ABOUT

The philosophy of the Liberty Football Strength & Conditioning staff is to impact the lives and minds of our student-athletes. The program and process is derived from clinical research as well as practical applications. This management of proper design and implementation of programming is based around the specific needs centered on the bio-motor abilities specific to sport. Additional subtlety has been added to account for specific positional demands as well as individual needs based on asymmetries and/or deficiencies. Ground-based strength and power modalities, performed with high efficiency, will be the pillars of our weight room development. Speed, coordination, conditioning, and mechanical efficiency will be emphasized in our field work. Most of all, we will create an environment that is as thrilling to train in as Williams Stadium is to play in on game day.
