Product Classifications
TECHNICAL Engineered, high-performance fabrics with a range of technical features including moisture-management, mechanical stretch and built-in sun protection. Usually have design features such as taped seams and snag-resistance. The fabrics are very functional and durable.
COTTON Cotton is a natural fabric and will perform well in most conditions. It has good breathability and decent durability. Cotton has a relatively high tensile strength, is very water absorbent, but it also dries quickly. Usually a piqué knit, the fabric drapes well on the body.
COTTON BLEND Cotton is blended with other fibres to produce a stronger and more attractive material. Rayon, Lycra®, polyester, linen and Elastane are some fibres that are blended with cotton to increase Styling, durability and stain/wrinkle/heat resistance.

UVX rating is a measurement of the ultraviolet protection provided by a fabric used in garments, indicating how effectively the fabric blocks UVA and UVB radiation from the sun. HD Outshell
Heavy-duty, heavy weight nylon and polyester fabrics are constructed to withstand the most rigorous and extreme industrial applications and weather conditions. HD fabrics are also coated to achieve a high level of water resistance.
Waterproof
Keeps outside moisture from penetrating the fabric. The waterproof rating is typically expressed in millilitres (1,000mm to 10,000mm) based on water pressure tolerance over a 24 hour period. Generally, the higher the rating, the higher the waterproof protection.
Breathable
The movement of air from one side of the fabric to the other to keep the wearer comfortable. The breathability rating is typically expressed in a gram measurement of how much vapour a square metre (G/M2) of fabric will allow to pass in a 24-hour period (typically 1,00 G/M2 to 10,000 G/M2). The higher the number, the more breathable the garment.
