Terms & Conditions for Day Outing 1. Cocktail Snacks Canned Juices, Fresh Juices, Soft drinks, Mineral Water, Liquor will be charged as per consumption if the package offered is not agreed by the client. 2. All non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages need to be purchased from the hotel, which would be charged on actual consumption. 3. The hotel does not permit any liquor, food and Audio video to be brought from outside. 4. Liquor Service Hours will be subject to regulations of the Excise Laws. 5. For a venue to be confirmed in the package the group size must be more than 50 Adults. 6. Entry to the other venues not mentioned in a given package is prohibited. 7. The Rates are subject to change without prior notice. 8. 50% of the guaranteed billing at the time of booking. 9. Balance all bills will be settled at the time of arrival by cash/credit card. 10. For payments made in foreign currency, the exchange rate prevalent on the day of the payment shall be considered for calculating the amount payable. 11. As per the Income Tax Regulations for all payments of Rs.25, 000/- and above in cash the PERMANENT ACCOUNT NUMBER of the client needs to be informed to the hotel. 12. Kids under 5 years are provided complimentary services, and kids above 5 years will be charged as adult. 13. Food and beverage items provided by Leonia Holistic Destination are to be consumed on the hotel premises only. No leftover food or beverages will be removed from the hotel’s premises for outside consumption, irrespective of the number of persons actually attending the banquet function. 14. Any item consumed or utilized over and above the package shall be charged extra as per the applicable rates to that individual and the amount has to be collected before using the activity 15. Common swimming pools and games cannot be reserved and are on the first come first serve basis. Without swimming pool costumes (nylon), usage of swimming pool is not allowed. 16. The Management of Leonia Holistic Destination is not liable for any loss or damage to client and his guest’s belongings. 17. Any breakage to the infrastructure or any other equipment caused will be charged duly at our discretion as per cost involved and the amount will be collected in cash. 18. At Leonia the timing for the following meals are as follows until and unless agreed at the time of confirmation: Breakfast (0700 Hrs to 1030 hrs), Lunch (1200 Hrs to 1500 Hrs), Evening Tea (1600 Hrs to 1800 Hrs) and Dinner (1900 Hrs to 2230 Hrs) 19. Internal transportation (i.e. Electric buggies/Battery car's) will not be provided for day outing Guest's, Only Senior Citizens/Pregnant ladies would be provided such kind of facilities/incase of any emergencies (Vehicles are subject to availability).. 20. Guests are requested to bring their own Nylon Silk Swimwear, If required swimwear is available at sale. 21. Breakfast/ Buffet Lunch/Buffet Dinner would be served at common Buffet Venue. 22. The Company will not be held responsible for any injury or incident that might occur while using any facility Of the Hotel. 23. Cricket is not operational in case of rain. 24. Photography is Strictly prohibited in Leo-Splash( Water park)
As per the Government of India regulations please note that smoking in all Public areas of the hotel including restaurants, bars, banquet halls etc. is prohibited and any violation thereof is a punishable offence. All government policies / regulations prevalent during the time of your conference / event will apply. Leonia Holistic Destination will not be held responsible for any subsequent changes in the government policies, rules and/or regulations which will/may have a bearing on the Terms and Conditions of our agreement. In such an event, the Terms and Conditions mentioned herein in this contract.
