ECVET Highlights of 2019 During 2019 we maintained our focus on raising ECVET’s national profile as a tool for VET mobility projects. We hosted the 2019 National ECVET Meeting, disseminating ECVET updates. Interactive discussions took place around ongoing ECVET activities, the User Group, Future of Programme, ECVET National VET and Adult Education event and ECVET’s Work Plan. We also held a national ECVET conference ‘Mobility: The Inclusive Experience for Vocational Education and Training’. The event included ideas for using both ECVET and Léargas’ support to make mobility projects increasingly inclusive. SOLAS’s Roisin Doherty, National Director of Further Education and Training Inclusion, also informed the conference about developments in the upcoming Further Education and Training Strategy 2020-2024.
