WELCOME to the Camping World Stadium in Orlando, Florida! From fine dining to feeding 62,000 cheering fans, Chef Dan has done a lot in his 20+ year culinary career.

Now at Camping World Stadium, Chef Dan creates menus featuring Central Florida’s diverse culinary influences and local and seasonal ingredients.

Your Executive Chef DANIEL MADAN Affectionately known as “Chef Dan” by team members and guests at Camping World Stadium, Daniel Madan has been a fixture in culinary scene in Central Florida since 1998. After meeting his wife Shelley and graduating from the Culinary Institute of America in 1997, he went on to work in Napa Valley at Domaine Chandon. With his first child on the way, he and his wife moved to Orlando, Florida, to join the Walt Disney World family, working under great chefs such as John State, Robert Curry, and Jens Dahlmann at the Flying Fish Café and Bart Hosmer and Gray Byrum at Spoodles Restaurants. After his time at Disney, Chef Dan joined Levy and moved into the sports world, taking the position of Executive Chef at Amway Arena, then home of the NBA’s Orlando Magic. In this role, Chef Dan led culinary operations at such prestigious events as the NBA Finals, WrestleMania, and concerts by world-famous artists such as Tina Turner and AC/DC. Chef Dan followed the Magic when the team moved to the new Amway Center in 2010, partnering with Executive Chef John Nicely.
