makes its way out. They start wearing those jeans that they thought they would never be able to wear again, start going out with their loved ones more, get that haircut they have been putting off, or just walk a little taller with their head raised higher,” says Patrice. “It’s truly the most fulfilling thing to witness and I am so grateful to get to have a front-row seat.”

The Twin Creeks Ladies Golf Association is a dynamic group of women, from their 20s to 70s, who share a love for the sport. Between March and November, they host two monthly events, mixing up formats with scrambles, best ball, par-3 challenges, and more to keep the competition engaging.
Now serving as the TCLGA president, Kelley Donelin first picked up a club at Twin Creeks in 2017. She convinced friends to join her rain or shine, earned Most Improved Player in 2021, and was welcomed with open arms into the LGA.
“During events, there’s plenty of cheering, some inevitable ball-hunting, and lots of celebrating—especially at the post-round gatherings where we hand out fun awards over food and drinks,” says Donelin.
The TCLGA friendships are just as rewarding as the game itself, with members cheering on one another for skill breakthroughs, personal bests, and life’s milestone moments. This October, Donelin is excited to see fresh faces at their first-ever Member/Guest Tournament.
“I love the way this group supports and encourages each other, both on and off the course,” says Donelin. “They lift you up when you need it most and celebrate every victory, big or small.”

An afternoon spent together is priceless with today’s busy schedules. Instead of going out, staying in can provide quaint, quiet one-on-one time for a mother and daughter (or multiple daughters). Finding time on calendars is the hard part, and filling that time is all fun from there. Here are a few favorite ideas for inspiration that may spark excitement for planning those special times together.
Custom DIY charm necklaces and bracelets are trending. Gather a theme idea: birthstones, family initials, travels or even favorite hobbies, and procure charms from your local craft store or online shop. Selecting charms for each other also could be a fun way to bring delight to the crafting occasion. Necklaces and bracelets can be made for each other, or as future gifts for upcoming occasions such as a family wedding, a birthday milestone or an anniversary.
Storytelling makes for the best memories. Structure memory recall by filming or journaling interview-style question-and-answer sessions, cataloging information for future generations. Videos and notes with detailed family adventures are priceless, and we all always wish we had more of them.
Text conversations around kitchen tips or ingredient procurement seem endless. Spend some time together in the kitchen preparing favorite family recipes, sharing Mom’s best tips and tricks. Choosing freezer-friendly meals is a great way to walk away with meals for upcoming busy days. There’s nothing like Mom’s recipes!
