Beginning Ballet for Adults
Join a welcoming, moderately-paced course for students with or without previous dance experience. We’ll begin with basic movements at the barre to develop a fundamental understanding of ballet technique, then practice simple exercises across the floor. This class will help students tap into their own creative intelligence while moving, sweating and having fun. Wear comfortable clothing that allows for full range of movement.
