TMT: representations include regulatory/security guidelines and preparing contractual documentation for the Iridium Satellite, US; negotiating agreement for 13,000 VSATs and Hubs; legal documentation for establishment of SEZ with MP Government; licensing and distribution arrangements; publishing agreements and a JV in part works publishing.
