This is the major product at the degree stage. This report will elaborate on the process of designing my product (KODO) and the details of this product. The basic idea expressed by this product, which will also reflect my basic view of design, what is the design? The whole process took 9 months. 2 INTRODUCE

What is the idea behind this design? What is the method of designing it? What is the minimum requirement for a grill design? What is a barbecue grill? Who are its users? Where is the position on the market? Why does it exist? What is its purpose? Where do people use this product? What is the schedule of this product design process? What is the grill package? what material? and many more. These issues are very important. If a design does not consider these links, it will not become a good product. At the same time this product will also be unrealistic and incomplete.


3 BRIEF

The aim here is to develop a portable BBQ grill for college students without experience in camping or outdoor activities. But because they lack the relevant experience, this product needs to be lightweight, easy to use and clean, durable, while using a safe heat source.

5 User needs A young man who is 18-25 just find a place in society, so is quite difficult for him to have his own car. For them, ordinary BBQ grills are cumbersome and inconvenient. so If the grill is light enough, maybe people don't need have a car, maybe people prefer not to use the car. Is this healthier and more environmentally friendly? With the development of modern science and technology, Health and convenience are the pursuits of contemporary life. This is the trend of the times.

Deconstruction of grill The two most basic structures are the Cooking grill and fire box. The purpose of the cooking grill is to support the food and to store the food. 35 Design Original Intention

The original intention of the entire design was a breakthrough in security and portability. Because portability is relatively more overall performance, security is manifested in detail. So the classification of the design is based on the standard of carrying. It can be divided into two kinds of breakthroughs. One is to break down the grill and it can be easily installed in a bag or a bicycle. The second is that the grill itself is a whole. In other words, the first one is like a building block, while the second one is like a suitcase. These two forms have their own advantages, but at this stage they are still abstract and difficult to judge. Therefore, the next task is to concretize the form, and it is necessary to make it possible to make clear judgments about its strengths and weaknesses so as to make choices. Then let people evaluate each specific program. Finally, redesigned based on people's feedback.
