CHANGE OF PARTICIPANTS/RACE EVENT A change of participant or race event be made no later than October 17 2021. If you switch from a cheaper to a more expensive race, you pay the difference in connection with your move. If you switch from a more expensive race to a cheaper race, the difference will not be refunded.

COURSE Participants in TCS Lidingöloppet@Hemma 2021 and Rosa Bandet-loppet@Hemma 2021 are free to choose where they wish run the race. Choose a course that suits you. The only requirement is that the course must match the distance of the race you are registered for. For example, if you are registered for TCS Lidingöloppet 30 @Hemma, you should run a 30K course. You can run a longer 30K course or a loop with several laps, for example 3 x 10K.

COVID -19 Covid -19: Keep in mind that you as an individual share the responsibility to avoid spreading infection. Do not run if you feel the slightest sign of symptoms such as cough, sniffle, sore throat or fever. Physical activity if you are unwell is not good for you either!

DIPLOMA You can order a diploma in paper form upon registration (50 SEK including postage). All participants receive a PDF diploma in the results email, which can also be downloaded via the results page after the race period (for free).

HEALTHCARE All participation is at your own risk. It is of course important that you only participate in the race if you are completely healthy. Remember to eat and drink properly before your race, and to drink properly during the race.

HONORARY AWARDS If you have finished 25 or more TCS Lidingöloppet races, you will receive the Lidingöloppet gold plaque with a name inscription. The plaque will be sent to those who are eligible during the autumn, after the race. From 2021, you do not need to contact the Race Office to receive your award. Diplomas are sent home to all runners who have completed 10, 15, 20, 30, 40, 45 and 50 Lidingöloppet races / Pink Ribbon races (TCS Lidingö Knattelopp, TCS Lilla Lidingöloppet and TCS Lidingöfemman are not included).

INSURANCE If you have bought cancellation insurance or exercise/race insurance from Folksam and cannot start, contact Folksam. You can buy the insurance in connection with your registration.

MEDAL AND DIPLOMA Medals can be purchased at registration for 150 SEK. The medal is the same as the runners at TCS Lidingöloppet and Rosa Bandet-loppet get in place on Lidingö. After registered results, your digital medal is available on the results page on My Pages. The digital medal is pinned to your Facebook profile to share your amazing achievement.

Unfortunately, we are not in a position to offer silver medals to those who run their race @Hemma in silver medal time. Silver medal is only obtained at specified times on lidingöloppet’s regular course stretch.

MY PAGES On My Pages you can manage your registration, make a transfer of space, change personal data, etc. Here you also report your results after completed race 2021. Link to My Pages can be found in your e-mail Start Certificate.

NUMBER BIB In the Start Certificate you have received through email you will find the link to your unique number bib. Print the number bib at home and wear it when you run your race. This is not a requirement, but the more people who use the number bib, the more enjoyable the race feeling.

RACE PERIOD The race period is between the 1st of October and the 31st of October 2021. You may finish your race on any day during this period.

REGISTRATION You can register all the way to the race in 2021 all the way until the 31st of October 2021 from our website, www.lcslidingoloppet.se.

RESULTS All competition results are published on www.tcslidingoloppet.se. As the race lasts for 30 days, the result list will be updated continuously. Keep in mind that it is you who must report your results in order for it to be included in the results list. You do this through My Pages. Different result lists are drawn up for runners who have completed their race on Lidingö during TCS Lidingöloppsveckan 24.9 – 3.10 2021 and TCS Lidingöloppet@Hemma 2021 respectively.

SHOE RULES We get a lot of questions regarding the new running shoes with thick soles. Since you take responsibility for your own race, when you run TCS Lidingöloppet @Hemma 2021, you also take responsibility for what shoes you wear when you run. This is not something that will be checked in the races where the runner takes responsibility.

Starting certificate: Your certificate of proof has been received by your e-mail. There you will find, among other things, this newsletter as well as your number bib and link to My Pages for performance reporting.

THE SWEDISH CLASSIC CIRCUIT TCS Lidingöloppet@Hemma and Rosa Bandetloppet@ Hemma are included in A Swedish Classic Circuit and you can accredit your results. We care about your health and want to let you choose whether you want to run on site or at your home for as long as the pandemic is going on. If you order a classic diploma, your time will be marked with an asterisk after your time/result. Unable to participate this year?
