Using the details, their ‘Fit Experts’ can help find shoes that offer a precision fit for your individual measurements. All you need to do is step on the platform for a few seconds while your measurements are recorded and appear on screen – simple!

The role of the personal shopper is a key component in what’s special about how they treat their customers. Debenhams offer one-to-one appointments, groups bookings, along with a service for men. They can help you with everything from seasonal wardrobe updates, to finding that outfit for a special occasion. Booked from home, or directly in store; the service is available for free with no obligation to purchase. Appointment duration varies from an ‘in and out’ express appointment of 45 minutes, through to a whole wardrobe update which can last up to two hours. All this takes place in a private suite where clients can enjoy a coffee and a chat with their personal shopper. It’s here where they discover in detail what it is the customer is looking for, helping them pick out the items that match their requirements, all chosen from the great brands they have in store. Their suggestions may take clients out of their comfort zone – but this is where the fun is - and all part of potentially moving people forward with what they wear, what they like, and importantly what they might consider in the future. We’d sum up the experience of spending time with the personal shopper as all about having fun, experimenting and gaining confidence. Helping improve how customers look and how they feel. It’s so popular that lots of their customers come back again and again.
