14 Transactions with related parties As at 31 March 2018 and 31 December 2017 the parent company was the Republic of Lithuania represented by Ministry of Finance. For the purpose of disclosure of related parties, the Republic of Lithuania does not include central and local government authorities. The disclosures comprise transactions and their balances with the parent company, subsidiaries (Company‘s transactions), associates and all entities controlled by or under significant influence of the state (transactions with these entities are disclosed only if they are material), and management.
