Outdoor Furniture, Fire Pit And BBQ Grill Policy

Outdoor Furniture:

All furniture used outside must be designated outdoor style furniture and must be used in the back yard.

Fire Pits:

Only commercially purchased, above ground fire pits are allowed in family housing and must be used at least 15 feet from your home and within your own yard. During use, in case of emergency, a water source must be close by.

BBQ Grills:

Town Center may only use a gas grill on their designated patio. You may use the BBQ area in the Town Center park for charcoal grilling.

Meriwether Landing / Westcott Hill communities have a common area BBQ / fire pit area. Once pit is used it needs to be covered after it is completely cooled. All residents are responsible to remove all trash / debris from the area for the next resident to use.

For all other communities, BBQ grills must be used at least 15 feet from your home to prevent damage to the siding. BBQ grills / fire pits are not to be used under overhangs, eaves, garages, carports.

All neighborhoods need to properly store flammable materials, keep a fire extinguisher or water source readily available and supervise all fires until extinguished.

The burning of leaves, garbage, and paper is strictly prohibited.
