Category: City hotel with a difference. Room reviewed: QT King. What’s great: Great location, good value. Perfect if you want to get away from the hustle and bustle of the Sydney CBD, but still get a cool urban vibe. What’s not so great: Rooms are great, but not as fun and cheeky as the rest of the hotel. A more subdued feel to what we have come to expect from a QT. That said, the standard is still very good indeed. Editor’s tip: Try QT Bondi if you'd like something a bit different to the typical city CBD weekend away. This place is as much about a celebration of Bondi Beach as it is a cool hotel. We can't wait to go back. Rate: From NZ$332 per night for a QT King room.
