FLEX HOUSE
Spring 2019
Third year, second semester Prof. Douglas Hecker Clemson University
Concept: In this semester, we were given a existant site by the hollywood sign in Los Angeles. The goal was to design an iconic house that embarked what it meant being a 21st century home. My design came from a cube where I extended ‘chimneys’ for lights and columns to elevate the house, excavating in the walls various windows to frame the different views of Hollywood. In the interior, the house program lay in platforms where with the push of a button you can move them up, down, left right to be able to adapt to the ever changing needs and wants of an owner.

LANDSCAPE FOLDED
Spring 2020
Fourth year, Second semester Prof. Ufuk Ersoy and Prof. Paul Russell Group Project by: Jordan Johnson, Cayla Turner, Isabel Korn and Lester Negrón Clemson University
Concept: In this semester, we were given two existent sites in Columbia, South Carolina by the Congaree River. The porpuse of this project is to connect 2 cities, West Columbia and Columbia South Carolina, by making a project that can bring 2 communities together. We created a Community Center in the West Columbia side of the Congaree River and in Columbia we made a Natatorium. To connect both projects we created a pedestrian bridge that intertwined itself in the underside of the Gervis Street bridge. Our project responds to the sites topography, creating external and internal terraces, creating a folded landscape. My contribution: Jordan Johnson and I were incharge of creating the natatorium side of the project. I helped in every step of the design, from floorplans, sections. I created all the renders for the project.

CROSS DISCIPLINARY CONNECTION
Fall 2019
Concept: In this semester, we were given a existent site in Clemson University by the wet lands of the historic Seneca river bottoms. Our concept was to create different dedicated research areas for the wetlands. The first stop is a bee pollination conservation research area dedicated to help the population of the bees. The second stop is an area dedicated to the research and preservation of the wetlands and the third stop is an area dedicated to the preservation of wetlands with the research center for water purification. And throught the project it has a wooden pine boardwalk elevating from ground level to 10 feet. My contribution: I was designated to produce the pollination center of our project.

PEL TOWER
Fall 2018
Third year, first semester Prof. Douglas Hecker Group Project by: Kaylee Alvarez and Lester Negrón
Concept: In this semester, we were given a existant site in New York where we worked in groups of 2. The goal was to design a 11 floor collaborative office building. We went with the idea of going from modules of 15’x15’ blocks. where each level different areas are “eroded” to create distinct areas from the indoors working area to a “indoors - outdoors” areas where employs can go and relax, with a double glass layer, separating the inner interior of office and also a exterior glass to separate from the outside. My contribution: I helped on the production of floorplans, section and 3D modeling.

Spring 2018
Concept: This semester we were given a existant site besides a historical building, the theorical plan is that the historical building and the adjacent site would become a second building for the architecture program for the university in the town center of Ponce PR. The new building is designed to connect to the historic one, making the historic building having the program for the architecture school and having the new building have apartment and hotel accomodation for students and professors and having their own restaurant to be able to go and eat.

LANDSCAP E PAVILION
Fall 2016
First year, first semester Prof. Alejandro Mieses & Prof. Luis Ramos Pontificial Catholic University of Puerto Rico
Concept: In this semester, we were given a non-existant site, to create a landscape pavilion. My design aimed to create a monumental and sculpture design, where walls of different heights and sizes create a distinct and captivating visual experience where each walls dictate where to look between them while also being able to walk through bridges in between the walls.
