This is Boo. She’s an eight-year old Bengal/Ragdoll cross. Boo is a typical cat. She sleeps most of the day apart from mealtimes and will only let you stroke her if she wants you to. Julia Sims

This is Bonnie - she is 17, we rescued her from Foal Farm as a kitten. She follows me around and loves laying out in the sun. Katherine Quinn This is Gus who has a loving personality, but can be a pest when trying to work from home. Paula Brooks

This is Hank who is still living life to the full even after being diagnosed with a chronic heart condition, which will unfortunately shorten his life. He’s our beautiful gentle giant. V Verity O’Neal

This is my Spanish rescue dog Elvis. He’s an elderly, one eyed, blind gentleman who loves nothing more than to potter out on his walks. He often likes to remind you he’s still around by giving you a little bark. Being blind doesn’t stop him being cheeky and finding the toilet paper and ripping it or jumping onto the coffee table if he can smell some food. He’s a very sweet old boy and we love to watch him enjoying his retirement lying in the sunshine and having a good old roll in the grass. Emily Hodges

This is our French Bulldog Lexi. She’s two years old and a bundle of fun. She loves to play with other dogs and any games involving a ball. Michael Keil Here’s Harper. She loves nothing more than her toys, cuddles and a cup of tea. She jumps so high when I get home from work! Denise Donovan Green

This is Boo he is my 15-year-old deaf diabetic cat. He is my childhood cat - he is the sweetest boy in the world and loves nighttime snuggles and kisses. He likes spending his days sleeping in his fluffy bed and getting extra treats for just being handsome. Faith Rowntree

It’s best to take out pet insurance when your pet is young and healthy to keep premiums low. Pets with a condition or older pets will be more expensive to insure.
