Team And Individual Winners At The National Schools Biathlon

Congratulations to the athletes who travelled to Redditch for the National Schools Biathlon and achieved some superb results:

Reuben, Josh, Jay – Team Gold (Year 10)

Reuben – National Individual Champion (Year 10)

Thomas, Henry, Mathew – Team Gold (Year 12 and 13)

Leweston Top Pistol Shooting School Team In The Country

At the National Schools Shooting Finals this term the Junior team got off to a great start. Lucy achieved the top score in the prelim round, qualifying for the final and becoming the Junior Schools National Champion.

In the Intermediate event Reuben had a great prelim round, qualifying for the final to take the individual Silver medal. The Intermediate team also shot well taking team Gold and being crowned National Champions.

The Senior team; Thomas, Honor and Miller took team Silver. At the end of the day Leweston was top of the medal table, placing us top Pistol Shooting Team in the country!
