2014 年的法國五月秉承推動法國多元藝術與文化的目標，將會有史以來首次與香港遊艇會合辦「 2014 年 法國五月 – 法興春季遊艇賽」。
5 月 10 日及 11 日，來自 10 個不同競賽級別的逾 100 艘龍骨式遊艇將從燈籠洲海岸出發爭奪冠軍，賽道 覆蓋維多利亞港及其東面入口，法興集團全力支持賽事，同時作為其創立 150 周年的慶祝活動。大海是香港 及法國兩地景緻的重要元素，亦是文化與體育活動的搖籃，這些活動都體現着團隊精神以及共同奮鬥的價值。 法國五月此次能與香港遊艇會合辦「航海慶典活動」，感到特別榮幸！
Le French May’s goal is to promote French Arts and culture in all its diversity, and for the first time in its history, it will host Le French May – Société Générale Spring Regatta 2014 in partnership with Royal Hong Kong Yacht Club. On the 10 and 11 May, over 100 keelboats in 10 different classes of racing will leave from Kellet Island to race for class titles in Victoria Harbour and the Eastern Approaches. The event is fully supported by Société Générale in celebration of its 150th Anniversary. A major part of the landscape of Hong Kong and France, the sea is the centre of cultural and sporting activities that illustrate team spirit and collective effort. The Royal Hong Kong Yacht Club (RHKYC) is one of the oldest sports clubs in Hong Kong and is proud of its rich and colourful history, which spans back through 160 years of social and competitive sailing and rowing. The RHKYC provides sailing and rowing courses for members and non-members at various levels so as to nurture the development of these two core sports.
