18. Select the forum’s moderators. You can do so by rights level (such as all Course Editors) or individually via the Moderator Rights options illustrated in the following figure.

19. Review the other options and select as desired. For information and help on each option, just click the bold-faced option name. A pop-up window appears with details on how that option functions. 20. Click the Assignment tab. 21. In the Milestone Settings section of the page, choose a Task Type from the pull down menu. You’ll then assign dates – Assign Date and Due Date. The item will appear on the calendar based upon these dates. Manually marked items must me marked as complete manually. Item completion items will be marked complete by the system upon submission. 22. In the Gradebook Settings section of the page, you can associate the item with an existing Gradebook Assignment or you can create a new one. Select “None” if you don’t want to grade the item. Select an existing assignment to associate this content item with that column of the gradebook. Or you can select “New Assignment” if you want to create a new gradebook column.

How to Post to a Discussion Forum To post a message to a discussion forum: 1. Log into your ANGEL course and click the Lessons tab. 2. Click the desired discussion forum’s name or icon. The forum opens on your screen.
