30 DAYS OF COURAGEOUS PRAYERS
Prayer is a powerful weapon that we can use to bring us closer to God and help us grow in our faith courage to believe his will. This is our personal and intimate moment with a loving God. In this issue we have prepared 30-days of courageous prayers. May you be blessed by these prayers and guided by His will. May we all grow in our faith.
Days 1-3

DAY 1: Lord God, I come to you today with trust and faith in your word. I know that you are the one who creates light and darkness, who brings prosperity and creates disaster. I ask that you would guide me, as you have promised in Isaiah 45:5, ‘I am the Lord, and there is no other, the One who forms light and creates darkness, who makes peace and creates disaster.’ I trust in your sovereignty and your goodness and pray that you would reveal your plans for me. Give me wisdom, guidance, and discernment as I navigate the challenges and opportunities that come my way. Give me your peace and the assurance that you are with me always. In Jesus’ name I pray, Amen.
DAY 2: Heavenly Father, I come before you today, remembering your promise in Deuteronomy 7:9, ‘Know that the Lord your God is God; he is the faithful God, keeping his covenant of love to a thousand generations of those who love him and keep his commands.’ Lord, I thank you for your faithfulness and your love for me. I confess that I often struggle to fully trust in your goodness and your plan for my life. Today, I choose to love you and keep your commands, relying on your promise to be faithful to me. I ask that you give me the strength and the determination to love and obey you, even when it is difficult. Help me to trust in your goodness and to follow your plan for my life. Give me the grace to rely on your faithfulness, even when I don’t understand the path you have for me. I pray for your protection and guidance as I navigate this life, and for your wisdom and discernment as I make decisions. I pray that I may always remember your faithfulness and your love for me, and that it would be reflected in my actions and my words. In Jesus’ name I pray, Amen.
DAY 3: Heavenly Father, I come to you today in need of your strength and your peace. I lift up to you the words of Psalm 62:7, ‘My salvation and my honor depend on God; he is my mighty rock, my refuge.’ Lord, I am weary and I am in need of your salvation and your honor. I am in need of your strength and your refuge. I ask that you would be my rock, my stronghold, my shelter in times of trouble. I put my trust in you and I know that you will provide for me and protect me. I pray that you would give me the wisdom to seek your refuge amid my struggles and that you would give me the courage to trust in your provision for my life. I pray for your peace to fill my heart and for your strength to fill my soul. I pray that in you I will find rest, comfort and a sense of security. Lord, I trust in your faithfulness and your love for me, and I know that you will be my refuge and my strength. In Jesus’ name I pray, Amen.
Prayer Days 4-7
DAY 4: Lord God, I come to you today in awe and gratitude for your goodness and your faithfulness. I lift to you the words of Nehemiah 9:6, ‘You alone are the Lord. You made the heavens, even the highest heavens, and all their starry host, the earth and all that is on it, the seas and all that is in them. You give life to everything, and the multitudes of heaven worship you.’ Lord, I thank you for creating me, for giving me life, and for the abundant blessings you have given me. I confess that I often take for granted all that you have done for me and all that you continue to do. Today, I choose to worship you, to give you the honor and the glory that you alone deserve. I ask that you would help me to see you in all things, to be mindful of your presence and your provision in my life. I pray for the wisdom and the discernment to recognize the blessings you have bestowed upon me. I pray that you would give me the strength to follow your will and to trust in your plan for my life. I pray for your guidance and your protection as I navigate this world. Help me to remember always that you alone are the Lord and that you deserve all of my worship and all of my praise. In Jesus’ name I pray, Amen. 5
DAY 5: Heavenly Father, I come before you today confessing my need for your love. I remind myself of your promise in 1 John 4:16, ‘And so we know and rely on the love God has for us. God is love. Whoever lives in love lives in God, and God in them.’ Lord, I confess that I often struggle to truly understand and rely on your love for me. Today, I choose to believe in your love and to live in it. I pray that you would fill me with your love and that it would be reflected in my thoughts, words, and actions. I ask that you would help me to love others as you have loved me. Give me the strength to forgive, to be kind, and to show compassion to those around me. I pray that I would not only know your love but also rely on it and let it guide me in my daily life. I pray for your guidance as I navigate the challenges of life, and that I would always remember that you are love and that you are with me always. I trust in your faithfulness and your love for me and I pray that it would be reflected in my life. In Jesus’ name I pray, Amen.
DAY 6: Almighty God, I come before you today confessing my need for your guidance and your strength. I remind myself of your promise in Isaiah 9:6, ‘For to us a child is born, to us a son is given, and the government will be on his shoulders. And he will be called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace.’ Lord, I confess that I often feel overwhelmed and unsure of the path ahead of me. Today, I choose to rely on your guidance and your strength as my Wonderful Counselor and Mighty God. I pray that you would give me wisdom and discernment in the decisions I make, and that you would guide me in the path you have for me. I ask for your strength to face the challenges that come my way and for your peace to calm my fears and doubts. I trust in your faithfulness and your love for me and I pray that it would be reflected in my life. I pray for your protection and guidance as I navigate this life, and pray that I may always remember your faithfulness and your love for me, and that it would be reflected in my actions and my words. I pray to be a reflection of your love to those around me and to be an instrument of your peace in the world. In Jesus’ name I pray, Amen.
Day 7: Heavenly Father, I come to you today lifting up Psalm 89:8 as a reminder of your faithfulness and love. “O Lord God Almighty, who is like you? You are mighty, O Lord, and your faithfulness surrounds you.” Lord, I thank you for your constant love and faithfulness in my life. I confess that sometimes I struggle to trust in your goodness and plan for my life. Today I choose to trust in your faithfulness and to rely on your love to guide me in my daily life. I pray that you would give me the wisdom and discernment to recognize your hand in my life and to trust in your plan for me. I ask that you would give me the strength to follow your will and to trust in your provision for my life. I pray for your protection and guidance as I navigate this world, and for your peace to fill my heart and for your strength to fill my soul. I pray that in you I will find rest, comfort, and a sense of security. I pray that I would always remember your faithfulness and your love for me and that it would be reflected in my thoughts, words, and actions. I trust in your faithfulness and your love for me and I pray that it would be reflected in my life. In Jesus' name I pray, Amen.
Prayer Days 8-12
DAY 8: Heavenly Father, I come to you today lifting up 2 Corinthians 2:14 as a reminder of your power and grace. “But thanks be to God, who always leads us as captives in Christ’s triumphal procession and uses us to spread the aroma of the knowledge of him everywhere.” Lord, I thank you for your constant leading and guidance in my life. I confess that sometimes I feel lost and unsure of the path ahead. Today, I choose to trust in your power and grace to lead me on the path you have for me. I pray that you would use me to spread the aroma of your knowledge and love to those around me, through my thoughts, words, and actions. I pray for your guidance and wisdom as I navigate my daily life, and for the strength to overcome any obstacle that comes my way. I trust in your faithfulness and your love for me and I pray that it would be reflected in my life. In Jesus’ name I pray, Amen.
DAY 9: Heavenly Father, as I begin this new day, I am reminded of your faithfulness and power as written Psalm 77:14, “You are the the God who works wonders; you have made known your might among the peoples.” I trust in your sovereignty and ask that you would guide me and give me wisdom as I go about my day. I pray that your love and presence would be evident in all that I do and say. I ask for your protection and provision throughout day. In Jesus name, Amen.
DAY 10: Heavenly Father, as I start this day, I come to you with a heart full of gratitude and trust, as written in Psalm 70:15 “Let those who seek you rejoice and be glad in you; let those who love your salvation say continually, "God is great!” I give you thanks for your salvation, your goodness and your unfailing love. I ask that you guide me throughout this day, giving me wisdom, strength and direction. I trust in your protection and provision for me and my loved ones. I pray for your blessings and guidance in everything I do and say. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
DAY 11: Dear Lord, I come to you today with a heart full of gratitude and trust. As I meditate on Galatians 2:20, “I have been crucified with Christ and I no longer live, but Christ lives in me. The life I now live in the body, I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave himself for me.” I want to thank you for the sacrifice of your son Jesus and for the gift of eternal life that I have through him. I pray that you would help me to understand the depth of your love and grace and that I would live my life fully surrendered to you. I pray that your love would be evident in everything I do, say and think. I pray that the life you have given me would be lived by faith in you and that your presence would be with me always. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
DAY 12: Heavenly Father, as I start this day, I come to you with a heart full of gratitude and trust, as written in Proverbs 31:30 “Charm is deceptive, and beauty is fleeting; but a woman who fears the Lord is to be praised.” I thank you for the gift of your wisdom and guidance, and I ask that you help me to fear you above all else. I pray that I would be guided by your word and your spirit in all that I do and say. Help me to be a woman of integrity, wisdom and kindness, and to be a reflection of your love to those around me. I pray that I would be praised for my fear of you, and that I would be a shining example of your love to others. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
Prayer Days 13-17
DAY 13: Almighty God, as I face the challenges of this day, I come to you with Joshua 1:9 “Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged, for the Lord your God will be with you wherever you go.” I trust in your promise of being with me always and I pray for the strength and courage to face whatever this day brings. I ask that you give me the wisdom and discernment to make good decisions, and the ability to trust in you and your plan for my life. I pray that I would not be discouraged by the difficulties I may encounter, but that I would find my strength and hope in you. I pray that your presence would be evident in all that I do and say, and that I would glorify you in all things. In Jesus’ name, Amen. 14 16
DAY 14: Heavenly Father, as I start this day, I come to you in humility and gratitude, as written in 1 Peter 3:3-4 “Your beauty should not come from outward adornment, such as elaborate hairstyles and the wearing of gold jewelry or fine clothes. Rather, it should be that of your inner self, the unfading beauty of a gentle and quiet spirit, which is of great worth in your sight.” I thank you for your love and grace and I pray that I would focus on developing my inner beauty rather than worrying about my outward appearance. I pray that my inner self would be gentle, quiet, and full of your peace and love. I ask that you help me to be content with who I am and to find my worth in you. I pray that my actions, words and thoughts would reflect my inner beauty and that I would be a reflection of your love to others. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
DAY 15: Heavenly Father, as I start this day, I come to you with a heart full of gratitude and trust, as written in Proverbs 31:25 “She is clothed with strength and dignity, and she laughs without fear of the future.” I thank you for the gift of your strength and dignity and I pray that I would be clothed in both today. I ask that you help me to face the future with confidence, knowing that you are in control. I pray that your peace would fill my heart and that I would find joy in all circumstances. I pray that I would be a woman of strength and dignity, and that my laughter would be a reflection of my trust in you. I pray that I would be a light in this world, showing others the hope and peace that can only be found in you. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
DAY 16: Almighty God, as I face the challenges and opportunities of this day, I come to you with Deuteronomy 31:6 “Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid or terrified because of them, for the Lord your God goes with you; he will never leave you nor forsake you.” I thank you for your promise to always be with me and I pray that I would have the strength and courage to face the challenges that come my way. I ask that you give me the wisdom and discernment to make good decisions, and the ability to trust in you and your plan for my life. I pray that I would not be afraid or intimidated by the obstacles or opposition that I may encounter, but that I would find my strength and hope in you. I pray that your presence would be evident in all that I do and say, and that I would glorify you in all things. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
DAY 17: Heavenly Father, as I start this day, I come to you with a heart full of gratitude and trust, as written in Philippians 4:6 “Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God.” I thank you for your love and grace and I pray that I would be able to trust in you and your plan for my life. I ask that you help me to let go of my worries and anxieties, and to bring them to you in prayer. I pray that I would be filled with thanksgiving, knowing that you are in control of all things. I pray that you would give me the wisdom and discernment to manage the situations that I may face today with grace and peace. I pray that your presence would be with me always and that I would glorify you in all things. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
Prayer Days 18-22
DAY 18: Almighty God, as I begin this new day, I come before you with a grateful heart, reminded of the truth in Psalm 139:14 “I praise you, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made. Your works are wonderful, I know that full well.” I thank you for your love and grace in creating me, and for the unique and special way you have made me. I praise you for your wonderful works and I pray that I would understand more deeply the depth of your love for me and see myself through your eyes. I pray that I would be guided by your word and your spirit in all that I do and say. Help me to be a reflection of your love to those around me, and to be a shining example of your grace To others. I pray that I would be a good steward of the body you have given me and that I would glorify you in all things. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
DAY 19: Almighty God, I come to you this morning with open heart and an open mind, trusting in your promises as stated in Jeremiah 29:11 “For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.” I thank you for your love, grace and guidance in my life and I pray for your wisdom and discernment to guide me in making good decisions today. I trust in your plan for my life and I pray that I would not be discouraged or defeated by the difficulties I may encounter today. I pray for your strength and hope to be my anchor, and for your presence to be evident in all that I do and say. I pray that I may glorify you in all things. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
DAY 20: Heavenly Father, as I start this day, I come to you with trust and confidence, as written in Deuteronomy 20:4 “For the Lord your God is the one who goes with you to fight for you against your enemies to give you victory.” I thank you for your promise to be with me and to fight for me, and I pray for your guidance and protection throughout this day. I pray that I would have the strength and courage to face any challenges that come my way, and that I would have the wisdom and discernment to make good decisions. I trust in your plan for my life, and I pray that I would not be afraid or intimidated by obstacles or opposition that I may encounter, but that I would find my strength and hope in you. I pray that your presence would be evident in all that I do and say, and that I would glorify you in all things. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
DAY 21: Almighty God, as I begin this new day, I come to you with an open heart, remembering the truth in Isaiah 40:31 “But they who wait for the Lord shall renew their strength, they shall mount up with wings like eagles, they shall run and not be weary, they shall walk and not faint.” I thank you for your promise to renew my strength and give me hope, and I pray that I would put my trust in you and find my strength in you. I ask for your guidance and protection throughout this day, and for your wisdom and discernment to make good decisions. I pray that I would not grow weary or faint in the face of difficulties, but that I would soar on wings like eagles, and that I would always find my hope and strength in you. I pray that your presence would be clear in all that I do and say, and that I would glorify you in all things. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
DAY 22: Heavenly Father, I come before you today, with the words of Proverbs 14:1 in my heart, ‘Every wise woman buildeth her house: but the foolish plucketh it down with her hands.’ I ask that you give me the wisdom to build up my home and family. Help me to be strong and make wise choices that will bring stability and love to those I care for. Grant me the humility to admit when I make mistakes and the strength to learn from them, so that I do not tear down what I have built. I ask for your guidance and protection as I navigate the challenges that come with building and maintaining a home. I put my trust in you and ask for your blessings upon my family. In Jesus’ name I pray, Amen.
Prayer Days 23-26
DAY 23: Heavenly Father, I come before you today, asking for your strength and protection as I put on the full armor of God, as it is written in Ephesians 6:11-18 “Put on the whole armor of God, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places. Wherefore take unto you the whole armor of God, that ye may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand. Stand therefore, having your loins girt about with truth, and having on the breastplate of righteousness; And your feet shod with the preparation of the gospel of peace; Above all, taking the shield of faith, wherewith ye shall be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked. And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God: Praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit and watching thereunto with all perseverance and supplication for all saints.” put on the belt of truth and the breastplate of righteousness, as I strive to live in a way that pleases you. I ask for your protection as I walk in the way of peace, holding the shield of faith high to quench all the fiery darts of the enemy. I put on the helmet of salvation and take up the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God, as I stand firm in the faith. I pray always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, watching and persevering for all saints. I ask for your strength and guidance as I face the spiritual battles that come my way. I put my trust in you and pray this in the name of Jesus, Amen.
DAY 24: Heavenly Father, I come before you today, asking for your wisdom and understanding as I read the words of 1 Corinthians 2:9 which says, “But as it is written, Eye hath not seen, nor ear heard, neither have entered into the heart of man, the things which God hath prepared for them that love him.” I ask for your revelation and understanding as I seek to know the things you have prepared for me. I ask for your guidance and insight as I strive to love you more fully and to understand the depth of your love for me. Help me to trust in your plan and to know that the things you have prepared for me are far beyond what my mind can comprehend. I put my faith in you and ask that you continue to reveal yourself to me in new ways. I pray this in the name of Jesus, Amen.
DAY 25: Heavenly Father, I come before you today, with the words of Colossians 3:23-24 in my heart, “And whatsoever ye do, do it heartily, as to the Lord, and not unto men; Knowing that of the Lord ye shall receive the reward of the inheritance: for ye serve the Lord Christ.” I ask for your strength and guidance as I strive to do all that I do, heartily as unto you. Help me to keep in mind that ultimately it is you that I am serving, and that the reward of my inheritance comes from you. I will put my all in every task, big or small, and I’ll do it with a willing heart, as if I’m doing it for you, my Lord and savior. I will keep my focus on you, rather than on pleasing others or receiving recognition from them. I trust that as I serve you, you will guide me and show me the path that leads to the reward of my inheritance in you. I pray this in the name of Jesus, Amen.
DAY 26: Heavenly Father, I come before you today, with the words of Proverbs 3:5-6 in my mind, “Trust in the Lord with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding. In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths.” Lord, I know that it is easy to rely on my own understanding, but I ask that you help me to acknowledge you in all my ways and to lean on you for guidance. I ask for the strength to let go of my need for control and to trust in your plan for my life. I ask for the courage to follow your lead, even when it may be difficult or uncertain. I pray that you will give me the grace to recognize and accept your will for my life, and the strength to obey your commands and walk in your ways. I ask for your protection and guidance as I journey through life, and for the wisdom to discern your will in every situation. I pray for the courage to trust in you, and to rely on your strength and guidance, in every moment of my life. I put my faith in you and pray that you will continue to direct my paths and lead me to a deeper understanding of your love and grace. I pray this in the name of Jesus, Amen.
Prayer Days 27-30
DAY 27: Heavenly Father, I come before you today with the words of Proverbs 18:24 in my heart, “A man that hath friends must shew himself friendly: and there is a friend that sticketh closer than a brother.” I thank you for the friends you have placed in my life and for the love and support they bring. I ask that I may be a good friend in return, showing myself friendly and being there for them as they are for me. I also thank you for the friend that sticks closer than a brother, Jesus Christ. I ask that I may deepen my relationship with him, and that through him, I may always have the support, guidance, and love I need. I pray that I may always be open to his leading and that my friendship with him would grow stronger each day. I ask for your wisdom and guidance as I navigate the various relationships in my life, whether with friends, family, or acquaintances. Help me to be a good friend, to be supportive and understanding, and to reflect your love and grace to those around me. I pray this in the name of Jesus, Amen.
DAY 28: Heavenly Father, I come before you today with the words of Matthew 6:33 in my mind, “But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you.” I humbly ask for your guidance and wisdom as I strive to seek your kingdom and righteousness first in my life. I know that it is easy to get caught up in the worries and concerns of this world, but I ask that you help me to keep my focus on you and to prioritize my relationship with you above all else. I pray for the strength and courage to put my trust in you, to let go of my fears, doubts, and anxieties and to put my focus on your kingdom and righteousness. Help me to make wise choices that align with your will for my life, and to be obedient to your commands. I ask for your provision for my needs, and for the wisdom to discern your will for my life. I trust that as I seek you first, all that I need will be added to me. I pray for the grace to be a light in this world, a reflection of your love and righteousness, and to be a good steward of the blessings you have given me. I pray this in the name of Jesus, Amen.
DAY 29: Heavenly Father, I come before you today with the words of John 10:10 in my mind, “The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly.” I thank you for the gift of eternal life through your son Jesus Christ, and for the protection and guidance you provide me in this life. I am aware that the thief, Satan, is constantly seeking to steal, kill and destroy me, but I put my trust in you and the power of the life that you have given me through your son Jesus. I pray that I may live in the fullness of your life and that I may be filled with your Spirit. I ask that you help me to be aware of the thief’s tactics and to resist them with your truth and your power. I pray for the wisdom to be able to discern the thief’s lies and to be filled with your truth. I pray for the strength to follow your lead and to put my focus on your kingdom and righteousness, so that I may have an abundant life in you. I pray that I may be a light in this world, a reflection of your love and grace, and to be a good steward of the blessings you have given me. I pray that I may be a vessel of your love and grace to those around me. I pray this in the name of Jesus, Amen.
DAY 30: Heavenly Father, I come before you today with the words of Romans 12:1-2 in my heart, “I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that ye present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, which is your reasonable service. And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God.” I humbly ask for your guidance and wisdom as I strive to present my body as a living sacrifice, holy and acceptable to you. I ask for the strength to resist conforming to the ways of this world and to be transformed by the renewing of my mind. I pray for your wisdom to discern your will and to understand what is good, acceptable, and perfect in your eyes. I ask for your help to align my thoughts, words and actions with your will and to live a life that is pleasing to you. I ask for your grace to overcome any obstacle that may come my way and to have the courage to live differently than the world around me. Help me to be a light in this world, a reflection of your love and grace, and to be a good steward of the blessings you have given me. I pray this in the name of Jesus, Amen.
