These tray bakes derive from my home of Northern Ireland and are very popular in local bakeries and among those with a sweet tooth in general. They are present at almost any celebration and are a true taste of my childhood. The concept is 15 of each ingredient which gives them the name Fifteens. I love the simplicity of making them & the sweetness of eating them. You can add glacΓ© cherries if you wish, removing the white chocolate. I personally prefer having small white chocolate chunks through these little gems.
