Lienchy Metal is located in Taoyuan, Taiwan, with annual production capability exceeding 50,000 metric tons. Lienchy Metal is the leading manufacturer of laminated metal in Taiwan. Our customers are from all over the world, including Taiwan, Japan, China, South-East Asia, Europe, North America, and middle East. Lienchy Metal (LCM) was founded to provide solutions for better living in our architectural spaces. For the past 20 years we have improved our manufacturing technology and efficiency. We have expanded our product lineup to include Laminated Metal, Pre-Coated Metal and Anti Fingerprint Stainless. MANUFACTURING PROCESS 蕣蝨窕纷
聯琦金屬採連續產線的方式生產覆膜鋼板、抗指紋不銹鋼、和預塗金 屬。該生產線是由日本『住友重機』、『本田金屬』設計，日本『大 洋製鋼』安裝和測試。實驗室獲得日本『理研株式會社』技術指導， 以滿足JIS K6744測試標準。生產線總長度為350M，年生產能力超 過50000噸。 Production of Laminated Metal, Anti-Fingerprint Stainless and Pre-Coated Metal is carried out in a continuous process. The production line was designed by Sumitomo Heavy Industries Ltd. and Honda Heavy Metal Co. It was installed and tested by Taiyo Tech. Co., Ltd. The technical skill of our laboratory were acquired from Riken Vinyl Industry Co.,Ltd. to meet the test standards of JIS K6744. The total length of the production line is 350m. The total production capacity excess of 50000 metric tons.

覆膜金屬是一種複合材料，由彩紋皮膜與金屬底材貼合而成。它結合了美麗耀眼的顏色和設計，優異的隔音及基體金屬材料的耐用性。 覆膜金屬不僅能提供多樣的視覺美感，也是多功能的實用解決方案。覆膜金屬有阻燃，易於維護保養，耐候性佳等特性。金屬底材可選 用鍍鋅鋼、鋁、不銹鋼等等。 Laminated Metal is a composite material formed by bonding colored thin film to a base metal. It combines the beauty of dazzling color and design of the surface film with strength and excellent durability of the base metal materials. Laminated Metal offers uncompromising aesthetic appeal and is a property ease, of processing and weather resistance. Base metal can be glavanized steel, aluminum, or stainless steel.

ANTI-FINGERPRINT STAINLESS
ANTI-FINGERPRINT STAINLESS ಯ瞲羱犋衵桗
抗指紋不銹鋼是使用聯琦自主研發的抗指紋樹脂塗覆的不銹鋼材料，易清潔，抗指紋，防潑水，並具有3Ｈ以上硬度（經 SGS測試）。樹 脂塗層也提高基材金屬的耐腐蝕性。抗指紋不銹鋼可有高光或低光澤度兩種不同的表面處理。 Anti-fingerprint stainless steel is a stainless steel material coated with proprietary anti-fingerprint resin. The final product is therefore easy to clean, finger-print resistant, water repellent and has a 3H hardness or better (SGS-tested) .Resin coating also improves the corrosion-resistance of the base metal. Anti-Fingerprint Stainless can have either high-gloss or matte finish.

It is widely used in building materials, home appliances, home interior and automobile. Our proprietary process enables a more luxuriant and durable coating finish. Base metal can be steel, aluminum, stainless steel.
