deep, shifting sand. But the night under the incredibly starry sky and the nomads’ invitation to have coffee in their tents more than make up for all our troubles. Before we start our journey back home, we still want to visit the coastal town of Sur that is considered the birthplace of Sinbad the Sailor. We leave Oman filled with the wonders of our encounters with the friendly natives and with many, many magical pictures – and will dream about our trip for a long time to come!
