The Selling Process – What to Expect Offers and Negotiation • Present offer • Negotiate price & terms • Confirm 1st deposit taken • Confirm buyers ability to acquire a mortgage • Keep you up to date on current market conditions • Get offer signed by both the Sellers & Buyers • Forward copies of the offer to title company • Negotiate offer through the review period The Contract •Confirm / Schedule times of buyers inspections and notify you of inspection results •Assist in negotiating any repair issues & estimates •Inform you of appraisal results •Verify all sale contingencies have been satisfied •Confirm all pre-closing paperwork has been completed Closing • Confirm date, time & location of closing and that deposit monies available for closing • Ascertain your receipt of final closing costs • Schedule with buyer & other realtor the final walk-through • Resolve any walk through issues if any prior to closing • Attend closing.
