DINING GUIDE Lifestyle’s Guide to South Florida’s Best Eats - 2012 ANTHONY’S COAL FIRED PIZZA The original coal-fired oven pizza parlor in South Florida posts its standard warning just about everywhere: “Our pizza is well done.” As in, to a crisp. If you like your pies a bit lighter, try asking, though be prepared for disdain. As for dessert, there’s New York cheesecake. Yep, that’s it. 2203 S. Federal Highway, Fort Lauderdale, (954) 462-5555; 4527 Weston Road, Weston, (954) 358-2625; and 1203 S. Federal Highway, Pompano Beach, (954) 942-5550. Devoted fans declare Anthony’s a place “to die for,” and if you’re a first-timer, it’s best to go with
