Astell Collins is the C.E.O. of Astelley’s Pen Empire as well as the President of the BD1 initiative, ‘becoming the change I seek’. Originally from Guyana, South America and now a resident of Johannesburg, Astell is an author, poet and motivational speaker. His mission is to take you on a journey of self-discovery to identify and develop your TAGs (talents, abilities and gifts), empowering you to maximise every opportunity. It has evolved from being just an organisation into a guiding philosophy and an unstoppable movement. Lesley Cartwright is a conceptual thinker, a vibrant mix of creativity and soul with over 20 years experience in the print graphic design field – for various businesses, ministries, and publications. She has designed, edited, written copy for and co-ordinated a host of magazines, newsletters, and a newspaper. She has a heart for the King, His Kingdom and to see the planet colonised with God’s Government. She, together with her husband Andrew, want to use their platforms of writing and design, and other media that they are involved in, to promote the message that Jesus preached - Matthew 10:7 “As you go, proclaim this message, the Kingdom of God has come near” (NIV).

Lindani Ndwandwa is a Celebrity Stylist and Image Consultant that is well known for making Celebrities look good at events. His clients Include Sophie Ndaba, Penny Lebyane, Katlego Danke and many more. He dresses stars from actors to gospel stars... He is responsible for designing Joyous Celebration costumes and for artists such as Dominion, Jabu Hlongwane and Patrick Duncan. He is incredibly talented and boldly loves the Creator. Nopasika Mary-Jane Mjekula is a writer and business analyst by profession and an emerging businesswoman. She is passionate about living and helping people come to life and live a fulfilling, meaningful and purposeful life. She continues to learn, live and share her life with those in need. She studied IT and has channeled her studies to Quality Assurance in software development and later studied Business Analysis. She resides in Centurion. Robert Russell began his career as an Industrial Engineer. During a sabbatical from engineering, Robert worked at a local church where he discovered his passion for photography. His lucid love for the art form influenced Robert’s decision to pursue a career as a full-time professional photographer. His keen eye for beauty and exceptional talent has afforded him the opportunity to travel to some of the most interesting continents on assignment. To date, the business owner and senior photographer at Sundowner’s studio is revered around the world as one of the leading concert and event photographers.
