STAY AT HOME? Move to an independent senior community or take Mom and Dad to an assisted living facility? These questions along with many other concerns and emotions start swirling in our heads, keeping us awake and worried all night. Our parents who have given us so much of themselves all our lives, now depend on us to help them make the right choice. Where do we start? Which community is better? What

Dr. Bagne's love, respect and affinity for seniors was her driving force to establish a senior community that would provide the most comfortable and friendly yet cost-effective resort for seniors in the autumn of their lives. After speaking with Dr. Bagne, I was incredibly impressed by this dynamic and visionary woman who has a strong sense of business mixed with a heart of gold. In Magnolia, she has created an oasis for seniors while keeping the cost comparable to industry standard. Her deep desire to create a senior community where residents can live all four seasons and not feel the need to escape to Florida in the cold weather, led her to create the winterless community of Magnolia by the Lakes with studios, 1 & 2-bedroom townhouses and 3-bedroom penthouses. Most townhomes have balconies and lake views. The 1,500 square foot penthouse offers seniors an extraordinary continuum of life in sheer opulence.

NOT SURE WHERE TO TRAVEL THIS SUMMER? WE'VE GOT YOU COVERED.
IT'S BEING CALLED "REVENGE TRAVEL" – TAKING OFF AND TAKING REVENGE ON NOT BEING ABLE TO TRAVEL IN 2020. With school and COVID-19 winding down, temperatures heating up, where are you ready to take off and seek vengeance? The good news is that more than 50 percent of the country is now vaccinated, and many countries around the world have opened, giving both cautious and adventurous travelers wonderful places to take off to. Make sure you've had both of your COVID-19 vaccines at least two weeks before you plan to leave, have all your travel documents in place, and spin the globe. The number one destination of choice this summer is campgrounds and national parks. However, if you haven't made your reservations by now, especially during the holidays, you may be out of luck. But don't despair. The world is wide, the country is glorious and we're just getting started.

3. YELLOWSTONE NATIONAL PARK Yellowstone’s 2.2 million acres include colorful hot springs, awe-inspiring waterfalls, fascinating mudpots, explosive geysers, diverse wildlife and more. It is home to more hot springs and geysers than anywhere else on Earth. The oldest and largest herd of bison in the country lives at Yellowstone, as well as elk, wolves and grizzly bears.
4.
BRYCE CANYON NATIONAL PARK Bryce Canyon National Park, located in southwestern Utah, is home to the world’s largest concentration of hoodoos on Earth. With its fascinating landscape composed of hoodoos, horseshoe-shaped amphitheaters and whimsical limestone rock formations, a visit to Bryce Canyon is often likened to a visit to another planet. ZION NATIONAL PARK Zion National Park’s colorful sandstone cliffs, lush plateaus covered in pine and junipers, narrow canyons, the Virgin River, plus seeps, springs and waterfalls are just some of the scenic wonders here. Other popular attractions include the Zion Canyon Scenic Drive, Angels Landing, Observation Point and Canyon Overlook Trail.
7. GRAND TETON NATIONAL PARK Wyoming’s Grand Teton National Park spans 310,000 acres and towers above the Jackson Hole Valley. The Teton Mountains, the youngest in the Rockies, are reflected majestically on the surfaces of six pristine lakes and the Snake River. Experienced climbers can summit the 13,770foot Grand Teton, and long-distance hikers can take the Paintbrush Canyon-Cascade Canyon Loop for impressive views of the mountain.
8.
GRAND CANYON NATIONAL PARK This UNESCO World Heritage Site is 277 river miles long, up to 18 miles wide and 1 mile deep. The South Rim is home to Grand Canyon Village and Bright Angel Trail. The West Rim is home to the Grand Canyon Skywalk, a glass bridge that extends 70 feet over the edge of a cliff. The North Rim is the most remote access point, allowing visitors to experience the park firsthand through intense hiking and backpacking and thrilling river rafting.
Hopefully, this list has inspired you to start planning your next adventure. Whether the mountains are calling, your inner daredevil needs to be satiated or a scenic road trip is in order, America’s national parks are begging to be explored! 30

LUXURY MARKET REPORT Presented by Candice Rich, Luxury Home Specialist
Supply-Demand Imbalance Shaping The Housing Market Home value appreciation and sales boasted impressive gains, driven by low rates, high demand, and low inventory. There has been a 12% increase year over year in market values and a 1% increase month over month. Home Prices are extraordinarily strong! A New Generation Of Affluent Buyers Millennials are now commanding a larger representation in the luxury real estate market. Many are leaving the rental market and using this opportunity to snag a low-interest mortgage, bypassing the traditional first home of a city condo and now purchasing larger single-family homes with luxury amenities and price tags. Equally, baby boomers, have also affected home purchases as many have switched gears and are moving back into urban luxury condominiums to enjoy a lifestyle full of city amenities or on the opposite end of spectrum electing to skip this transitional stage, and buy their ultimate retirement property now, in secondary or resort communities. New Home Development Remains High In Demand Typically, the answer to high demand is to build new homes that meet the consumer requirements. Home builders are rising to the challenge and reacting to the demand for more outdoor areas, private space, as well as amenities such as air-filtration and touchless technology. As a result, for 2021 and moving forward, it is expected that local governments will be looking to issue more building permits to meet the luxury residential demand in their markets.
