Connecting to Meeting Owl Pro

Launch Zoom and select Join with Computer Audio when prompted.

At the roundabout, take the rst exit to remain on Intech Boulevard

In the bottom-left navigation of Zoom, click the arrow next to the microphone and confirm that Echo Cancelling Speakerphone is selected as both microphone and speaker.

Open your Teams settings by clicking the three dots next to your initials in the top right corner of your Teams window.

Select Settings Select Devices from the drop-down menu.

Turn right on Intech Way and follow the Intech entrance until you see the main entrance of The Center on your right

Turn right into the entrance, then turn right into the parking lot

In the bottom navigation of Zoom, click the arrow next to the camera and confirm that Meeting Owl Pro Camera is selected.

At the top of the Devices menu, confirm that Meeting Owl Pro is selected under Audio devices

In the bottom-right corner of your desktop, click the speaker icon and confirm that system audio is being routed to Echo Cancelling Speakerphone

Scroll to the bottom of the Devices page and confirm that Meeting Owl Pro is selected under Camera

In the bottom right corner of your taskbar, click the speaker icon and confirm that Echo Cancelling Speakerphone is selected.
