DESCRIPTION GAF provided one-time grants of up to $100 for income-eligible customers having difficulty paying their bills and have an overdue payment.

Other Criteria: • Gas bill must be in the name of applicant requesting assistance. • The bill address must be the applicant’s primary residence. • The applicant must not apply for more than the maximum GAF allowance for the current program year. REQUIREMENTS What kind of information or supplemental documents will they need? To be collected or reviewed by local provider: • Bill (must be in applicant’s name with primary residence listed and overdue amount in arrears) • Proof of Income
