hThe low-rise buildings of Paphos Gardens Holiday Resort are nestled peacefully approximately 300 metres from the sandy beach. The resort was designed with the idea of a Mediterranean village life in mind, and it consists of a series of small apartments situated around the main hotel, all surrounded by lush flora. My own journey began long before AI became a buzzword. As a child, I was fascinated by the idea that computers could think. That curiosity stayed with me and led me to study Electrical and Computer Engineering. I still remember building my first systems, primitive, but full of potential. Back then, AI was considered niche, almost speculative. But I believed in it, and chose to dedicate my academic path to it. Today, I feel privileged to work in a field that is transforming the world and to help prepare the next generation of professionals who will shape its future.

My involvement with Leptos Group started in 2016, when I joined Vesta Holidays as “Chief Financial Officer”. Following 5 years of hard work, I was first promoted to “Deputy General Manager” in 2021 and then to “General Manager” in 2023.
As General Manager, I focus on three main areas: guiding the company strategically, staying ahead of market trends to manage risk and opportunity, and fostering a positive, high-performing work environment.

A strong client-bond is built on trust, respect and appreciation. These values can be earned only if you are consistent in your work ethic over time. To fully satisfy a client you must meet their expectation. Delivering a
service is easy, but understanding what the client actually expects from you, is the difficult part. Each client is of a different ethnicity, culture and “taste”, so we always encourage a face-to-face discussion with our dedicated team of supervisors to have a clear understanding. We are always a phone call away from our client.
Winning a customer is easy, but retaining a +7.000 clientele can only be achieved if your service and culture differentiate from other competitors. There is no perfection in our business, and we always look for ways to improve. As General Manager I am keen in meeting clients and my office door is always open without an appointment, because a five-minute discussion can reveal those small details that do the difference and really matter to our clients.
We also embrace innovation. We were among the first to introduce automated payments and are now developing a platform for clients to access live financial updates and submit service requests online.
We’ve been active in the rental market for over a decade, offering a full suite of services that complement property management key holding, repairs, furnishing, tenant screening, and more.
In collaboration with the “Blood Donation Bank of Paphos”, we proudly host a Blood Donation event every year that is open, not only for our staff, but is campaigned and supported by all of our clients. A “Go Green campaign” is also promoted in an effort to reduce our carbon and environmental footprint by requesting all of our clients to transfer to the Digital communication and limit the use of paper. We have also installed Recycle bins (plastic, paper and glass) in all of our Projects and encourage all owners to use them.
Our vision is clear: to be the most trusted partner for property owners in Paphos. My commitment is to link Vesta’s name with quality and unique service by continuously investing in our people and in technologies to improve.
We recently took on major new projects in Peyia, Coral Bay, Chloraka, Limassol and we expect continued growth in the years ahead.
Our systems are designed to optimise automation. With a click on the computer we can reach and send instant information or receive payment from thousands of clients. We are keen in technology investing that improves efficiency and productivity in all of our supply chain.
Vesta implemented an automated payment scheme at a very critical time (before Covid), mitigating the biggest industry’s risk of collections. Vesta also currently works on a Project that will enable owners to have a live financial information and be able to report a matter or make a service request online, without calling or contacting the reception.
There is never a finish line in our business and this is what makes it exciting. We face endless daily challenges that requires a team effort to overcome, and having strong bonds with my colleagues, we overcome almost everything.
