The goal of this brand refresh is to create a unified visual to help THG employees easily identify IT-shared services. This will create a recognizable pattern making ITSS a trusted shared service by aligning more closely with THG branding.

The journey toward a brand remodel started with a request for a new logo to help with their recognizability. In order to identify and assess ITSS’s challenges, the team met with the MarComm department to conduct a thorough assessment of challenges ITSS were facing. Based on their collective findings, a solution was proposed that matched both teams’ vision and mission related to ommunications. From logo to email signature, the elements of this rebrand aim to promote a consistent source of communication from IT shared services to THG employees.
