TCS Lidingöloppet Junior and Veteran 4 km and 10 km 24 September

BEFORE THE RACE

Applies to classes starting at Grönsta Gärde 4 km and 10 km for P/F 17–19, W22, W50-80, M60-80.

START INFORMATION & NUMBER BIB

All registered participants receive their Start Information only via e-mail. The Start Info contains the participant’s personal QR code. To pick up your number bib, bring your QR code to the number bib distribution. At the distribution, you scan your QR code and your number bib is printed. You can also find your QR code on My Pages.

The distribution of number bibs is at Lidingövallen. Opening hours in the number distribution: Friday 23/9 from 09:00 to 21:00 and Saturday 24/9 from 07:30 to 15:00.

BAG AND CLOTHING SUBMISSION

Clothing and bag drop-off for these races can be found at Grönsta Gärde. Only TCS Lidingöloppet’s clothing bags may be used. You will receive them at the number bib distribution. Clothing in this case refers to a thinner training jacket, t-shirt and trousers. Close the bag and attach the label. The items are picked up at the same place after the finish on presentation of the number bib. It is not permitted to leave valuables in the clothing bag. For valuables management, see ”Good to Know” later in this start magazine.

WARM UP

Ving leads the warm-ups for all races. The warm-up starts 15 minutes before each start.

DURING THE RACE

THE START

The start is from Grönsta. Your starting group and exact starting time are listed on your number bib, among other things. The timing chip is on the back of the number bib.

REFRESHMENT POINTS

10 km, 6.3 km and 3.0 km before the finish and at the finish line at Grönsta Gärde.

AFTER THE RACE

PRIZES

Awards are given for the top three in M70 and W70. Places 4–6 collect prizes in the prize-giving tent. Prize giving also takes place for the top three participants in M80 and W80. In other classes, there is a prize distribution for the top three and all participants in places 4–10 can collect prizes in the prize distribution tent.
